The 4 stars are for the amazing service I received from Perla with buying my 2018 Ford Flex. The missing 1 star is for the hoops I had to jump through to get a full tank of gas from the owner before leaving. The car was on E when coming to pick it up. They quoted rising fuel cost for the reason they don't fuel the car after purchase. Of course my assumption was that it's just common courtesy to fuel the car before the finalization of the sale but MIND YOU!!! The owner has a collection of cars sitting in the dealership that is not for sale and are solely for display. So it felt pretty weird that they were trying to say they can't afford to put gas in a customers car when the owner is flexing multiple vehicles he owns in the dealership. read more

Would give 0 stars. Our experience was not great, start to finish. Personally, I would never buy from this auto dealer. We purchased a 2020 F150 last month. Unorganized and selling lemons. 1. We were told the truck would be ready to pick up and drive off after paperwork was signed at 5 PM. We got there before five signed the paperwork and had to wait until 7 o'clock to pick our truck up. The entire time that lady kept saying "just a few more minutes" 2. Drove our truck home attached a trailer to it and hauled about 50 pounds of trash. Where we then noticed the transmission was slipping. 3. We called to let them know that we were noticing a problem as soon as we drove it home. They said to bring it back and they would take a look at it. 4. We took it back on Tuesday 9/16 and we did not receive any messages or updates about it until the following Thursday 9/25 when we had to ask. 5. First, we were told it was the mounts. Then when we asked about fixing them, we were ignored and then later we were told nothing was wrong and to drive it carefully when we are hauling things. 6. The transmission is going out... 7. Our tags arrived today with the wrong country listed on them. If nothing is wrong with the truck after they inspected it and checked it out, then why do we have to be careful hauling things? There is a very noticeable slip between three and four when hauling. Offered no assistance, Kept our truck for almost 2 weeks and nothing was taken care of in that time. Sold as is. Not a great experience. I would steer any of my friends away from this car dealership. read more

Update 09/15/2021 After some months later I will still don't buy a car from Next Ride Motors. Again not only did I put money into the car but I also put money down as well so a lot of money was spent for a car that gave me trouble right off the lot. I will say they did contact me after the fact and serviced and took it to the dealership for recalls for me for free but why wasn't this done before it was put in the lot?! After I had put a lot of my own trust and money into these guys I still had to more of my own money into the mix because the car wasn't inspected or serviced before selling to me ( See other review for whole story). Now some months later I am still having trouble! When I first bought this car I asked the salesman who sold it to me if it had structural damage because the diagram and the service reports on the car fax website wasn't specific and on my part I'm not all that experienced with buying cars new or used but still after I had asked his answer was "No, there was no structural damage to the car". I'm back home trying to sell that jeep that's working good in all but having the hardest time. Why you may ask? Because the dealerships I've tried to sell it to informed me that it has had structural DAMAGE! I paid way more for what the car was worth but I was stupid and didn't read up enough but I was also lied to. Please save yourself alot of pain and MONEY and do not buy a car from here. read more

BYERS BEWARE! We purchased a Ram cargo van that was a complete lemon. Within 30 days the brakes went completely out after they had stated they were new! Then the radiator went out the next 15 days. Then I was almost killed by the van jumping out of gear and running into a light pole. My insurance company totaled the vehicle. It saddens me to have to write this, but this car dealership is the WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my life. The car salesman's name is BOB. From the moment I first arrived, BOB seemed rushed and didn't want to nor did he print out the car fax for me to have in my hand. I was able to test drive the car my family and I drove two hours for, just to return to lights being turned off and the tag being snatched off the car before i was able to even turn the car off. I was rushed out because they were closing early and he had smart remarks when I asked about purchasing the car. I called about the car Saturday, he was the only one there and informed me someone else who be there Monday. Monday, 12/26, I arrive and before arrival I was told I am unable to test drive about because of ice but I swore another customer just drove a vehicle into a parking spot. When I arrived, unfortunately Bob was the only car salesman. He had a horrible impression with me, but I thought to give it another go I absolutely loved the car, 2016 black BMW, a dream car and I was prepared to buy. When came time, he showed that his costumer service and the way he speaks to customers needs to be greatly improved. When my grandmother asked if he could call the owner, he snapped back telling her no over and over which none of us have ever heard before. He did want to work with us at all, negotiate ASIDE, he did not seem like a very genuine or nice person from the beginning and that's very sad and distasteful. He speaks very COCKY and BELITTLING. Such a shame, even after it all I was coming back tomorrow to buy the car because I feel in love with the bmw. But I am taking my dollars else where. Sold me a car with confirmed engine failure, but didn't disclose it. My 2006 Honda Pilot's engine died a few months after I bought it from Next Ride. The local Honda dealership told me they had sold the car earlier that year because it needed a new engine. When I went back and checked the Carfax again, it showed that Next Ride had had a compression test performed 3 months prior to selling me the car. I didn't know enough to understand what that meant at the time, but someone with mechanical knowledge would have seen that and steered clear. Now, I'm left having to pay over $5K to replace the engine when I foolishly trusted that Next Ride was being honest about the vehicle's condition. read more

I have never written a bad review in my life, but this issue NEEDS to be addressed: Almost two months ago my husband and I were finally able to afford my "dream car." We bought a 2007 Mini Cooper S from NEXT RIDE MOTORS in Nashville. As soon as we drove it off the lot, the check engine light went on. Hoping it was a minor issue we went to MINI OF NASHVILLE to get it inspected. The result: $4,000 worth of repairs and over $2,000 of those repairs were issues that would not pass inspection. This WAS NOT disclaimed when we bought the car from NEXT RIDE MOTORS. No way can we afford those costs! MINI OF NASHVILLE replaced the recall parts, and the "check engine" light was now off. The car BROKE DOWN on us a few days later and we knew we needed to take immediate action. We had it towed BACK TO NEXT RIDE MOTORS because we could no longer afford the repairs. Either they take the car back, or pay for the repairs. They decided to "make the repairs." I waited 4 days, then called NEXT RIDE MOTORS to check in on our car. They TOLD ME that they were still fixing it and that they were "waiting for more parts to come in the mail." We were out of town, and waited and called and waited some more.... 3 WEEKS WENT BY and we finally lost our patience. My husband called NEXT RIDE MOTORS back and they LIED. They told him that they HAD NOT TOUCHED THE VEHICLE. They claimed that the timing chain was broken, and blamed MINI OF NASHVILLE for it. They REFUSED to pay or fix the issue because they held MINI OF NASHVILLE accountable for the problems with the car. This was absurd. What was NEXT RIDE MOTORS doing with our car for 3 WEEKS? I cannot believe NEXT RIDE MOTOR'S dishonesty and their failure to right their wrongs. They had US call a towing company (while we were out of town) to send the car BACK TO MINI OF NASHVILLE, and of course they made us pay the towing cost. MINI OF NASHVILLE fixed the timing chain (making us pay for the repairs since they said that there WAS proof that NEXT RIDE MOTORS' worked on the car, voiding any warranties). MINI OF NASHVILLE said the car had NO AC when it came to them the second time. Another fault of NEXT RIDE MOTORS! It's 100 degrees out side!! END OF STORY: We have been more than reasonable with NEXT RIDE MOTORS, and they still refuse to help us with the costs. I DO NOT trust them with repairs, either. I am EXHAUSTED of everything breaking. I am UPSET that NEXT RIDE hasn't taken responsibility for any damage. I am DISAPPOINTED that they have lied to us so many times! Beware, all buyers of NEXT RIDE MOTORS!!! I sincerely hope no one else has to go through this nightmare. read more

Beware!!! Very poor customer service. They were nice when we purchased two cars on the same day. But follow up was terrible. They dropped the ball on a promised lifetime powertrain warranty. I was spoken to very disresptecfully over the phone when I was trying to get the issue resolved. It took over 15 phone calls and countless emails between them and the insurance company. BUYERS BEWARE!!! We bought a 2012 Audi A4 2.0T at the end of February 2018. Two months later, the car completely quit running. We had the computer scanned and it showed that the crankshaft and camshaft position sensors needed replacing, so we did that. We also replaced the spark plugs. It would start, but sounded terrible so we did not try to drive it. We contacted Shane, one of the owners at Next Ride and he said to bring it in and HE would "make it right". We rented a car hauler, and hauled it 3 hours back to Nashville. When we got there salesman Ron York told us that SHANE said the car needs a new engine had us test drive several cars to trade. We wasted over 2 hours then Ron tells us that Shane is ONLY willing to give us $5,000 for our car that we just paid him $14,000 for two months previously. That IS NOT "making it right". SHANE SHAMANSUROV is NOT a man of his word. He was very nice in February when he was taking our $14,000, however a car should last more than 2 months. AND... when you tell someone to haul a car 3 hours and you will make it right, BE A MAN OF YOUR WORD and MAKE IT RIGHT. When we picked our car up today to haul it home Shane didn't even have the common courtesy to show his face. Buyers do not waste your hard earned money with this sham of a car dealership. I bought a 2005 BMW X3 from these guys, I tested out several other cars but wanted an SUV, I told them the a/c wasn't working and so they fixed it right? Wrong after a couple of days the a/c went out and called them they thought they fixed the problem, so I went to a family friend to shoot ink into the a/c to see if there was a leak and the air compressor was cracked badly so I called the back and the owner said they will replace it. The put a new one in and never had a problem since I had for over a year, when buying a car you have to find out car fax and what not before you buy. I havent even made my first payment on the vehicle and im having all sorts of issues. I called to see what they could do for selling me a hunk of junk and they said they could "inspect" and repair for a fee. I took it to my mechanic and the repairs alone are more than half the cost of the vehicle. Never buy from them, they will screw you and have no interest in makeing things right when its obvious they are resonsible.
