The place itself is nice but a girl at the front desk doesn't know if they have any specials. The lady in the back office is nice and polite she knows the specials and treats people respectfully. Every Tuesday they have specials for sensory play discounted price and an employee at the front desk was acting like she's never herd of it‍ why give the discount if you're not going to treat people nice. I've been here several times now. Just keep in mind when u come here, it is what it is. The staff more often than not is extremely rude. I had to speak to a manager because a staff member yelled at my nephew last time we were here. They have new climing walls that were under construction and we asked a staff when it would be up and running he replied with his attitude "January". I asked if he had a more specific date he said " I said January, no date, just January". Rude. Dont order the food, its nasty. Just come for a jump pass and jump until your heart is content (they do have an area for the smaller kids that's really awesome) and then get on your way. Dont expect anyone to go out of there way here with guest service. Come, jump and go.... good for a rainy day. 3 stars because my kids always come, jump and leave tired. Fun place for the kids ... I'm giving this place 5 stars on behalf of my 5 year old. She loves it and always tries to convince me on coming back. This place is so much fun!!! We took our nieces and they had a blast! The best part is that they have something for every age group. Little bounce houses for toddlers and bigger ones for older kids. Also a huge adventure climbing for teens. Very impressed with the safety of the socks with the non slip. Games were fun and easy to get a gaming card to play. We also loved that they had Gatorade for sale since the girls were running around they needed hydration! Overall we highly recommend this establishment - great entertainment for the entire family!!! read more

This place is honestly disgusting, no staff is ever around to help & they don't maintain the place. You pay like $18 a kid and there's not even a ball for the basketball area & the dodge balls have holes in them. There's trash all over the trampolines and there's no staff or anyone when you even enter. This place is a fun place to go on Saturday or Sunday mornings during Covid. Arrive at 10am and we literally have the entire place to ourselves to jump for 40+ minutes. People seem to start arriving around 11 am. Everyone is masked. Staff was sanitizing tables when we arrived. read more

The 7th ring of hell. Booked a jump hour for my nieces and daughter on a Saturday. I would never go here on the weekend but it was the first time I had my nieces on a weekend since covid peaked. Well, the place was lawless- older kids on the small trampolines, no order to the foam pits- lots of kids colliding and parents that STUNK like weed. I know you all can't police it, but it really is off putting to customers. It was just, sad. We've been here in the past and it was always a better experience. If we ever go again, it will be on a weekday. Overall a waste of 100 dollars. Even the kids didn't have fun which was sad. read more

First off I've been coming here for years. I now understand why people have moved on to their competitors. The line was not very efficient. When I got to the front there was only one girl working. I told her I had a Groupon (that I bought pre-covid) and expires next month. She had no idea how to use it. She looked really confused and just told me to go in. There are not very many people working the place. Understandably the kids are hot and most have their masks below their face. No one to tell them otherwise. Really busy and they make you buy their "jump" socks for a crazy amount of money. No socks = no jumping. Food here sucks but I guess it's a trampoline park. File under "The Things We Do For Love": agreeing to spend two Sunday hours at a trampoline park, whatever the heck that is. I tend to resist activities that require exuberance and guarantee physical injury, but apparently I love and/or fear my wife more than those other two urges. So, reading the interminable rules lists, going out in public dressed like a troll (i.e. in workout clothes), embarrassing myself in front of eight-year-olds who were way better at this than I was, struggling to extricate myself from the foam pit due to my enormous bulk...all part of the package. However. I did learn that mercilessly pelting one's wife in a long game of 1-on-1 dodgeball is remarkably cathartic. And I only hit her in the face once! (My aim is no good.) I don't believe that this can be classified as spousal abuse; at least, I haven't yet been served a warrant. So our trip to Sky High was a win-win. I did maybe perhaps very briefly have a tiny bit of fun for the half-moment when I forgot to be self-conscious about the whole thing. read more

OMG, how did I not know of this place earlier? And it's right in my neighborhood too! K had seen billboards for trampolining,and we decided it was a fit activity for a recent Friday night. It's normally $11/hr, but we walked in for a Friday night special, $15 for 3 hours of sweaty, jumpy fun! ... And boy, were we beat after just an hour! What a workout! I must have sweat out atleast a pound. Tips: - you may only jump in your bare feet or purchase a pair of grippy bottomed socks for $2 (which are actually kind of cute!). I vote for the sock purchase, as who knows what kind of lava is on the floors and trampoline pads? - bring water and consider a sweat towel too! You'll need to stay hydrated! - be aware of the wee kids bouncing everywhere! They're fliers! - must hit up the foam pit, but be warned: those foam blocks smell! I'll definitely be back! I'll give Sky High 4 stars if I was one of the kids jumping endlessly in the giant trampolenes. As a parent, I'll give it 3.5 stars. It's my son's birthday weekend and he wanted to go to Sky High with a few of his friends on a Friday night. I made and paid the reservations online for jumping time...their website only allows 48 hrs before your desired date and time to be able to reserve and pay. Adults should also complete an online waiver form for every minor who will be jumping. So anyway, we got to the place at 6:30 and there was a long line at the entrance, with 2 people at the counter. We were able to get checked in and got our bands at almost 7pm already. It is a huge place, more like a warehouse kind of area. There are different sections for jumping, private rooms for parties, tables for smaller parties, a video arcade, comfortable couches for people who are just waiting, TV screens at the lounge area and snack area, vending machines, drinking fountains, restrooms, and a snack bar that sells hotdogs, fries, chicken nuggets, nachos, ice cream, chips, fountain drinks, and pizza(there was no pizza tonight though). It is a convinient venue for jumpers. I paid $12/hour per person and I opted for 2 hrs of jumping time. You can choose to add the number of hours when you pay. My son and his buddies had a lot of fun, they devoured all the fried food that I put on the table in front of them. They probably hated the waiting in line part specially at the Dodgeball area but at least that gives them a chance to recharge their energy. As a parent, of course I have criticisms. The only setback of the night is the super slow service. I don't know if it's the young workers not really caring about the sense of urgency and time, or just not caring at all. I'm not sure if they are understaffed or there's just a screwed up management system on staffing each sections. There was 1 staff at the snack bar. He was in charge of taking orders, making the orders, getting stuff from the containers, cleaning the tables at the snack area...it's basically a one man show here. It was so slow. There were 2 staff personnels chatting with him, and not even helping. What?! Oh well, hence, the 3.5 stars vote as a parent. read more

Don't recall which family had the first BDay party at Sky High Sports this year (2013) from the Waters School Community, but having a BDay party here has been all the rage for the 8-10 year old set since Christmas. And I can see why! Two hours of trampoline fun with your friends, what's not to like? If I were just sharing just the kid's review, it would be a hands down 5 star review, with the possible exception of two cranky employees supervising the trampolines that the kids felt were "rude," "unkind," and "not nice to us." If you are a teenage or college age employee at a place like this, either like it and have fun with the kids, or don't take this job. Your job is to be nice, and to supervise kids in a fun way your whole shift, even if you stayed up too late the night before. GET A CLUE! But I am a parent, and not a kid, and I have a slightly different take on it, and this review is written from the perspective of a parent taking his kids here for a BDay party. The reservation process was easy and simple. The follow up was efficient and friendly. Our two prior experiences attending BDay parties here were very positive. And though the place is hard to find, we got there in time and check in for all the kids went smoothly enough. REMEMBER TO TELL ALL PARENTS ABOUT THE WAIVER. Makes the check in process so much easier. Allison was the party co-ordinator for our group, and she was excellent, attentive and very friendly. She paced the play and the pizza and the birthday cupcakes perfectly. I really appreciate an employee like this, one who smiles and takes her responsibility of making sure the kids have fun seriously, but is all fun with the kids. Allison is the model employee from our experience, and some of her peers here could take a lesson or two from her. As for the party itself, what you pay for is pizza and water at a picnic table set up that is in the common area between the trampolines. Truth is, the pizza is ridiculously overpriced. BUT, if you want to take all the kids to a pizza joint and get a more competitively priced pizza that tastes better, then you can do that. If you want two hours of fun your child won't soon forget all in one place with a mediocre pizza (that the kids won't know is that), well, then, the $250 for the party and trampoline time, not to mention Allison's time, is well worth it. And our kids did have fun (two cranky employees excepted, they just ignored those areas of the place). They laughed, got a good work out, loved the dodgeball, and were all smiles going out. I even heard one boy say he wanted his next BDay party there. Overall I'd give a thumbs up recommendation to his parents. As for our family going back again, I imagine it will be on the summer agenda some too hot or too rainy day. $14 for two hours of jumping, what's not to like? Might even do some jumping myself next time we go, who cares if I am a slightly overweight 50+ year old. It looked fun. read more

We came here for a friend's birthday on one of the hottest days of the summer. There was no air conditioning, and they only had a few fans. If that wasn't bad enough, they make you pay every time you need to open your locker, and you can't jump unless you have their special socks. This is a trampoline park. So expect to jump a lot, but be in danger of overheating. Staff was nice enough, but can't say it makes up for the lack of A/C and limited attractions. read more

Sky High Sports offers kids a chance to blow off steam on a variety of innovative trampoline features. The space is giant and offers multiple areas for different age groups. Some of the features include: large trampoline open play area, dodgeball, gauntlet, foam pit and toddler area. The facility is clean and the staff is vigilant about keeping kids safe and under control. Pricing was around $20 per kid for 2 hours. They do require special socks which cost $3 per pair. I was sent back to the front desk to get them as I thought regular socks were sufficient. Don't be that guy. The facility was pretty clean and was quite spacious. They have an arcade and some other activities for when kids need a break from bouncing. There is a snack bar and vending machines for energy. There are also lockers so your items don't mysteriously walk away. Check Sky High out this winter if you want to help your kids burn some energy! read more

In theory, this place seems great. A few different areas for jumping so it wouldn't seem to be overcrowded in any one area. The trampolines looked like tons of fun and my 4 year old was here for a birthday party so that is the only experience we had. I was a tad frustrated with the line to get in because of the registration process and no signage indicating that if you were with a birthday you could skip the line. Along with everyone else, I feel like the price for the specialty socks should be padded into admission - since they are special socks no one (unless you're a regular) is going to be equipped with these special grip socks and it does seem like nickel and diming. I wouldn't necessarily say that my issues were with the place itself, but the people, it just seemed like every single person there was outright rude (as in the patrons, not the workers). For the most part the workers were great, but people were constantly cutting in line for jumping in the foam pit, children weren't being supervised at all and I'm not one to reprimand someone else's' kid unless their actions affect the safety of others around them in which case it did more than once. Just in general, I hate to say it, but I don't know where these people came from - but it was enough to turn me off altogether unless I was just there on an off day. I just can't get over how cavalier everyone was when this is a place (presumably) intended for kids about safety or manners. read more

This place is great! Returned yesterday for my birthday with a bunch of friends from my fitness class. What a blast! How can you not smile and be silly and feel like kid here? I'm always so surprised at all the parents who are just watching. Get out there! It's a great way to have fun with your kids. I think sometimes the kids watch me in awe, as I'm probably their parents' age and they are all confused like, "What, huh, adult...WTF?" ha ha Anyway, a great and silly time. An hour is plenty. Most of the peeps here reviewing are parents with kids but I'm in my 20s and came here on a date. This place is aight, worth a visit but nothing special. The staff were all pretty apathetic and sometimes took forever for the easiest things. The inside of the place is like a giant warehouse, lots of cool trampolines to jump on. Definitely don't think you'd need more than an hour unless you have kids. It is a great place to blow off steam and jump around and have a generally fun time. Unfortunately the place smells horrible but it was expected; the foam pit smells like musty/sweaty goodness. The coolest thing were the bumper balls, that alone makes it worth it. One arcade game I played was broken as well so I wasted money on that but everything else worked fine. Worth a visit if you want to have some fun trying something different or need to get your lazy ass off the couch. Also the date went well, I'm marrying the girl this summer. read more

Super duper fun! Went here during my kiddos spring break. Came when it opened at 11 and holy hell was it already crowded! Spent about 2 1/2 hours, but my kiddos said it wasn't long enough. For me, it was..lots of yelling and hyper kids (as expected!)!! Definitely recommended! The food court is awesome too! Kiddos enjoyed their pizza and the pretzel! Can't wait to be back because I may just purchase my very own pair of socks and jump innnn (that is if I am allowed?) haha! read more

Beware! Their specials on the website can not be trusted. We went in tonight for a family special which was $50 for a family (2 hours of jumping). This came along with a pizza and soda. This special even showed up on a big tv right behind the counter. They told us that the only special we could get tonight would run us twice as much ($100 for our family). It is TERRIBLE business NOT to honor the special that shows up on their website and their giant TV behind the counter. I think they are in the business of LOSING customers. Be very careful about this place. I went there on 8/8/19 for my kids. But they had Niles ordinance where they have to separate play area for kids under 6. Leaving my kid to basically play on his own because he wasn't allowed on the main place. So I asked for a refund 15 mins in, they said I will get my refund back in 3-5 business days well it's 8/16/19 and I still haven't received my refund. read more
