From the moment I walked into the gym, I was immediately acknowledged, guided through the waiver, etc. Nick was the coach for this hour, and he was super friendly, walked us through the warmup, focusing on those shoulders and everywhere else necessary to prevent any injuries. Then he was super detailed in explaining and showing us the proper form and movement for the overhead squats. Did not stop there...whenever there can be improvements to my technique/form, Nick would let me know in such a positive way, that I never once felt deterred from the workout. All feedback was appreciated. There is the strength portion, and also the conditioning portion. The class was very well methodically designed. Would highly recommend anyone at any level to come to Nevada Fit St. Rose!

The best thing about this gym is that you don't wave to wait to use the machines you want. Other gyms are so busy that you can't get an adequate workout because there's too little equipment for too many people. It doesn't make sense to pay for a membership you can't use. The staff is friendly and they also have a ping pong table if you want a little break from working out. Check out Next Level Fitness if you're considering a new gym. They're the best!

Never received those free classes. Cool that's ok. And now when it came down to cancel my membership i canceled 6/17 it's now three months later and I'm still getting charged. I emailed them, I spoke to Tracy and nothing was ever resolved she seemed like she was very apologetic and would resolve the issue but nope. Nothing ever happened. I've had to dispute every single time which is a pain because should I have to keep up with something that I canceled months ago.

We've been members at Anytime Fitness, UFC Gym, Fitness 19, So Ho and a couple of other smaller gyms. They offer excellent different specials from those for first clients, passes and monthly memberships. They even have discounts for first responders, students and teachers for monthly memberships. The team helped me make meaningful progress through a combination of strengthening exercises, stretching techniques, and hands-on massage therapy. When I first started, the pain and immobility were really impacting my ability to use my arm normally, and I'm very happy with how much stronger and more functional it became throughout therapy. The combination of hands-on treatment and targeted exercises gave me tools I can continue using to prevent future issues. The only part of my experience that I wasn't particularly fond of was feeling like there was an effort to upsell me on additional TENS/electrotherapy treatments. I would have preferred that those options simply be presented as part of the available treatment choices without feeling like an additional sales pitch. Overall, I'm very grateful for the care I received and the progress I made. I joined Lean Dog at the start of March 2023, after a year and a half of a new desk job - my first time ever sitting for 8hrs a day for work. I'm an athlete by nature and previous training, so this felt like dying! My husband ended up hearing about Lean Dog, and went for about a month before I was able to join. With 30 minute trainer based sessions, on machines that I didn't have to think hard to use, I knew it fit my needs for quick recovery. I worked the time slots into my schedule with ease, though they're great about working with your time. By the end of month one, my physical performance had increased remarkably! Being able to see your progress in real time is cool. I was sleeping better/feeling better overall. I finally feel like I'm not going backwards. I had to pause my membership a bit into month two due to my schedule changing/financial needs changing, but I look forward to my next sessions. The strength and reliability I have back in my body is so great! I have to add that, after training on my own as well, the gains I have in things like running after two months here was immense - better than I have had in years. Lean Dog's recovery program is the best part of this gym. The trainers are all wonderful - Rachel, Nate, and Mike were my main trainers- and they were able to help me push past my mental limits, and get a better push to fatigue! Every trainer I had time with kept a firm focus on form, and made sure I wasn't compromising anywhere or causing myself pain. I feel better than ever and can't wait to go back. Each machine is really incredible, and takes all the thinking out of working out (a bit complex to explain in a review - just go see yourself), which was huge for me coming back to it after so long off. Here, it's the complete opposite--calm, clean, and never overcrowded. I can focus, get a full workout in, and actually enjoy my time there. The gym is thoughtfully designed, from the layout of the equipment to the individual bathrooms and shower. Security and safety are clearly a priority, with face recognition and key fob entry, 24/7 surveillance, and panic buttons for those who work out alone. There's also plenty of parking, fresh towels, filtered water stations, and easy-to-use lockers with custom passcodes. You can tell the owners put a lot of care into creating a space that's comfortable, inclusive, and safe for everyone. I always leave feeling stronger, happier, and grateful to have found a gym like this.

They played some metal, but when I'm trying out, I generally don't hear the music so that was ok. The WOD was pretty grueling, but I didn't go there to sniff flowers. Bobbie Reese was a great coach and asked me what I was going to do for HSPU, I told her that I'd kip and she grabbed me an abmat. She was very welcoming, encouraging and kind. They don't get a lot of drop-ins because of how far away they are from the Strip, but if you have the time and money, it's definitely worth the sweat. I'd highly recommend dropping in if you get a chance!
