more like next two week flyers! i needed price tags printed for an event they guaranteed next day pickup as my event was following a few days after. Trying to get a proof approved was the first nightmare this took 3 days of communication and it was a price tag.. The last communication i had was ok the prof miscommunications were clarified and the tags would be available for pickup the next day. I call the he following day to verify they are ready for pick up and i'm told the proof still needed to be approved!!! seriously??!!! Then they tell me they won't actually be ready until the following Monday 8 days from the time i placed them order for next day pickup! i said forget cancel the order and had to scramble to find a competent company to complete this very simple price tag in less than 24 to my event. This company is unbelievably unprofessional and a complete unorganized disaster! I've used a number of different printing companies... I've done some offset myself, but this has been my best deal. Having lived in LA, I've noticed the amount of printers, and local competitors that have driven down cost on anything UV coated (party type flyer). I moved to Oregon a couple years ago and wanted some UV Coated business cards and flyers and found OUTRAGEOUS prices. I scanned the web for a site, and found NDF. I went with them simply based on price, and just took a chance on quality. My order was delivered to me for less than half the price of what I would have paid locally. When I got my product, it wasn't exactly as ordered (i had requested full bleed and they added a border). I called in, talked to a customer service girl (i think i wanna meet her... she sounded cute... ha), and she quickly had my order re run and sent to me at no cost. A company that is willing to fix mistakes, make things right, and provide great service is always a winner for me read more

Even though they are fast and cheap, their customer service is the worst A retractable banner I bought from them is already broken after only 3 uses. They refused to work with me on a replacement, basically telling me to buy a new one. They also refused to allow me to speak with a supervisor. read more

I am a freelance designer and use them or refer them to my clients all the time. I'm surprised to read Brandine's review... I feel for her, that's the worst, but it's surprising. If I've ever had any issues whatsoever, they have been addressed promptly and fairly. Great service, easy online ordering, great quality and fast turn around time... I can't say enough about them. I also really love their blog they do... it's informative and creatively inspiring. Our company has used Next Day Flyers for a few of our copy services and was very pleased with their price and quality. However, recently we placed an order of over $756 and decided to not proceed. Their customer service department issued a credit and said it would be back in our account within 5 days. I waited...nothing. Called back and got the same answer. Waited another 5 days. Nothing. Did this again. Finally I asked for a check to be sent which they said would be sent within a week. We waited for nearly 2 weeks and still nothing. We called and got someone from their accounting department who said our check still needed to be approved. Seriously!?!??!! It's a complete run-around and I'm still trying to get our money back. It used to be great and convenient but now that they've decided to sell their company everything has turned upside down! I'm never going to come back ever again! The way they are handling their transition is really inconsiderate for customers. All of a sudden I cannot view past orders. I no longer have my 3rd tier pricing that I use after doing thousands of dollars of business with them for 5 years! Now I can't pick up my order locally... I now have to get it shipped... so much for affordable. After my horrific experience before, I decided to give one more try after I had a lengthy conversation with customer service, which was not easy to reach. Plus I had left a voicemail for the president that no one responded to. Clearly they do not listen or care about customer issues. The order was placed in a box that was way too big and a waste of material, when we should be conserving, especially because they had to add stuffing paper. They still do not put a sample of the item on the outside. They guy had to open the box and dig through the paper to find the product. The girl at the front still does not have a big roll of packing tape to close the box. To make matters worse the matte printing is horrible. The old matt printing was much better and this is very shiny not good for writing. They are very much now into their policies and not customer service. Please beware. You get what you pay for. I just read the review from someone else about the matte finishing who had the same problem with her postcards. To make matters worse the supposed customer service person I spoke to at the facility was trying to tell me it was the same as the old kind. I happened to have had an old postcard with me and he said, they were the same. Not a chance. BTW...UPS and FedEx are increasing their rates because of business like this that use bigger boxes and more packing materials than are needed. Again, they don't care about that. I can understand when you are shipping fragile items, but it's hard to damage paper. Now I don't have the good size box I use to get to keep the postcards in. Another disappointment and inconvenience. But I'm glad they have their rules and policies and the customer doesn't matter. read more

Really, really bad, terrible customer service. Was on the phone for an hour waiting to talk to someone.. this was about the borders for invites. I did not want any borders. No borders. NO BORDERS. But you guys still included borders. Then I came the next day to the business and asked to talk to someone cause the email was also s***. But no, NO ONE can come and explain to me about the borders. "Lemme print out the reasons why.", says the front desk lady. I saw the email already. But thanks. Just bring someone out here. And then I see your sample products in the lobby and there is a baby shower invitation with an image printed without any borders. What's up with that guys. read more

My husband and I have had our business LA Doggy Care open for close to a year now. We have had 4 different types of business card made. All were ok, but nothing that really made us say "wow." Vistaprint , who we thought was the best, sent our first batch of cards with the wrong number on it and made us order new ones to replace the ones they made incorrectly. NO DISCOUNT EVEN GIVEN!! Nextdayflyers are the BEST in the 4 sets we have had made. They even contacted us prior to printing because my measurements were off a bit and wanted to help correct it. I am now ordering posters and magnets from them and plan on using them for all my business needs. The prices are great too!!! read more

NextDayFlyers is great - if you don't really need it the next day. I've used them for years, but their ability to print by the next day has really gotten bad. It's about 50-50 whether you'll get it when promised, especially if you want it on a Friday. The three day turnaround is usually fine and their quality is good when I finally do get the product. read more

Very average. They suck at their online system. When you buy an item they will give you specific dimensions for the design but when you upload it they will reject it because the size they originally gave you is not the actual size that they like. The quality is good enough (not the best), their prices are good enough (not the best), their customer service is way below average. read more

I'm sad to say, but after using this company since it was just one location in Torrance, CA back in 2000, and using them on a regular basis since then, the customer service has dramatically changed. It's too bad because I've been a huge fan of this place and spent literally 10's of $1000's of dollars here. But when I order next day service, and it's not ready until 5:30 - 6 PM the next day, that does you no good at all because you have now missed any chance to ship out, so "Next Day" service may as well be renamed "2-day" service. I've always been happy with the print quality and the customer service here, but over the past 6 months or so, it's gotten worse and worse and now I'm stuck with pissed off customers. The people you deal with here are great, but it's obviously upper management / ownership issues that must be trying to save a dollar here and a dollar there which has killed the overall experience. I won't ever bother with "next day" service if I do use them again, might as well opt for 3-4 day turnaround and save the 100% price increase. I hope it changes, but it doesn't look like it's going to get better any time soon... What a shame. read more

You'll see an influx of reviews starting today, as Next Day Flyers has sent out an email asking their customers to make sure to write a review. So, don't think it is a bunch of employees posting. The timing couldn't have been more perfect, as I placed an order today. I've used other online print companies and have ALWAYS had an issue. Then someone recommended NDF. I have not placed another order with another company since. Their customer service is just that.....customer service. They answer the phones, they check orders, and if there is ever an issue, they call ME to let me know. Their service is great and more importantly, their options (same day printing, next day delivery, etc) is great for those in a hurry..... I highly recommend them. read more

I use Next Day Flyers for all of my business cards and marketing materials. They are well priced, quick and quality is great. I didn't know how good their customer service was until I was in a bind. I ordered a bunch of flyers and had planned to pick them up on my way to an industry conference. I miscalculated the date I needed the flyers by so my marketing materials were not ready by the time I arrived. I was a bit in a panic since I had spent a good deal of money on the conference and our booth, but I would have no material to pass out to potential customers. Hector and Santiago of Next Day Flyers took me in their office, went through my order as well as previous orders and saw I was a repeat customer. They decided to pay for an early morning Fed Ex delivery to my hotel so I would have the flyers an hour before the conference started. Hector even told me that if they could not arrange the delivery, he would PERSONALLY drive the flyers down to us in San Diego. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me out. Flyers were great and my conference went well all because these guys saved the day. I will never use another company for my marketing materials. These guys just won a lifelong customer. I have been using Next Day Flyers for about 2 years. I was happy with their product until I eventually had a customer service issue that they completely botched... That's when you really see how good a company really is.. I re-ordered business cards. Very simple, yes? An ikon displayed my business card and I chose to re-order. Instead, they sent the cards of another employee. I called them and sent a screen image of the ikon showing MY business card information, letting them know that the cards were printed incorrectly. The customer service person had no authority to re-print the cards and said a manager would call me within 24 hours. It's been 72 hours and no call back. read more

Anyone got suggestions for a great quick print place? I only ask because NDF used to be my go to spot but no more. Side note before my anecdote: I thought Yelp didn't let Businesses buy and feature good reviews? The only 5 star review by Jason W in the sky of single star reviews is FEATURED at the very top and is approximately 2 months old. This is important statistically people don't read after the first post and goes against their stance, yea? Total bull Yelp. Anyhow: I went to pick up an order of 3000 postcards for my project in about November only to find I was missing about 500 when I got down to it. I wrote it off as a tiny mishap in a previously flawless streak. I decide to reorder the missing 500 plus some more. You know the feeling you get super heightened awareness because your life might be in danger? I had that feeling when I walked in to pick up my final order. It was just off. The lobby was dim, there was only a primordial sign in system and it was dead silent other than the clerk twiddling away on his phone. My order comes out and it doesn't look quite like how it normally does with a proof of your print on top and packaging. I open my order at home to find the quality being absolutely Piss Poor. I didn't notice it during initial checking due to the lobby being dim. They planned that well. This series of red flags made me guess ownership had changed and surely other disappointed Yelpers confirmed it. I love it when I'm right but alas, I need to find a new printer. read more

I own a branding studio and I've been using Next Day Flyers for well over 7 years, first at some of my other agency jobs and now at my own business. With the ability to get custom products printed and amazing quality, using them was a no brainer. That all changed with our last few orders. Quality all of a sudden just tanked. They've stopped notifying you of proofs or shipping. The customer service and help line is full of people who have no clue. If your product is guaranteed by a certain date there is no "guarantee" it will show up on time. On top of that, I lost my custom rep and the guy they replaced her with is openly hostile when we have an issue or need info. Tried to call his boss and talk through this with him and haven't heard from this guy since. How hard is it for you to follow up on a client who spends thousands with you? I wasn't even mad, just concerned, but now I'm pissed. We have a job ongoing right now that I can get no information on and it's supposed to be here tomorrow, shipped freight! I just called and they said it would be, despite receiving an email yesterday afternoon that it wouldn't be here until Monday. Every time you talk to someone they "have to run to the production floor". Get it together!!! You are destroying your credibility and ruining the credibility of the people who depend on your company everyday. I'll be using Moo now for all my business card and flyers and just getting a local printer to quote our custom work, even though they are twice as expensive. Well worth it to get what I order and have someone when I call who actually knows what's going on. Writing this review hurts because I've always felt Nextday cared about our company and I was actually friends with some of our reps over the years. But enough is enough. I cannot allow this type of stuff to continue, it will sink our business. I'll update this review when I finally get tracking info on the order that should have (guaranteed) shipped days ago and I see the final product. --- Received the final product yesterday. Boxes got left out in the rain but that's UPS. Next day knocked off 20% off the final because of them missing the guaranteed date and the brochures themselves are a great product, which kills me because that's the exact reason we've been using them. I'll have to experiment with other printers to see if I can find anyone who can do the same quality for the same price. Long story short - You may or may not get a quality product and you may or may not get it on time. If you have an issue though you are screwed. They are now owned by Uprinting and it's obvious they are not the same company they used to be. read more

He was great on the phone, when I called him, offered solutions and gave me his word he will ship my order over night. This kind of attention and service is what I was expecting. This is how it should have been from the start.. Oh well, crap happens. We started weak and finished strong. Review revised thereafter. With business being so tight these days, service is what gets return customers more than product, IMO. Thanks Hector for being stand up. I look forward to meeting you and to revise our professional relationship. I hope this wont be the only time I am given attention just to remedy this case.. The initial phone call: First of all. Thank you to Claude Hyde for actually "helping" me. I too was mislead by another employee with bad information and lack of wanting to be helpful. However, in this case the good outweighs the bad. Claude made every effort to walk me through what I needed and other things. Inside the office: Jorge Villa Señor came out to assist me in the lobby. He was patient, listened to our teams needs, and provided additional support for our youth program. He too was amazing to work with. Terrible! I ordered 5000 4.25 x 5.5 flyers for my small business and it was piss poor. They ask to give you a bigger size so they can cut out some of it, and I followed all the guidelines, yet my image comes out with some of it being cut out both from the top and from one side. I saw all the bad reviews and still took a chance with these guys because it looks like they used to be quality, but now they are far from it. It also took over a week to get here but I did not ship overnight so that was not my concern, but worth mentioning because the proof alone for them took a couple days. Overall just a bad experience. Guaranteed delivery does not guarantee actual delivery, just that they ship it. Product was a week late and damaged. Was offered small discount on future orders. Only buy from here if you don't care about timeliness and don't mind a few wrinkles and creases from poor shipping. Printing quality was OK for price. read more

By far the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my 54 years on this earth!!! Terrible company to deal with! It took over 2.5 weeks to get my proof from them. Then they did a bait and switch with the printing price more than doubling the price. Very unprofessional to deal with. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else! This is an update as of 12/5/19. They promised to fix the mess and ship it out next day to arrive yesterday. Transmitted Fed Ex tracking number but never shipped per Fed Ex. When I called about it today they lied and said it was lost in shipping. I told them that I know that is a lie because I already talked to a Fed Ex supervisor about it. This order started on 11/12/19. As of today still not any gift certificates shipped. If I could give negative stars I would. This is another update 12/6/19 They told me yesterday they would cancel the order, send me my artwork I paid for and then refund the difference. They never did any of that and today I received a notification that the package is being delivered today. Unfortunately, almost one month later does not work for us. Everything that comes out of their representatives mouth are lies. I just copy and pasted my review off of google but it is dead accurate how bad this company has become. read more

I have used NextDayFlyers to completed projects for me a few times so when I needed new business cards printed I was excited to use them again. I needed two sets of cards, on the first set they lightened my graphic so much that the text was not legible. I sent them pictures and they said that was the same as the file I sent them so they wouldn't reprint them. The other cards I ordered weren't cut properly though they did reprint that order. Both sets of cards had the same color font so the file I sent them was not the issue with the first set of cards. So disappointing. read more
