I've been here a couple times and my kids love it! There's a section for 2 and under, a bigger section that I think goes up to age 7 and then the main area to explore. My kids love the giant ball pit. I think they have 4 birthday party rooms. When I recently attended for a birthday party, the employees seemed very helpful. They also have a little dance floor where they celebrate the birthdays. I did like that I didn't have to sign a waiver again the 2nd time and that they're kept on file. read more

If you want to go somewhere that gives you night club vibes with a security guard, people smoking weed in the parking lot, and insane amount of people coming and going through the play area entrance, then here's your place! The place has so much potential, but unfortunately both 3 year old birthday parties that we attended in the winter were enough for us.. The first time we were there 2 children were separated from our party and got out of the play area without an adult. How are 2 and 3 year olds getting to the front past those workers and security guards? Unacceptable. Maybe get rid of that party room and crack down on the safety of the children as opposed to making extra party money. Ohhh and both times were there the floors were absolutely disgusting. People wear the booties in the bathroom yet somehow water and whatever else is tracked out of there across the floor mats. I'm not sure how this problem could be addressed- but ewwww. The party service was HORRENDOUS (both times). The party before us not leaving in a timely manner, slow service (literally the worker slowly handing out utensils and pizza one at a time even though the pizza was already super late), not even cracking a smile or acknowledging anyone in a friendly manner , and then every kid literally having one single napkin with the rest locked up. ‍ read more

My kids ran themselves ragged at Hyper Kidz. It's a large space with lots of different places to play. Since we went on a holiday, the cost was $20 per kid + tax, so it's roughly equal to most other play places. After you ditch your shoes and coat, you enter and the kids go wild. To your left is a massive play structure that takes up half the space. To your right, you'll find a smaller area designated for younger kids. Past that, there's a good sized area for the 0-2 age bracket. Continue forward and you'll see a broken digital dance floor where a mascot occasionally comes out for a dance party. I appreciated the variety found in each play structure. There were slides and climbing areas and ball pits. There's limited seating for parents, so if there's a huge crowd, you may have a hard time finding a seat. It's also pretty difficult to keep track of your kids - once they're inside that giant structure, it's kind of a black hole. I did appreciate that HyperKidz has one of those awesome drinking fountains optimized for filling water bottles. If your kids are like mine, they'll be chugging water as they run mad. I saw several party rooms, but we were just there on our own. If you need your kids to blow off steam for a few hours, HyperKidz is a good choice. When we had to leave after three hours, my boys were sad to go. That's the sign of a good time. Tip: Sign your waiver online before you arrive to speed up your check-in! read more

I know it was a bad first impression but the minute we walked in there was a physical altercation with a few kids. The slow reaction time from the staff was concerning. Then we go into the play place and it was FILTHY. I did go around 3pm but regardless you can tell the place is not cleaned well. There was dirty built up all over the mats and the little dance area was so filthy. Throughout the time I was there around 2 1/2 hours i saw one staff member sweeping up & the rest of the crew were in the manager office along with what looked like the managers. I would avoid throwing any party here. They gave the person that had the party here the room 40 minutes after arrival. The service was sub par. Avoid this dirty place and go to another kids play area. read more

Ok, I gotta unpack this..... A) The pros: Heaven on earth for an active, feisty, two year old boy. He loved the Little Kids Zone. He loved the big kids zone. He had himself a blast and didn't want to leave. In theory he never would need to because admission covers the entireeeeee day (lol). Great value. 9AM when it opened, the place was still very manageable crowd level and it didn't smell bad, lol. B) The cons: Loud is an understatement, especially on Sunday especially after 10 AM. The crowds crept to a level around noon I no longer felt comfortable with letting my child play there. We left and figured out the bathroooms were on the "inside" where you have to remove shoes so still trying to figure out how that works....? After leaving the facility, I felt a need to bathe myself and child in an entire bottle of hand sanitizer. Parts of the play areas had trash in them and were dirty. (This was as soon as 9 AM) this was a major "ick" factor to me, especially pondering if cleaning is as through as they claim it to be. All in all, I can't say I'm thrilled to come back. But the 2 year old... his review would probably beg to differ. read more

The trip from the city was definitely worth it! My kids, ages 4 and almost 2, had a blast. It can be tough to find a place that works for both of them, but this place was perfect. It seemed clean and had so much for them to do. We arrived shortly after they opened and left a little after noon, just when it started to get crowded. I recently visited for first time with my children (ages 2 and 5) and we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend Hyper Kidz to friends, family and our local community. The facility was clean, fun and safe. There was a baby changing room in the back that was very welcoming. There are also themed party rooms and a wonderful two-level area for toddlers to safety play on their own. Plenty of seating for parents to watch their kiddos have a blast. We will absolutely be back and look forward to more locations opening in the area. I would recommend filling out your waiver online for faster entry. DON'T FORGET SOCKS are required. Dirty floors, tiny bathrooms, rude staff. Is the last thing that i expect when visiting a children's indoor playground, however it was my first impression of this location. Along with security, which was extremely confusing and intimidating. Their pricing online for 2 adults and a child under 3 is $12.99. However, I was charged $20 for myself, my sister and my 1 year old. This could not have been a confusion as the waiver requires the child's DOB. Needless to say will not be returning. read more

It was a discount Wednesday so it was busy. But it was nice to see the workers out and walking. The play area is tall enough that adults can walk though with kids if they don't want to leave you. I do think older kids should be kept more out of the littles area. But it was a large place for enough people. The bag/ shoes storage area should be changed. Do not go! We tried to go this week (Week of 3/25/2024). The line to get in was out the door. My husband tried to go to the front to see how long the wait was. He said the place smelled like dirty diapers and pee. We left and went to another indoor play area instead that was not crowded and cleaner. I brought my grandson here yesterday. I have to say he did have a great time and it is good for children eight and under. They do have a lot of activities for the young children and it is not expensive. If you choose an activity for your child to have a fun day for a few hours you pay for the child. Two adults are free. I would really discourage the parties. They're very expensive. They don't even offer food to come with it. It was almost $400 for 10 children But I do recommend if you would like to keep your kid busy for a couple hours. It is a great place, more like a safer Park... I would recommend for the business owners to reevaluate their pricing and offer at least snacks and drinks in these packages.. You are forced to order food to get delivered if you choose to offer food for your party or you can pay them $100 and you can bring your own food in.. for the pricing of the parties without offering anything, you should be allowed to bring your own food. Maybe charge $25... Just my opinion.. or you can go eat at the patio 600 ft from there then have your party as what we did. Times are tough now. We don't want to take away from you the children's experience, but at the same time we need to look out for the parents pockets.. read more

Neurodivergent parent here, reviewing for other parents in similar boat- this place has some great elements but was too much for my kiddo. The set up is hard to keep tabs on your child if they are a busy body. We've been to similar places like Kids Empire and would recommend that over this for the neurodivergent. I also like how Kids Empire has secure gate ( they need to buzz you out), so I felt more secure with my kid that likes to elope. The area for babies / toddlers is super cute though! If you are less concerned about watching your kid, this place would definitely get the energy out. Recommend signing waiver and getting tickets before hand to avoid the rush because this place was bumping! read more

If I could rate this place in the negative I absolutely would! You spend tooooo much money for the staff to be soooo RUDE! In addition to rude staff, the pizza was extremely cold, the cheese was hard! They served us tap water with no ice! I could not believe it. They should tell people that they out source the food and there's a chance that it won't be hot at least we would be able to decide if that's a service we even want. OR they can give people the option to bring their own food in when they're renting a party room. I also spoke with Amy (the GM) and she didn't seem too concerned with the experience that we had. I went today for the third time.A new grandchild experience today. Every piece of equipment had a dirt film on it. We came at 11:30 and the lobby area was absolutely filthy. Rugs covered in dirt. Took my babies there for the first time and my son enjoyed the place so I'm happy about that. My daughter is a bit too young to enjoy everything there so I do think they need more little baby friendly areas. It was kinda cheap! We only paid $14 for entry (adults free) and I believe as long as you wear your wristband you can leave to eat then come back in whenever. But they also have food/snacks and drink you can buy there. Overall I think they deserve a 4 star review because it was pretty decent for the price they charge. read more

The facility is too cold. You can tell the place is cold because majority of the employees have their winter coats on. I notified staff of the temperature in the building. They said they would increase the heat but never did. Also the place is not clean. I won't be back. read more

I went to this place yesterday for my grandson's birthday. When they got there the manager claimed they couldn't let anyone else in because they were at capacity. Her name was Tiffany and her attitude was HORRIBLE to everyone I saw her interact with including staff. As we're standing there my daughter in love was explaining she bought tickets a week ago. The lady was letting other people in as she was saying my family couldn't. When asked she said they were coming for a party. If your facility is at capacity then what does it matter if they are with a party!!? Capacity is capacity right?!? Needless to say there was an ethnic group difference between who was allowed in and who weren't. Their customer service is terrible! read more

I purchased tickets for my daughter last Thursday (for today, the following Tuesday) knowing it was spring break and assuming they prioritize online timed ticket purchases. Come to find out they do not. I arrive on time and was made to wait outside in the cold and rain. Absolutely ridiculous. Clearly they were ill prepared for spring break as they were near capacity and didn't consider those who already paid! The staff including manager were exceptional in handling my refund promptly and were clearly frustrated that there is no reservation system in place. Sadly, this is a corporate issue and it's doubtful that things will change--a total miss. Based on their operations I would not return. read more

This is the second time we have been here since it opened. I waited to write the review due to how new this place is. My five year old loves it here. Great place to let the kids run around, jump, climb, play with other kids their own ages. Staff is pleasant. The first visit was on a weekday but it was right after it opened. The second visit was on the weekend. Both days relatively crowded but still enjoyable. I did not give the full stars for a few reasons. 1. Coffee is advertised as available for parents to purchase. On the first visit, it wasn't an option. On the second visit, K-Cups were available for purchase. You then must go to a Keurig machine to brew yourself. It is a nice option but as someone who likes their coffee made by someone, I don't like paying to have coffee and then to have to make it myself. They did allow me to bring my iced coffee in on the second visit as iced coffee is not an option to purchase. 2. I often do work when I bring my kid to play areas. Internet is available and chairs are set up around the place so that parents can sit and do work. The chairs are stools for smaller adult bottoms. I often go to these places intending to spend a few hours letting my child run and play. Not comfortable as I slide right off the slick seats easily. This might be done so that parents are interacting more with their kiddos. That's great but it just doesn't fit my needs. There are foam seats on the sides o the room but then no work area. Many parents sit there and are on their phones instead of laptops. 3. The check-in area is small. When there is a line it is difficult to get into the play area once you have paid since there is no where to stand to put the wristband on your child and they will not let you in through the gate until all have the bands on. I totally agree with that policy but it makes the check in process more difficult and takes more time. It causes congestion at the front door. This town was definitely ready for a place like this. We had something for the little ones that opened last year but is smaller. The crowds here just shows that we need more places like it in town for kids to run and play. We will be back to visit as my child loves it. The concerning issues listed here may be fixed over time and may earn them five stars eventually once they are fixed. Prices are not too bad but it isn't cheap. Weekends cost more than weekdays as this is a premium time. I bought 2 bags of Skinny Pop (both .65 ounce in size and a little bigger than a snack size). With tax it was around $4.35. I personally do not feel that this is bad. I feel like it is even cheaper than some other places we have been. :) Clean. I was worried at first as places like this are havens for germs. Everything appears clean and taken care of. Of course we come at the beginning of the day. We stood in line for 30 minutes before we were finally checked in. It would be nice if there were separate lines for people who paid ahead of time. It was very crowded, especially for 9am. Paid for tickets online ahead of time. When we arrived there was a very rude woman at the front who basically yelled at us and told us the place was at capacity and there was at least a 3 hour wait. I asked about my prepaid tickets and she ignored me and wouldn't even let me pass to talk to anyone at the front desk. What was I supposed to do with my kids for 3 hours! They were so disappointed. Their website states that their Facebook page would say if there is a wait or at capacity but I have yet to see that. I've called, emailed and Facebook message to get a refund and I have yet get a refund. The only response I get is to call. I call and no one answers. This is terrible customer service and now I'm out $34. It looks cool from what I could see but there were way too many people and it was hot and smelled really bad. We won't be going back. I booked my son's 9 birthday party here. Totaling 681$ for a package of 15 kids they stated two slices would be served per kid and these ppl CUTT ONE SLICE IN HALF AND CALLED IT TWO. They handed out small juice boxes it was just really poor party hosting. They charge 100$ for outside food not included in party packages. DONT BOOK A PARTY NOT WORTH IT . read more

Today for a very first time my 7 year old grandson, my husband and I visited Hyper kidz indoor playground and experienced wonderful family time in that nice, safe and colorful place. Being there between 3 - 4 hours Patryk was very busy with so many different equipment, which he fell in love with huge smile on his face. The place was very clean in the playground area as well as the restrooms, and employee were kind and polite taking care of us from the first step in. I would recommend that playground to all newcomers, who would like to spent valuable time with a Hyper little ones, what they will remember forever. Extremely long line to check in. We got there right when it opened so we were in and playing by 9:20 am and immediately I noticed what looked to be a poop smear on the mat on the 0-2 area. Nasty. The whole place reeks of dirty diapers. Being that we were in there the first hour it opened, you'd expect it to be clean but there was hair EVERYWHERE. Very unstaffed! Only one staff member I ever saw on the floor "guarding" (loose term) the 0-2 area. He was standing there but would allow children of any age in.... Had to practically hover over my son since children as old as probably 8 were running and climbing so quickly around him. Disappointing. Won't be back. read more

Went on spring break. Extremely crowded. Lines to get in were long. There are plenty of staff trying to check everyone in and see if people are trying to hop the gates but I feel it is lacking in safety in the area everyone actually playing in. I saw only TWO workers. One was guarding the "0-2" kids only play area and another person wandered around looking for kids that were lost. I feel like the person wandering around looking for lost kids that had a microphone should have had a shirt on at least with the company logo so it did not look like someone just going up to random kids. She was also on her phone most of the time with ear buds in. I like that there are not tons of food or souvenirs so my kids did not have to beg me for that. Just extremely chaotic environment.
