He does not return calls or emails or any form of communication. I have OVERPAID for the deck (as I had contracted them to do other work (windows/floors) and paid half of EVERYTHING up front... which hasn't even been started). In the process of seeking out a lawyer to get money returned since I am getting snowballed with lack of communication, so that this deck can FINALLY be finished.
