I ordered bookmarks for a family member's memorial. The price was very competitive compared to other sites... with a much better turn around time and lower shipping rate. My original order arrived with some printing/color errors on a portion of the order. I contacted customer service who responded promptly (on a Saturday). We just needed postcards printed on one side and shipped to Massachusetts. We tried to order 18 of them at 100 ct. each. The shipping cost was $680.00 dollars! 1800 postcards is comparable to 3 1/2 reams of paper. The pricing seemed excessive and the best customer service could offer was a one time 20% discount. Yeah my product was delivered - 3 days after the event. I LOVE Next Day Flyers products however I don't understand why such as unreliable shipper such DHL would be used. As usual DHL is always late and cannot locate packages or customer is closed on weekends. and I paid for 2 day ship to ensure timely arrival. We were so looking forward to a beautiful printed card from Next Day for a graduation party. I like NDF, have used them for business cards a couple of times becuase I don't have a lot of other huge needs. But people I know that do, have used them and things have been done quickly, accurately and economically. Horrible customer service. I ordered brochures on Monday for an event tonight (the 4th day). Was told this morning that brochures were in binding dept ready to be folded. I was going to pick up unfolded and fold them myself, called and found out I was LIED to by Cindy in customer service, they were even off the press yet. Manager was unwilling to help even though we needed brochures tonight. SO disappointed. This is my 4th order with them and I was happy until now. They've done it again. These guys will NEVER get anything done on time. I use them because they are cheap and supposedly quick but I really am losing my patience with this company. I used their template and put the bleed to whatever the F*#$ they have designated as the bleed line, then they tell me that my bleed isn't enough? I used your fucking template! Then because of that they delay my printing by 1 day and don't tell me. I had people coming in to my office to stuff envelopes and I had to cancel all of them because these incompetent fools couldn't get anything done. This is at least the 3rd time that something like that has happened to me with these guys. I'm pretty sure the purposely do things like this so they have more time to print your stuff. If you use these guys, be warned. YOU WILL NOT get stuff on time. They will mess with you to try to make it your fault but I'm telling you. If their templates are correct, then there would be no problem. If you need something within 2 days.. give them a shot. Honestly though. If there was a better option, for more money that was local. I would use them 100% over these guys. It's like when you'll sleep with an ugly girl because she's the only girl that will sleep with you. Ugh. Sorry to say things keep going farther downhill. I might give them one more chance, but I am seriously disenchanted. I've recommended them to so many people, but I definitely need to cut back on that. On Friday I realized I wanted to order a banner, and have it ready by Tuesday morning. Because I required a quick turn around, I looked to Next Day Flyers, after all, with that name, they are clearly looking to attract people who don't have a lot of lead time. I was disappointed to learn that I couldn't pick it up on Saturday (since that would give me time to redo, in case there was a problem), nor could I get it on the cheaper 3 day turn around, because weekends don't count, but that's okay. Doing work last minute, options are limited. I downloaded their template and got to work on my project. After a bunch of work, but before the cutoff for the day, I got ready to submit my order. When I saw the banner had further choices to make grommets/no grommets/pole pockets, I realized there had been no information on the templates to make sure the artwork matched those choices safely. I interacted via chat to find out how much clearance needed to be made for the grommets (2 inches in from the "safe line" at each corner was no longer safe, and I needed to adjust my artwork. I made all my artwork adjustments and saved it out, and then began my upload. My upload completed at 6:01 PM. The cutoff to have the banner done on Monday (I needed it Tuesday morning) was 6:00 PM. Production would not offer to get it into Monday's print queue despite that being more than 60 hours away. So, Next Day Flyers could not get me a banner when I needed it more than 80 hours from when I submitted my order - even though, if their template had been complete, my order would have been placed with plenty of time. Even with their insufficient template, I had finished the upload literally within a minute of their deadline, but to no avail. It's cute to hide behind policy, but they should also have a policy of having correct templates. Considering everything, I found that to be very poor customer service. I placed my order elsewhere, for pick up actual next day (Saturday) and it didn't cost any extra. The other banner turned out just fine. read more

Don't be deceived by the name. The only way you're getting your flyers the next day is if you physically drive to get them. Shipping costs are pretty absurd, but what I had a terrible experience with was the customer service, or the lack thereof. I tried calling several times for assistance, and I swear they have hired the least personable and most awkward call center agents. And they also don't provide you with a direct line to the location where your flyers were printed. In fact I couldn't even be transferred by a "customer service" agent. I ordered a set of contact cards from this vendor. ORDER # 2405539 I needed them the next day. I paid a large surcharge for this a total of 98$ for 250 not really impressive business cards. the next day I got online and tracked the package. I was told that it would not be her until the following day. So I contacted the vendor they blamed it on fedex and offered me a 17 dollar refund. I told them this was not adequate as I would have never payed anything more that 20 bucks if I did not need it the next day. They then offered me a 35 dollar discount so 63 dollars for less than adequate business cards. No. I told them I jut wanted a full refund as i didn't want to pay for solid gold business cards. I am still waiting for a reply. The website states... We understand how important it is to get your printing done right and done on time. Now you have to call which will take up to 20 minutes to save $10. If you try to use the LIVE CHAT you get someone outside the country who is not aware of the problem. I have been coming to NDF for all my business needs for over a year and they've never let me down until now. This location was great on pickup times, but recently changed to only picking up after 5:30pm which makes it inconvenient, especially trying to deal with traffic at this time of the day. It also causes a lot of customers coming at one time to pickup right before closing, which creates very long wait times (over an hr). On top of that, I waited for over an hour just for them to tell me they didn't have my full order. I ordered three sets of business cards for my employees and only one set came in. I really needed these for the weekend and they failed me. If I had ordered them next day, I could possibly understand, but they had a full week. Hope they make changes in the near future. Five stars to the employee at the front desk who tried to remain calm despite the wave of customers. It's not her fault. This is in regards to the NDF website only, however I believe their main headquarters is at this location. We are a graphic design company and have been a loyal customer of NextDayFlyers for years; not to mention spending 100's of thousands of dollars with them. We have recently become EXTREMELY disappointed with NextDay Flyers and their new ownership. In the past month we have experienced multiple orders with mysterious "production issues" and items not shipping to their correct locations that have resulted in them not arriving on their promised date. Not to mention in all of these instances we were not notified of these issues. As a graphic design firm our customers count on us to deliver, so nextday flyers failures reflect negatively on us. I have called many times and talked to numerous people and have experienced a lack of compassion and drive to remedy the situation. They do not stand by their homepage's: "100% Money Back Guarantee...that's why we offer to reprint or refund you, no questions asked!" Instead, trying to get a refund feels like an interrogation and I have even been asked to inconvenience my clients further by obtaining "picture proof" that items were sent to the wrong location. Bottom line, NextDayFlyers is losing our business to another online company who takes pride in their service and products. I will leave just a couple suggestions for NextDayFlyers: - You should change your name to "WheneverWeFeelLikeItFlyers" - Remove your claim to a "no questions asked" refund and "when you smile, we smile" reference because it's obvious you could not care less. read more

DO NOT PRINT HERE! You WILL regret it if you have any type of deadline. I have written a review before on this place, but there service has gotten even WORSE. This place deserves NO STARS AT ALL. I have been using them for over 8 years because the company used to be awesome, but THEY HAVE BEEN SOLD. They are consistently weeks behind in production. They will tell you they will have your item done on time and then not meet the deadline. They will then give you their apologies with no rectification. They have failed me on 3 deadlines and the last one I finally cancelled because they said that they can't guarantee anything will be done on time because of "delays in production". If you ask for a manager they will put you on an indefinite hold. The call center is in Manilla and has NO COMMUNICATION with the center in the US that is actually printing the flyers. Event the templates available on their website are useless, because no one in the company understands them. They don't even know what a bleed line is! They have stopped after hours pick up and have a completely UN-functional website that doesn't work for payment. (All payment are done through an automated phone system that takes forever). Every time you order you HAVE to call to complete the order and the hold times are ridiculous. I have worked in the graphic design industry for over 10 years and I haven never seen such a blatant disregard when it come to providing a service on time. They simply do not care. Even the people working the desk in the office say that the company has gone to shit and to find another company. It is a shame, but this company has completely bombed since the buy out. On Monday, November 29th, I called customer support to make sure that if I place a 3-business days order I'll be able to pick it up on Thursday, as I have a flight Friday morning. The representative of the company made me sure that if I place the order before 6 pm it will definitely be done on time. I immediately placed the order, only to receive a call at 12 pm on Thursday, saying that my order will not be ready on time due to the paper shortage and supply chain issues(lol). So instead of letting me know that on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday they decided to wait until the day when I was expecting my order. Since their paper/coatings are no longer what I expected, I ordered a new sample kit so I would be able to see what the heck can I expect with the paper/spec options. I chose this company "Next Day" because I had a "time sensitive" project..it didn't come close to meeting the deadline promised. It printed quickly and shipped however somewhere along the way it halted. In my opinion, the right thing to do would have been to reprint the job and overnight it to me at the company's expense. I missed the deadline and if they overnighted it to me I could have made arrangements with the client. It came 2 days late. All they did was offer a "credit" for future projects? Our church has been using Next Day Flyers for at least 5 years now, both for the annual calendars and for promotional posters and postcards. We have always been 100% pleased with the speed of turnaround and with the color accuracy. Layout has never been a problem - the supplied templates explain the safety zones more than clearly enough. If we have ever had any text cut off on the edges, it would have been due to user error on our end, and even so, if it looks like there *might* be a problem with a print, we are contacted before the files are sent to print. We have picked up our fliers on location once, the office was a little hard to find, but transaction was easy. Delivery has always been on-time. This makes it easier for us to procrastinate and send off files last minute, because we know we will receive it on time, so maybe it's not such a good thing..but it's still a good thing. They are awful, and customer service is severely lacking. For an online ordering company, one would think checking your emails and communicating with customers in a timely manner would be a priority. Apparently not. I placed an initial order with them, and while it definitely did not come next day, it looked great. The second order was a bit of a headache for a rush situation, so I ended up canceling and getting a refund, since my entire reason for ordering from this company of course was that time was off the essence. I decided to give them another try, and the hang tags I ordered were HORRIBLE. Every single card literally looks like it was just ripped from the machine. How many times have I called to resolve an issue about my cards being misprinted and I had to call back several times to follow up even though someone has told me they'd call me back but never did. Even one of their customer service people have told me to try to create a relationship with a regular agent so I would get the attention I need... That was disheartening to hear because I no longer had the confidence in their products. I don't even know where to start. I'm a graphic/web designer and I've been a faithful customer of Next Day Flyers for the last 8 years. I loved the fact that I could place my order online, and pick them up instead of having them shipped. I've used them on countless projects for myself and my clients. When anyone asks for a reputable printing company, they are the first I refer anyone to. That all stopped yesterday. I never do anything at the last minute. I am mostly prepared and organized. I was invited to a networking event a few days before it started and I needed new business cards since I recently went through and rebrand and designed a new logo. With the event only being a few days away, I thought I could count on Next Day Flyers to get me my business cards the same day as long as it had the order placed by 10AM...So I selected that option on a early Friday Morning around 730AM, which was well before the 10AM deadline.. Their Rancho Dominguez location is open on Saturdays for pick-ups so I thought cool, I'll pick them up Saturday morning since they should be ready by Friday evening. I had to work late, so I wasn't able to grab them Friday. I look at the my email Saturday morning to check the status of my order and low and behold the status said "In Production" WTF?!! In Production on a Saturday when I just spent $130 for 100 business cards to be ready on Friday??!! Plus I got no phone call or email stating that my cards would NOT in fact be ready by when I requested? Hell NAWL! I immediately dialed the "customer service" to rip them a new one. I got someone in India or a foreign country of course. I immediately requested a refund AND I wanted my cards too. I needed those cards on Sunday for a very important networking event. Do you know how bad it looks for a graphic designer to show up at a networking event with ZERO business cards? Yes, people still use business cards. Anyway, my order was finally ready for pick up yesterday and I was NOT impressed with the printing quality of my cards. The backs of the cards were scratched! The color was coming off. WTF is this mess? Who is running the show now? Did this place get new owners? When did you guys start providing shoddy service? Why is your customer service in a foreign country? Great quality flyers and SUPER fast service! The turnaround is usually about a day or two, if you p/u at the Compton warehouse. If not, it will take longer to ship. If you're in SoCal, go for the in-store pick up! Flyer quality: Superb! Good quality paper, high gloss finish, vibrant colors. I've received tons of compliments on the quality of the flyers I get printed here. Business card quality: A-ok. It's good quality, but not the best. I would get the matte finish, as it looks a little more professional for personal bus. cards. The paper is ok... I would have preferred a TAD bit thicker though.
