Thankfully due to reliability issues with the previous irrigation company that we'd used we had to find a new company. Carlos showed us how the main irrigation pipe was installed at an angle and basically the irrigation back flow valve was forced into the PVC pipe and the possibility of it cracking under pressure and flooding our basement was extremely high. They fixed the broken pipe and replaced a couple sprinkler heads. I paid them when they assured me that the system was fine. I went on vacation with my family the next day and a few days into it my neighbor called and said my sprinklers have been running Non-Stop since I left. I had him go into the control panel and turn the system off however that didn't work and the sprinklers kept going. The only remedy was turning the water off to the system completely. I called this company and explain to them this problem and they (John) said they will come out and fix it. However they never showed up and when I called again they said they suspect I have dirt in my pipes and they will have to charge me again. John was not the repairman. I asked why his employee didn't identify dirt in the pipes when they originally were out here and John said that it's a common error and for them to fix it I would have to agree to pay them again before he sent someone out. I will end up having to go with a more reputable company and spend more money. DONT USE THEM!!!!
