I've been here a few times, both for myself and for my wife. This visit, we got super lucky with no one ahead of us, which made things even smoother. The front desk staff always does a good job making the check-in process easy and stress-free. The caregivers have consistently seemed thorough, attentive, and helpful, which is what you want when visiting an urgent care clinic. Another plus -- there's ample parking, making access simple. Overall, a reliable urgent care spot with good staff and an easy overall experience. Saluti.

The providers didn't seem to listen or validate what I was experiencing. Communication was also poor. I left a voicemail and didn't receive a timely callback, and when I finally did, the response came across as rude and unsupportive. Overall, it felt more focused on getting patients in for additional visits than actually providing quality care. What makes this more frustrating is that my husband and I had just established care here and completed physicals on the family practice side. I rarely have medical issues and try to handle things the right way, so this experience was disappointing. I'll be continuing care with another office who actually listens, and my family will be finding a new primary care provider and urgent care moving forward.

I review everything. Including... walk-in doctor's offices. So, I'm a One Medical user, and I've used it for about six months. This is my home location, and I'm definitely a fan. One of the main things I like about it is how you can get labs done by just walking in anytime. You don't need an appointment. You just walk in and wait. If there's a line, they can give you a time to come back. Or, if there's no line, you can just sit in the waiting room. It's very nice to have a lab on site, and you don't have to deal with the whole Sonora Quest adventure that a lot of us Arizonans deal with. I've seen two nurse practitioners there. Both of them were helpful. And not only did they show good bedside manner--if I'm able to use that term, despite not actually being in a hospital bed--but they also were quick to respond to my messages on the app. The service here is painless. No pun intended. It's easy to make an appointment. Their app is very well-designed. And this location is clean and friendly. I would recommend One Medical if you're looking for a simple primary care experience.

The medical staff is caring and amazing, they have a lab in office. The biggest thing is they respect your time. My dad is 78 years old and has had many health issues and they've taken care of him wonderfully and my 24yo son is also a patient there. We are very happy with their care for us all.

At one point, a staff member came to the front, looked at me, didn't say anything, and walked back while other employees were laughing and talking in the back. The office was nearly empty, with only one or two patients in the back, so the delay and lack of communication were especially frustrating. Eventually, someone came up and said they would help me, but never returned, stating there was an issue with the computer being locked. After that, another staff member came up and began asking for my information again.Overall, the lack of professionalism, communication, and basic courtesy made this a very poor experience especially for someone seeking medical care.

The most horrible experience I have ever had at a Banner Urgent Care…read more I went the first morning of flu like systems. I had to stand at the front desk for 15 minuets because nobody was there, I finally called this Phylicity I was currently standing there and someone picked up the phone from the back. When I told him I had been standing at the desk for 15 minutes he said she's on her way up. I was greeted but a young woman with a less than kind look on her face like it was even an imposition that I was there, when I tried to lighten the mood (just reminding I was the one who was sick) I asked her how her day was and she flatly replied oh it's been a day alright. Then I was called back to the room where the person who I think he said he was a paramedic and took my vitals, placed in another room when the NP Melissa Monson asked a few questions took a swab for the flu came back 5 minutes later and told me that she saw a faint tiny twinge of a pink like for the flu test she took and said that it may be so faint because I came in the same day I started showing symptoms. I asked that they send my prescriptions next door to CVS as I didn't want to drive all the way across town to get them. They sent them to my normal pharmacy anyway. 10 days later I was not feeling as well as I expected to with the 5 prescriptions they put me on I finally got in to see my doctor. He pulled the paperwork from Banner and said it was no wonder I was not feeling better... The paperwork from Banner stated that I tested NEGITIVE for both type A & B flu... My doctor was not shocked to say the least. I have an upper raspatory infection and prescribed me some antibiotics and 3 days later I'm finally getting some relief. I was misdiagnosed, given the wrong medication and I had to pay 75.00 for that. I want my money back I'll eat the meds I had to pay for and I want an apology for nobody calling me to tell me that my flu tests were negative that I should go to my regular Dr. because there is something else going on with me to stop taking the medications they had given due to being mis diagnosed.

I've had major allergy attacks several times in the last few weeks, so I just wanted to be sure they weren't morphing into something serious. I walked in around 6:30 pm without an appointment, checked in and the lobby was empty. I waited maybe 15 minutes before I was called to triage. After the MA got my vitals, I was put into the exam room next door. I probably waited 20 more minutes before a lady came in. I can't remember her name but I don't remember if she was an MD, DO or PA. She listened to my lungs, asked me if I was on any prescription medication (which I am), and then suggested I buy a covid test OTC since most insurance companies no longer cover the cost. Patients then get billed $55 if administered here. I didn't bother since I had just done it the weekend before and it was negative. My symptoms have since subsided. I did pay my $35 copay when I checked in, but the lady at the front did not know what my copay was even after I gave her my insurance card. She asked me a second time what my copay normally is, so I told her $35 and that's what I was charged. If I was a dishonest person, I could have told her $10 and she would have charged me that. This leaves me to question how good the care really is here. While I was waiting in the room, I heard someone else come in, and it sounded like I was forgotten about. I don't think I'll return.

My intake was done by a medical assistant, and decisions about testing were made based on that conversation before the provider, Christina NP, spoke with me directly. When the provider came in, it was obvious she hated her job by the way she talks to patients. she asked a few brief questions, told me my results were negative, and advised me to follow up with my primary. When I asked about additional testing, I was told it wasn't done based on something I had mentioned earlier to the MA, without any further clarification or discussion. After I followed up again with staff, the provider returned and spoke to me in an extremely confrontational manner, stating she had "specifically asked me" I ultimately had to advocate multiple times to receive appropriate testing. The communication and overall approach felt dismissive and unprofessional. I went home crying. I will be filing a formal complaint.
