This company has a byline that says "on time or on us". I have to say reading that made me think that they would be going overboard to make sure I got my product in time for an event we were doing. Well, not only did they not have my product ready the next day, which is what I paid for, they then blamed me for choosing 2-day shipping when I placed the order, which would have been sufficient. I do understand that things run late but if you're a day late on my order then at least upgrade my shipping to overnight so I get my product on time; they did not. To add insult to injury they are only offering me 25% of my order cost as a credit towards another order! As if I would use this company ever again! It took me the whole day going in circles with ladies on the phone & the online chat, as I thought I was being helped out but at the end was given repeated information which was annoying. Nextdayflyers has a time frame that I was trying to meet since 9am and I spoke to 2 girls with no solution (proof read so I can make a payment- meet my deadline I would pay extra) I was told I would get a call back but I didn't. Went online trying different point of contact method - repeated info & than I finally called one last time at 5 and JOSHUA answered-understood the assignment . I placed an order from this place and went in for pick up. I forgot to call in to have them bring it out. A lady named scarlet with blond hair at the Haskell location comes out and extremely rudely tells me to call the number at the door and slams the door at my face. You could have easily just nicely told me instead of treating us like dirt. When she comes out I confront her about being so rude and she tells me "I'm sorry it's really hot and I have 500 customers " as of that's a reason to treat people poorly. I placed an order on Wednesday that was guaranteed to be delivered by Friday. I saw the production updates never changed so I checked in with them via their live chat on Thursday and was assured my shipment would still arrive Friday. On Friday I still did not see any production updates so I checked in again. This time I was told that their production is delayed and I would not receive them until Monday. They did not alert me or let me know of any delays until the day I was supposed to already have received them. Terrible service and terrible communication. Do not trust their timelines. read more

I've placed 3 orders with them - 2 of them being very large orders and they've messed up the 2 big orders enough where they didn't want to fix the first one until I emailed 4 different reps and finally got on the phone with someone. I struggled to get a clear logo during the ordering process, so I called customer service for support and was immediately helped. She walked me through downloading a better image and processed the order with me still on the phone. We received the order within four days, and it was perfect! Great product, however your shipping rates are absolutely out of control. According to your own customer service agents, you do not print orders together and choose to print and ship each item individually! For an order of 8 versions of 250 Hang tags per variety you were charging me $110 IN POSTAGE alone! They could have easily been packed in a single box and shipped together for much less. Instead you ship each 4x4x2 box individually via FedEx, insanely wasteful and expensive. I sense profit on postage. I have had nothing but problems with Next Day Flyers with every order I have ever placed with them. I wrote them off 2 years ago but had a rush job come up and took a chance. Once again, they let me down. I paid triple the rate to get a same day turn. I had my artwork in an hour before their cut off. I get an email at 4:06 PM that my order is ready for pick up but that they close at 4pm. I then wasted an hour with customer service (wow...seriously). They basically said "there is nothing we can do, you can pick them up Monday" (it's Friday now). My client is flying out of town tomorrow so this was just a huge waste of time and money. Stay away. Unbelievable. My order was supposed to arrive today, but instead someone else's product arrived at my house. I initiated a chat and was told they could either refund me OR reprint the items and send them to me. The website says "On Time Guarantee" and "On Time or On Us" but it's nothing but a lie. My items did not arrive on time, but they were not willing to make it right. Instead they want me to still pay for an item that will now be arriving almost a week late! After almost TWO HOURS of back and forth with their Support I was able to get HALF my payment back. Customer Service was very respectful and apologetic, but it was clear they were not allowed to actually rectify the situation. I had the worst experience with this company. Their motto of "on time or on us" is total nonsense. Don't expect them to deliver on this promise. I placed an order with an estimated order time of the MORNING of my deadline. I checked the box that said "request proof" because I would love to ensure a good print job. BIG mistake. The proof didn't come until AFTER work hours. Even with an immediate approval the "promised" delivery time was completely out the window. I reached out to customer service asking if they could expedite the process since they promised an on-time delivery and they DIDN'T TAKE ANY OWNERSHIP OF A FLAWED SYSTEM. Unfortunately, there was an error that was hidden, so I reached out to them for the correction. This team was fast in communication and did whatever it took to correct the mistake. I used to love this place because the proofing system is great and the printing jobs were always quality as well. The past three or four experiences I've had with them have been terrible, however. At this point, I'm dealing with NextWeekFlyers--as none of my items have been delivered on time. I'm waiting on a rush (1 day production) that was supposed to have been delivered last week. Now the second job from the same order doesn't even have a legitimate tracking number. They do not honor their "on time or on us" policy so that's a crock of shit. Poor Customer Service, I am part of a non-profit booster program and we used Nextdayflyers for our senior night game banners, as you can guess we never got them! After several calls, they just kept telling me they would arrive. I then explained the deadline I had for the event, they told me if they don't arrive they have solutions. I thought that meant a local printer they coordinate with, nope, it means sorry here's your refund, good luck, your own your own. We had to scramble to find a same day print shop locally to help us. However thanks to Nextdayflyers it cost the non-profit $1000 more, so instead of spending $350 it cost us $1400 for same day printing and NextDay offered me a 20% coupon. I like their flyers. Needed some fast and affordable and these guys delivered. My only complaint was the paper thickness. I thought it would be more of an actual flier instead of just color prints. Maybe it was just a misunderstanding in the descriptions. But I will order from them again just because of the quality, price, and speed. I ordered 5,000 door hangers from Next Day Flyers. Their pricing, turnaround times, and the fact that they were a local business were appealing to me. When I received my order, I was underwhelmed by the print quality - it was just ok...I paid for my items to be shrink wrapped in bundles of 100 - that didn't happen. I tried to contact them twice and never received a response. Print companies are so hit and miss....and unfortunately you spend valuable time and money trying to figure this out. read more

Terrible experience really. From ordering to receiving an incorrect order, to being told it is solely my "fault" to their willingness to "make it right" being 20% off another order. WOW.
