Ooooh boy! Here we go. My son was invited to a birthday party here it was our first time going. It was a HOT day and the inside was not any better. We walked in and there was only one person at the desk, we waited approximately 10 minutes before someone came out of a side room to help the cashier (this ate into my son's play time). We were told that he needed special socks to jump, which is fine because she just handed us a pair. In my opinion there should be a fast path for birthday parties or at least staff appropriately if you know a time slot for a party is booked so people can get in quickly to attend the party. The lack of customer service, the fact that it was hot and humid, and the lengthy wait deducted them 2 stars, however my son did have a good time and at the end of the day it's all about him! He had a blast and didn't want to leave!!

Overpriced and absolutely disgusting! 3/4 of my children received gift cards for Christmas pre-pandemic back in 2019. I thought, well, I'm vaxed and the children are super careful so why not take them to some type of establishment that supposedly promotes being ultra clean? We drove almost 40 miles up north to Niles, as apparently they may have lost some other closer establishments during the pandemic. Almost a quarter tank of gas later we landed here. Thank goodness I was given three $20 gift cards. The overall bill after signing our lives away was $89. Pretty steep for having half the park closed. Albeit, my children didn't care what was open as long as they expended energy. I should have known it was going to be rough when I first walked in and witnessed clientele refuting the mask mandate. Such is life, I suppose? What really got me was the filthiness of this facility. They pride themselves on cleanliness yet garbage was EVERYWHERE! The staff had no desire to pick it up or contain it. I even saw a used bandage on one of the courts! Absolutely disgusting. I really don't understand why their specific socks are mandatory when you see gross gum marks everywhere. I have never been in any place more dirty than this place. Go COVID? Never mind the fact that numerous individuals weren't wearing their masks properly. Thank you for any COVID you contributed to my 23 month old. Fabulous. The only reason why they received any stars was due to the staff. Albeit young, they were awesome and sweet. The individual at the main entrance attempted to enforce mask wearing at all times in addition to adjusting accomodations to dietary needs when necessary. This bright young lady needs a shout out and my only regret was not knowing her name. In addition, her food service assistant was fabulous and accommodating. These individuals deserve raises and props. Would I take my children here again? Absolutely not.

The place itself is nice but a girl at the front desk doesn't know if they have any specials. The lady in the back office is nice and polite she knows the specials and treats people respectfully. Every Tuesday they have specials for sensory play discounted price and an employee at the front desk was acting like she's never herd of it‍ why give the discount if you're not going to treat people nice. Very disappointed

I've been here several times now. Just keep in mind when u come here, it is what it is. The staff more often than not is extremely rude. I had to speak to a manager because a staff member yelled at my nephew last time we were here. They have new climing walls that were under construction and we asked a staff when it would be up and running he replied with his attitude "January". I asked if he had a more specific date he said " I said January, no date, just January". Rude. Dont order the food, its nasty. Just come for a jump pass and jump until your heart is content (they do have an area for the smaller kids that's really awesome) and then get on your way. Dont expect anyone to go out of there way here with guest service. Come, jump and go.... good for a rainy day. 3 stars because my kids always come, jump and leave tired. Also, get a groupon!

My son at the top of the jumpy house he loves it so much !

It was a huge party too, about 20 kids + their parents so it was pretty chaotic from the start. With it being winter and everyone having gigantic coats on, the space to move around and maneuver within the party area was pretty tight! But I guess all that comes with the territory and for those with kids, it's pretty much expected. Took my daughter to the trampoline area and the place is huge with different areas to jump in and run around. It's a lot of kids and I don't believe there were enough workers to supervise all of the individual areas. It's easy to lose your kid here, especially if they are small and under 10 years old. So I chose to stay close to mine. My daughter did get hurt right before the end of the party. I made sure she wasn't in a highly trafficked area and of course the moment I take my eyes off her for what seemed like 5 seconds, I find her on the ground crying and claiming she is not able to get up. I thought she had broken her leg. After consoling her and asking her what happened, she finally told me that some little boy collided with her and banged her knee. The moral of the story is, be careful when you come here as it's risky. There is not really a separate place for young kids and big kids - they all pretty much jump together. I tried to protect her from the rowdy kids but I've come to the realization that these trampoline parks are a big liability. That is why they make you sign a waiver when you come. It's a fun place but we may be taking a little break until my little one is a little bigger.

Signing the waiver is pretty easy, you can do so on your phone. They have socks for purchase but we had our own from the previous visit. They have plenty of lockers and cubby's to store your shoes, outer wear etc. The kids enjoyed the trampoline park & the arcade. There is a $30 minimum for warm food to be delivered. I ordered a 14" pizza from Salerno's and some fries to meet that threshold. The food was pretty good. I at first thought it was too much for my small group but we (or I) managed to finish it all. They have some beverages and snacks you can order in the meantime. There's plenty of space for adults or those not participating to sit and I saw quite a few people on their laptops working and even reading. Overall, the kids definitely had fun.

She seemed incredibly confused and panicked by the request. After a while of messing around by her computer she told me that she is new and apologized for the inconvenience and the wait. I asked why management let her work by herself if she's inexperienced and she laughed and said she didn't know. After a long while of messing around and help from another employee we finally got the tickets we needed as well as the required socks. The actual park was fun and interesting with lots of obstacles and courses, and the party I was with seemed to enjoy their time. However when we got our food it was also a complete mess. Same situation. Untrained staff very quick to throw management under the bus. It seems they hire mostly teenagers, but maybe it was just the day we went. I hope management trains their staff more, because if they did this would have been a very fun night out. Staff was nice either way. Fun park just ran in strange ways.

I've never seen another attraction like that. There's also a large play structure with stairs and slides and a zipline and tunnels and such. Another area has the popular giant foam building blocks. There are two large inflatable-surrounded trampolines. Next Level has a small play area for very little kids - the other attractions are probably too tricky unless your kid has a great sense of balance and agility. I appreciated that they had a small air hockey table available for $1 per play. The larger air hockey table is $2 to play. The seating area has mostly large picnic-style tables. Everything seemed very clean and well maintained. The bathroom even smelled like cleaning products, which is a great sign. The price is reasonable, but I docked a star because they don't allow outside food. The perfect play place allows for snacks to keep the kiddos fueled up.
