Our first print run was OK - although they messed up one of 5 items, they did replace at no charge. But this week has been a nightmare. No reply from design team for two days, now we're too close to deadline and staff who promised to get back to me have failed to do so. And of course that Manila call center can't find who I talked to. The concept of keeping costs low, gaining margin from offshore staff may be a good business plan for the owners - but it's clearly not good for customers. These company used to be great, but something's happened in the last year and they have become unreliable to the point that after over 6 years of using them for myself and other clients, I'm moving on. Their production time is seemingly longer and by no means "Next Day", company reps blame the factory, people in the factory blame Next Day Flyers, reps at both apologize for mistakes internally but say "it wasn't them". But, most of all, they are making mistakes on orders and missing delivery times and giving bad info. My most recent order was a simple print job for 500 color tickets that had a botched proof, that I had to have multiple calls and chats to remedy (and each rep telling me they didn't understand why the last rep made an error), was delayed printing for a day... when I went to pick it up, I arrived an hour early just to be on standby, but was told in the factory that it had never been approved and wouldn't be ready til the next day at least. I asked if they could double check in the back, and they said no, but that they could courier to my home. On the way home I called Next Day Flyers on what became an hour phone call and they said, in fact, the order was just being finished and didn't know why the factory told me otherwise. They said they couldn't courier, but guaranteed it would be shipped that night so I'd have the next morning by 10.30 am (then he said by noon, just to be safe). The next morning (today) I check shipping and it shows as not having been even received by FedEx. I call Next Day Flyers and they said there was nothing they could do, not even reprint so I could pickup. The rep said she could refund me a portion of my order and have it delivered the following day... after pushing, she said she could refund the whole order. I said I needed it reprinted same day, and I'd go pick it up, but after checking with the factory she said that "it wasn't possible". I see Next Day Flyer reps are responding on some review sites with apologies and asking to be contacted directly to resolve in a desperate attempt to show they are trying to fix things, but don't be fooled. read more

Really disappointed in their service. Delivery times were Bait and Switch. Your order will be accepted with one date of delivery. Then in a few days it will be kicked back to you with some made-up issue for 'review'. It will look the same, so you approve it. Then you see that they have increased the order time several days. Go elsewhere, these are widely available at lower cost. We were willing to pay more and the express shipping to get them in time for a show. Now we don't have them. The tickets are beautiful. There was misspelling on one word. Their 30 something pt verification missed thw error. So I am a lil disappointed but overall outside of the error they are excellent the colors are vibrant. The card stock they use is nice and heavy. Not flimsy at all. The gloss is beautiful too! Absolutely baffled by the lack of customer service and support. BE AWARE IF YOU order a sample, the bulk order will arrive in a different color. My suggestion is, don't order from this company at... all! They aren't willing to reprint an order when they were not upfront about the color possibly being different. ITS NOT WORTH THE MONEY YOU THINK YOU'LL SAVE. I received 2 banners for one of my clients, I have to say I was really disappointed in the color and the fact the banners had no eye-loop holes to hang the banners, I had to make holes and re-enforce the back so it wouldn't rip out. I refer a lot of customers to you so I was surprised this was not good. The red was not bright it was very dull so the letters did not stand out. I opt not to get a proof as I thought it would delay even further. I called their customer service dept when ordering and paid extra to get it printed faster. If your red didn't match the artwork provided quality control dp should have caught it. read more

Don't ever use this company. Their prices may be attractive but I was cheated. I ordered 850 post cards and received only 675. I assumed that with the "Satisfaction Guarantee" they made an honest error and would simply send the missing cards. We knew we were shorted when labeling and stamping the cards they ran out at 675. We could not return the cards although we did send them our analysis (included below) at their request. They were worse than unresponsive. The calculations follow, but to make this short. They became nasty and did not return messages. Use them at your own risk. There behavior makes me believe they might routinely do to others as they did to me. I saved the box! The inside dimensions of the box are 7.7 X 7 X 5 = 269.5 inches cubes. 850 post cards (the number they said they delivered) on 14 pt (.014inch) stock would be .014*4*6*850 = 285.6 inches squared. Even if they were cut up into pieces so that no space was left they could not fit in 269.5 cubic inches. In addition they were greater than .014 inches thick since the paper was both printed and coated. The FedEx label says the weight of the package was 7 lbs. Using the lightest weight I could find for 14 pt card stock of 270 gms, the weight of 850 post cards would be at least 7.8 lbs. If they can do math, they should be able to see they cheated me. I never got the additional post cards or the money back that it cost me. read more

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Site is misleading. Pictures do not represent what you get. I expected the banner to have holes/grommets for mounting. It did not. The picture I clicked on to order did. Okay, so maybe I ordered wrong. I contacted support to talk about this in a chat. I opened with asking how I can get what I really want. I was willing to order again assuming the mistake might be mine. They spent the next 20 minutes telling me, in essence but not in these words, 'too bad so sad'. You don't get what's in the picture. You have to drill down and click on various option boxes. Mistake made. While getting their templated spiel of 'not our problem', I went ahead and ordered what I needed from another company that sells what is in the picture in their website. It cost less and shipping was less. Lesson learned. I will never work with these folks again and have asked them to remove my email and phone number from their system. Their website is misleading and their customer support is terrible. It was a waste of money and time. But I have what I need because I went to someone else with better products, lower costs, and better service. You should skip these folks too. read more

You guys totally screw up my order. I ordered a 3feet by 4feet poster and asked that my magnetic sign be printed with three inches and four inches lettering. When my sign arrived, I could hardly read what was written on the sign. The lettering was printed using miniature fonts. It seems like someone used #3 fonts of these huge signs. These people have no common sense. Why would someone print something that small on a huge magnet like that. read more

I ordered 2 flyers for an event , when the first flyer arrived we opened it and it was a flyer for a completely different company. I spoke with customer service the entire day to get it straightened out , they would only agree to reprint the one I physically had in my possession since the other had not arrived yet ( it arrived and looked the way it should) but the other banner was supposed to be in production and everything rushed because they screwed up. Fast forward to me checking in on the order the next day to make sure there were no hiccups and I was told that even though I was promised my signs on Thursday there is a delay of an additional 1-2 days ... so I won't have my flyers for the event and I still will have to pay for them no refund ... no discount... just stuck with a banner well after I need it. I have ordered from Next Day Flyers for about three years for work. The one time I had a problem they bent over backwards to fix it. So... After submitting a project for new business cards I get an email about two weeks later, 3 days before I need them that they weren't going to be able to meet my deadline. Very upset with the service, the banner delivered late. UPS delayed it and after talking to them, found out that it's because Next Day sent it later than expected. We had a tradeshow with no banner. When I got back and opened the banner the image was blurry which they say they spot check. Waste of money. I called Next Day and complained and they pretty much did nothing. There slogan is a lie. I too should have read the reviews before purchasing. I've had a similar terrible experience as many of the other one star reviewers have had. It's not worth taking the chance using them. Take a hard pass and it will save you a lot of time, money and headaches. Their online chat is extremely slow and I felt, at times, that they didn't understand what I was asking. I use online chat when I'm looking for a quick answer. What should have been a couple minute chat with a quick yes/no answer turned into 20 minutes or more on several occasions. It's like the rep walked away from the chat to get a coffee at times. There were gaps where I wondered if anyone was still there. My online chat today took over 45 minutes. If you need to contact them, call them. Don't try to use their online chat. I placed an order after approving a proof. It's hardly 'next day' service unless you want to pay high fees. It took a little over a week for my order to arrive. When I opened the box, the items were basically thrown into the box and it looked like a mess. There was a printing issue with my order. Oddly, random words were printed in bold print. More time dealing with customer service. They ended up replacing the order. More time waiting for it to arrive. The replacements I received have a paper quality issue. I ordered a matte finish. A matte finish should be a dull finish and light should not reflect off it. I've ordered matte finish on many other products from various printers and never had an issue with it. The product I received from Next Day Flyers has a semi-gloss finish that shines under light. It's hardly matte by definition. When I contacted their customer service, I was advised that their matte finish has an 'aqueous coating' on it. They would not work with me to try and fix the issue. Customer service is not their strong point. So... here I am about three weeks later with products I can't use because they don't meet my quality standards for my business branding and no remedy at all from Next Day Flyers. Stick with reputable printers who understand paper and printing quality. Don't waste your time with Next Day Flyers. Their prices might be less but you get what you pay for. read more

Horrible service! Promised many things in the beginning that they were not able to deliver on. Customer service was an absolute nightmare. Had some estimate sheets printed and they could not get the the mistakes fixed so I called and had to go over it on the phone. When I received the materials there were still mistakes. They told me the only thing they could do was to refund my money and then I had to pay to have their printing department set up a proof which would have cost more that I paid for the entire order. I was then told I could ship the entire order back to them and they would refund me. To this day I still have no refund. This is not a company you want to go with. You will waste your time and get sub par service. You could probably do something on word and have a better outcome. read more

The quality of the "gloss" finish on paper is a dull matte finish. Not what I have gotten from other printers. The charge for shipping was over $45 for 200 3x4 cards. And it wasn't even expedited shipping. I ended up with a below average product and charged way too much and am not happy with the printed product as well. If the "gloss" finish is going to be different than other printers, the least you could do is show examples on your website during order process so the customer can select your "gloss" product. And you also need to offer cost effective shipping. I feel robbed. totally robbed on something that I cannot use and money that was completely wasted. Not happy with my order and hope that my suggestions will help you improve so there will not be a repeat experience with another one of your customers. Very disappointed. read more

We've been using NextDayFlyers for years and their customer service has gotten worse and worse. We had multiple orders placed for events and they were missing deadlines repeatedly. They event said I could 'upgrade shipping' to make it time for out event, but they refused to cover the cost and refunded. They'd rather lose business than make a customer happy. We're looking for alternatives and FYI a lot of companies use them so we have to watch out. read more

Unfortunately they accepted my money but did not deliver my items until the 20th and they were not able to be used at my event. Don't waste your money on expedited shipping as it is not worth it. Ordered what I was told would be banners delivered in 3-5 days. Plan on extra time. The graphics were centered and small, not to fit on the banner. Paid for a 3 foot by 6 foot banner and actual logo is 2 foot by 4 foot. Way too much white space all around. No grommets so no way to hand the banner. Images blurry. Who possibly looked at this finished product and decided this was acceptable? read more

I ordered bookmarks for a family member's memorial. The price was very competitive compared to other sites... with a much better turn around time and lower shipping rate. My original order arrived with some printing/color errors on a portion of the order. I contacted customer service who responded promptly (on a Saturday). We just needed postcards printed on one side and shipped to Massachusetts. We tried to order 18 of them at 100 ct. each. The shipping cost was $680.00 dollars! 1800 postcards is comparable to 3 1/2 reams of paper. The pricing seemed excessive and the best customer service could offer was a one time 20% discount. I should have trusted the yelp reviews and not placed an order. i placed an order with them at 7AM, asked for a proof, and by 7PM i had not received any word so i called. They decided that it was THEN time to inform me that the dimensions of the file were too small for printing, and that i needed to upload dimensions that were larger - so i did. I then called back and they told me that again, the dimensions are not going to work and while they can print it, I will have to be responsible for a same day rush charge - for a mistake that wasnt mine. Long story short, they informed me that while they knew about the issue at hand, they dont reach out to people for 24 hours - helpful right? I should have trusted the yelp reviews. read more
