The bookmarks I created for my mother's 80th birthday party were a HUGE HIT!! Just a caution to others creating an item, be sure to check the COLOR of your font. I was using black.....but when I went to next text block, the color faulted to navy. It was difficult to tell the difference on screen. In fact, only when I went to put a ribbon thru them, did I discover the error myself....even though I had proof read carefully. There was no time to re-order. I placed and order for a total of 6500 flyers on Thursday 7/13. I paid extra for rush production and overnight shipping. I received one box on Friday 7/14 as scheduled and assumed it was the complete order. I opened the box on Sunday 7/16, and discovered I only had 1800 of the 6500 flyers I was supposed to have. I initiated a live chat with customer service (Al Joseph), who indicated there was shipping delay with part of my order and I would receive the rest of my order Monday 7/17. He offered a small store credit (not a refund) for the shipping delay. Not an exceptional resolution, but okay I was fine with it. However, I received the second delivery today and my order is still incomplete. I am missing 1300 or the 6500 flyers. I initiated another live chat (Jefferson) who requested I send pictures then said someone would call me back in 24-48 hours!!! If I didn't need the order expedited they I would not then I would not have paid significantly more. 24-48 hours is unacceptable time frame for resolution. I have ordered with Next Day flyers since 2018. I have placed a total of 15 orders and 40,000 flyers. I have never had a problem before hence my repeat business. Unfortunately I don't know if I can have the confidence to order again from Next Day Flyers, since they have obviously failed to live up to their name. I should have read the reviews before purchasing. I've had a similar terrible experience as many of the other one star reviewers have had. Let me tell you it's not worth taking the chance using them, hard pass will save you a lot of time, money and headaches. The company name "Next Day Flyers is comedic". Very simple order took a month to receive. Emailed several times with no response, got no where by chatting, Called in and was told I didn't understand the timeline for printing and shipping. Pretty sure when I checked out it said 5-7 days not a month but I don't know, counting is hard for some people so I won't judge them. Was told a manager would be reaching out to me, crickets...obviously that never happened. To be honest I feel bad for the people that work there, it's not their fault, it's whoever set up this horrible, inefficient slow, supply chain that causes these delays, according to the reviews over and over. I have used Next Day Flyers for over 10 years and have continually recommended them to countless marketing contacts and clients. They're fast, affordable and produces a high quality. However, I'm the past year they continue to deliver 50% of my orders late and do not proactively discount rush fees unless you nag them. For instance, I pay more than double to have business cards printed next day but it still takes them 2-3 days to print yet I paid a premium for next day and I still paid for that service/promise they didn't deliver on. Delivering late wouldn't be the end of the world (I get it, post COVID with many supply chain issues) but there is zero communication that an order is printing, shipping, or delivering late and it's almost impossible to make adjustments once something is in process. A heads up or option to further expedite shipping would go a long way. I do marketing and event consulting and have almost lost a client when I was left holding the bag for late deliveries and missing items at events. I've recommended to the company, they update their timing and to not make promises they can't deliver on during this time of unprecedented supply chain issues to no avail I so wanted to caution folks on a timeline. I ordered custom boxes that was defected. I notified NDF right away. I was asked by Jerose to take pictures/videos and send for verification of defective boxes. I did. At first we agreed upon store credit of the amount I was charged because I was going to reorder. He only issued a credit for the amount paid for the boxes excluding the taxes and shipping fees. I sent a message asking for the full amount and a label to return the defective boxes. He said he will issue the full credit once the defective boxes are received at the warehouse. I went online to reorder the boxes and noticed that they will not be here in time for my event. I sent another message asking for a promotion code for a rush delivery, he said they couldn't do a rush delivery, although the option was available at checkout. I asked for a refund instead, in which he agreed upon. Please keep in mind he was prompt in returning my messages until I sent a message asking for a promotion / coupon code for a future order on shipping or on my items for my inconvenience. I needed the boxes for an event. He still haven't responded, it's been a few days. I guess he don't understand how their defective item was an inconvenience to me. read more

But we paid the very expensive expedite and shipping charges because we needed it right away. However, the order did not come in on time and when it did come our prayer cards were all wet. Do not the "Next Day" fool you. It is NOT even close! I ordered an item and approved it on the 31st of March and there it sat until Thursday 6 days after, now I have a tracking number for FedEx, it looks like they shipped it but NO! According to fedex they have not even received the package yet to deliver. I need these for tomorrow which they gladly informed me I could pay a whole lot more to get them here on my date. That would not be even possible as Fedex still does not have my package even though I have a tracking number. If you order make sure you do not need it fast, do not pay extra money to get it to you faster cause it will not happen. I will not be using this company ever again, this was my first and last order. The first experience was 5 star. The second was not. It took 1 week for me to get the flyers, which was upsetting to the client.

Make sure you ASK them which way they're going to do the backing on the stickers in regards to the way that it peels off. The first few stickers I got they peeled off the correct way, which was vertically, so that I could peel it off and attach the sticker on my bottle, get it lined up and then once it was peel off the rest of the backing. With this second order that I placed, they did some of the stickers horizontally and some vertically. The ones that they decided to do horizontally, I cannot use the perforation to apply the sticker. I actually have to make my own perforation on the other end and it's really hard to do so it takes a lot longer to label my bottles. Very disappointing and company wont take requests to do all your labels the same way. They get to choose which way THEY would like to do it with no input even allowed from the customer. I know thia bc I spent 20 mins on the phone w CS. The labels themselves are nice and if you can afford to buy them in bulk, the prices are decent. If there wasn't the issue with the back of the labels and them not doing anything about it, I'd have given them five stars. read more

Sadly, something has happened to the quality control at NDF! They were once a very reliable source. This order was a complete DISASTER. I ordered a stretch canvas- that should be on a frame- three times I received a rolled canvas - no frame. Three times I sat on the phone with customer service to get it fixed, three times assured they will work with production to make sure it goes out correctly- each time with over a week in between deliveries! Suffice to say, my client is furious and I'm incredibly embarrassed I couldn't deliver what I promised. Shame on you NDF! Unacceptable!!! This order deserves NO STARS! read more

Incredibly poor experience. NDF has been inconsistent, at best. I've received some quality print jobs from them, but just as many that required being reprinted because of monumental screw ups. Typically I can say that their customer service makes up for this - my most recent experience leads me to retract even that. Recently ordered 4 sets of 1,000 business cards. Edges were messed up, colors were off (a black box around the logo, on the backside), all things that rudimentary quality control could have prevented. Even better, they couldn't even issue a reprint for another SEVEN days. I asked to have this canceled, as well as another print job I have presently in production. They offered to give me a service credit, not even a refund. Not sure what's worse, their ability to print, or their customer service. read more
