To start with, they do not sell guns or ammo. They nly deal with airsoft weapons. On to service-They were nothing but respectful to me. There seemed to be sum slight aesthetic damage to my green gas pistol, it looked like tool marks from a vise grip. They had informed me that the trigger mechanism was damaged when I dropped it off and I had already known that, however the trigger mechanism was a lil' worse after I picked it up than when I dropped it off, but that could be due to normal wear and tear on the spring or accidental damage during the course of repairs. Since I am more into real firearms I don't really see myself coming back unless it is to get a gift for my nephews. read more

My twin boys received free air rifles that were well-used. I knew nothing about them and was missing batteries, chargers, magazines, etc. I brought them in and for free they tested them and made sure everything was there and it worked fine. My 13 year old just started the world of airsoft. We bought a used gun which broke shortly after he started using it. We took it to NLT, they had it for a week. They could have stuck it to me with parts and labor. Instead, they were honest and told me the gun wasn't worth repairing, there was no charge. We ended up buying a new gun from them. My son is a lefty, they took the time to switch gear around for him. They treated my 13 year old like a customer and answered all of his questions. My friend and I went here and both thought that it was a great store. The owner is a very friendly guy who knows his stuff and treats you with respect even if you don't know as much as he does. It's got a pretty awesome selection of guns. However they predominately only carry two companies guns. I like this however because it means that they know more about the company and they're selling brands that they trust and not just anyone is willing to let them retail. read more

this place is a joke and a scam. i took my gun in to be repaired and the guy who does the repairs (i think kevin) had stolen parts out of my gun and replaced them with lower grade parts. he also kept trying on selling me on parts i didn't need and took over two months on repairing the gun. the one owner luke i believe his name is, is extremely unprofessional. he was very rude and and completely unapproachable. when i made a purchase, he was persistent on only wanting cash and he never gave me a receipt. when i asked him for a receipt he told me that i didn't need one and that he would remember the truncation if ever needed to be. i highly recommend staying away from these kids. horrible experience. there are better places for airsoft service in the valley and better selection for guns and prices if you look. read more
