This was with the internal bussell

I had my wedding dress altered here over 2 years ago and when my daughter needed her wedding dress altered I brought her here. The dresses came out perfect and were ready when promised. Zarrin is very friendly and will take the time to show you how to put up the bussell and she even fixed a little clip that had come loose on my daughter's dress. Thank you & I will refer whoever I can!!

Omgosh let me say- I was referred by Blue Bridal and they were so right! As plus size bride I was losing quite a bit of weight but that didn't even matter as these alterations were top notch! Buttons were added all the way down the back of the dress- perfectly straight and I loved the detail so much! Bustle added, hemmed, and the sides taken. I can't thank you enough for making my wedding dress perfect! The day of I felt confident and my dress was comfortable and fit like a dream!! Thank you again!!

Disclaimer: I do plan on updating my review as services are rendered, with each fitting. This is my review of my first bridal fitting experience. I came in for my first bridal fitting on may 30, just before 1 pm for my 1 pm appointment after emailing with Zarrin previously. When I got there, there was a bride at what looked like the beginning of her appointment. I thought, no big deal. Maybe the bride showed up late. I did notice, however, that it was incredibly muggy inside the building. Like the AC either wasn't on, or didn't work. At around 1:20, that bride was completed, and Zarrin asked me my name and tried to tell me that my appointment wasn't until the next day at 1, which wasn't possible, since it wasn't even an option she gave when she was emailing with me. I told her this, and she came back with "well, I have another appointment at 1:30." I said, "that's unfortunate. I can't do tomorrow, and I'm here now. We confirmed via email for today. What are you going to do to remedy this? Do I need to find another seamstress to do my alterations?" I was furious. After some back and forth between Zarrin and another woman in her shop, she curtly told me that I could step into one of the changing rooms and get into my dress. I changed, put my shoes on, emerged from the room, and she had me stand on the pedestal. I did so. She quickly got started on me. The appointment began to go much smoother from there. At 1:30, her other appointment showed up and seemed annoyed I was there. But I don't really care. She got tended to by another very capable woman in the shop. Zarrin carefully pinned each layer of my underskirt to my liking, but eventually the heat began to wear on me. Between the new bridal shoes being painful and the heat? I started to get dizzy. I told her I needed to sit, and that it was hot. She said "I can turn the AC on, but yes! Please sit!" So she helped me to the chair so I could rest a moment and gather myself. She went to switch on the AC. After a moment, I was able to stand back up, and the AC kicked on. We resumed our activities, and I only had to sit once more. That time, because of my shoes. I really need to break them in. We discussed the bustle, decided on which kind was best for my needs. And we also decided to wait on doing any alterations to the waistline because we want to ensure I'm finished losing weight. After all was said and done, I changed out of the dress and met her at her desk to discuss price and time line. The end of the appointment was far better than the beginning, and her prices are more than reasonable. I'll be looking forward to giving more stars later on.

Came here to get my bridesmaid dress altered. The dress needed to be adjusted in the torso area and shoulders due to me being a petite woman. It was also altered in the armpit area and the bottom of the dress was cut and hemmed. Everything came out fantastic and was completed before I left for the wedding, the price of the alterations was reasonable as well. So happy I picked this place.

The length was exactly what I wanted!

I went to Next Thread to have my wedding dress altered and I'm so glad I used their services. It was reasonably priced, the turn around was great and she made it a quick and painless process! My dress was beautifully altered with a shortened hem, bustling added and padding added to the chest area to close the small gap on my dress so I felt more secure in it. Thank you, Next Thread, for making that part of my wedding planning easy and stress free!

Zarrin was the first to respond and beat out the other places in terms of price by as much as $30 compared to one place.

The woman at the counter is super rude..and has caused me not to return to this business…read more This was my second time experience with this company, I was recommended through a friend of mine who stated they were quick and efficient. I had a dress dry cleaned which cost me a total of $50.06 after tax. My first time experience was the same as my second. This woman had a very mean mug on her face ... she asked me questions I didn't know the answer too as I'm not familiar with clothing products & how they're supposed to be washed and became frustrated with me. I decided that it would be best to leave the dress there as I needed it for an event the following weekend. Upon pickup I was greeted by a different woman who was much more bubbly, kind, and made me feel like a welcome customer. I paid, analyzed the dress and was super happy. I decided to leave the bad taste of the woman behind as I understand people have their days.. I went in again as I needed two shirts dry cleaned.. I was again greeted by the woman with the mug on her face, I kindly asked how much it would cost me to have the shirts dry cleaned and she told me $28 a piece, I was fine with that but she was demanding that I now pay upfront... (I was in a different car so I didn't have my wallet - fully aware that's my fault.) I began to mention how I had just recently gotten dress dry cleaned and that I could pay upon pickup and she because super aggressive stating that if "I can't afford to pay now there will be no service." I kindly grabbed my shirts and left. I had no problem running home grabbing my wallet and returning but after being spoken too like that I decided I didn't wanna spend my money here again. It saddens me that all it takes is one bad apple to ruin the whole experience.
