Customer service is bad. They kept car for 2 weeks and still no idea what is wrong. Had to take to another dealer.

NO ONE would touch it. One dealership gave me the run around for about 3 months. Called a dealership in Cincinnati and they recommended Freeland. Called them, verified they would be able to work on the RV and made an appointment. Cindy is the service rep for commercial vehicles. She is awesome. Called when she said she would and kept me informed on progress. She even noticed I had a free oil change due and had that completed. I cannot recommend Freeland Chevy for RV work enough. Just be patient; Chevy is slow, they are not.

I received a phone call on Wednesday which I am told I will be paying $600 (plus tax of course) to get it fixed. On Monday I called to see if the truck was ready and they said it was and proceeded to send me a $1,000 invoice after he communicated it would be $600???? I came in and questioned him as to why I was charged all this unnecessary stuff that I did not ask for nor was I aware of. He then proceeded to catch an attitude and gaslight me saying that he "offered me a oil change package and I agreed to it" LIES . The words "oil change" never came out of his mouth and he kept insisting that he did tell me and that he tells all his clients the same thing. I was calm the entire time talking to him with respect and he just walked off mumbling under his breath. 5 min pass by and he comes back and just says "okay it'll be $753" ... never admitted he was wrong nor did he apologize. Could've definitely finessed someone else but you not finna gaslight me into adding stuff to my receipt and blame me

Do not go to Franklin Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership!!!…read more I have been to Freeland Chrysler Dodge Jeep ram dealership two times now and would not hesitate to go back. After Franklin Ram screwed up my truck three times I took it over to Freeland. I happened to get Rachel as a service tech, and she was absolutely terrific. She was quick, professional, and very personable. She kept me updated on the status of my truck and made sure I had a ride to and from the dealership. They were able to take care of a couple things and head to order some parts For another The second time was just like the first they got me in quick got me a ride home and kept me updated on the status of my truck. I'm quite happy with the work they've done and would not hesitate to recommend their service department to anyone. I was also looking for a couple things and went to the parts department. Mike helped me out and went above and beyond to find the information I needed. Overall, that is my go to dealership. All the people working, there seem quite knowledgeable and very friendly.

I've had it serviced at the store numerous times. I consider David Beasley, the service manager, a friend. (He owns 34 pairs of Jordan's). I tried everything to buy a new (to me) vehicle from them while I was getting my oil changed a few weeks ago. They acted like they thought I was joking. I went and bought another car from another dealership and then came back to try to sell them the Durango that I bought from them. I took it to them on Friday February 20th to see if they'd purchase it. After all, I get emails and mailers from them all the time saying they want to buy my Durango. Well, the used car manager took a look at it and then proceeds to have the salesman tell me it's not something they'd be interested in purchasing. Fast forward to today. Carvana just picked up my Durango and brought a check with them. Easiest experience ever!

1 Star If you're…read morethinking about buying a car from DriveTime in South Antioch, please read this first. I wish someone had warned me. My experience here was the definition of a dealership that exploits people who are struggling. We were literally walking when we came in, and they took full advantage of that desperation. They sold us a car for $22,000 that's only worth around $5,000-$6,000. And despite all their talk about "multi‑point inspections" and "full service," the car was nowhere near ready for the road. Here's what I found after bringing it home: * Candy wrappers under the seats * Dirt and grime everywhere * Oil that clearly hadn't been changed * A fender popping out because it needed a clip * No spare tire at all * Bad, unsafe tires that should've never passed any inspection And instead of giving me a real spare, they tossed in a slime kit and a tiny imitation pump -- because they knew the tires were bad. That's not just lazy, it's unsafe. But the worst part was the financing. They added $200/month for an extended warranty and GAP insurance and rolled it into the loan at 29% interest without explaining what that meant. We've been paying on this car for two years, and because of their predatory interest rate and hidden add‑ons, we still owe around $19,000. This place is not honest, not transparent, and absolutely not looking out for the customer. They overcharge, hide fees, skip inspections, and send people off the lot in unsafe cars. I'm leaving this review so someone else doesn't get trapped the way we did.

All to be told they couldn't verify his paystubs. All they had to do was log into Workday and then get proof from his new job he had just started. This fake dealership needs to be taking out of business for misleading customers to get them in the door only to be tricked for higher down payments. My nephew didn't know any better but I do. Went to a local dealership and got approved instantly with no hassle. #worstcardelershipeverneedtobecloseddown.

Yesterday I had a mobile mechanic (J&B Mobile Mechanics) come out and look at my Tacoma, they showed up about two hours after I called and were in the parking lot of my job for a total of 20 minutes after a short test drive and told me everything that was wrong. Had it fixed in about 3 hours or so. Definitely recommend them and not Beaman, the pricing was also much better as well than what a dealership would charge as well. 3/11/26: Still have not heard from Beaman even though their automated response to reviews states they will attempt to contact me, also Alexis still has not contacted me to "talk about everything done". It's been two days since I got my truck back by the way. Original review posted 3/9/26: This place had my Tacoma for an entire week and absolutely nothing was done, test drove with a technician once and someone else that claimed that they were a shop foreman another time, both of which actually heard the crunching noise coming from the front driver side but were "unable to replicate the issue" after calling to get an update on my truck. Oh by the way, all updates I had to contact the dealership and wait for a contact back after several hours. The longer they had the truck, the more I had to call for an update. After calling 3 times this past Thursday and 4 times today in one day after Beaman having my truck for a week I decided to show up, taking time off early from work for the third time in a week and stood around waiting for my service advisor for about 10 minutes whom was originally Alexis but I guess decided to take an extended weekend off and then got swapped to Joey whom is just as bad as Alexis was about calling customers back. When I received my truck back finally, Joey literally could not tell me anything about what was done since my last visit and told me that Alexis will be contacting me to talk about everything done, I'm not holding my breath. Most of everyone I dealt with was nice but the lack communication between the service department and the shop is abysmal.

Now this is something you'd never be able to see with your eyes...you wouldn't know it until its on the alignment rack attached to your car. I purchased it January 24th, 2019 but I hadn't gotten around to putting it up on my car until today because I was gathering other parts and just busy with other work as it was. Called him mere hours after I discovered the issue and he just shrugs his shoulders and says he can't give me even a little bit of my money back because "it's been too long" (and he claimed he didn't have any record of me in his system somehow, even though I was staring right at the order form). So now I'm stuck with a bent subframe that I will have to pay a body shop a couple hundred dollars to straighten it out. Idk about you but it sounds kind of fishy why a car that had an "interior fire" would have a rear end bent so badly it cannot even be adjusted to within spec without a frame rack. Two stars only because it seemed like a decent deal at only $1000, but maybe thats why it was that cheap...
