The first experience was 5 star. The second was not. It took 1 week for me to get the flyers, which was upsetting to the client.

Make sure you ASK them which way they're going to do the backing on the stickers in regards to the way that it peels off. The first few stickers I got they peeled off the correct way, which was vertically, so that I could peel it off and attach the sticker on my bottle, get it lined up and then once it was peel off the rest of the backing. With this second order that I placed, they did some of the stickers horizontally and some vertically. The ones that they decided to do horizontally, I cannot use the perforation to apply the sticker. I actually have to make my own perforation on the other end and it's really hard to do so it takes a lot longer to label my bottles. Very disappointing and company wont take requests to do all your labels the same way. They get to choose which way THEY would like to do it with no input even allowed from the customer. I know thia bc I spent 20 mins on the phone w CS. The labels themselves are nice and if you can afford to buy them in bulk, the prices are decent. If there wasn't the issue with the back of the labels and them not doing anything about it, I'd have given them five stars. read more

Not only was my banner late, when received it was the wrong banner. We were without a banner for our biggest event of the year due to this error. They refused to refund the cost of the banner, and I am still waiting to hear back on when I will have a replacement banner. Therefore, I cannot comment on the quality of the work at this time. Took over 8 days to finally get my order. The product was great once it arrived, to late to send it out in my time line.

This was our first order with NextDayFlyers. They are one of the few online printers that would allow the custom-size brochure we needed (25.5x8.5) and their price was the best. The print quality is good, as well as their proofing. The only downside for me is I would have liked to use thicker card stock. 10pt was the only card stock offered for the size I ordered. They sent me a proof and I approved right away so should have been ready today, Friday I even called. If you have an issue with your order--and you will--it will take a minimum of 1 hour on the phone to get them to make a ticket for someone to call you back. No one will call back. You will have to call many times and make many tickets. We always have 3-4 shades of what should have been one color in one order. They "do not guarantee color" that means if you ask for one print of 1,000 in green you will get that print in chunks of blue, teal, gray-- with mismatched color front and back. And they will not replace it according to their policies. As a business, we would be embarrassed to send these prints out. We are cutting our losses and many many hours of trying to get anything close to what we requested. read more

we ordered a dieline to have a corrugated box done, the dimensions were backwards so I called to explain to someone that this was not what I wanted, they sent me another die line just the same as the original. I called and emailed several times NOBODY got back to me. We finally decided to go a different direction. We have ordered from here twice now and both times they have not gotten the delivery when they say the will. Both times they blamed it on Covid when in fact that had nothing do with anything. The customer service number you call is overseas and they are not very helpful at all. They clearly read off of a script that was given to them. The quality is not bad at all when you do get it but be ready to be patient or order with a long runway. On our last order we called and offered to pay extra to get it overnighted to which we were told not to worry it would be there. 5 days later it arrived! No compensation was given at all. I found this company via a Google search and we chose it because of the pricing and turnaround time. Our first attempt was HORRIFIC and after a series of conversations, emails and chats we cancelled the order. We had a good experience with our first labels, as for our second Metallic labels, it was another story. These type of labels takes more than a week to finish. We placed a priority delivery on our order but didn't see the status of being delivered a week later, thus contacted their Customer Service and was told their machine broke down and asked us to wait a few extra days... When we received the labels, they were rolled together unevenly, making them unusable by the manufacturer's machine. We got in touch with their resolution specialist Tamika Johnson, and explained the situation, and asked them to print an even roll and send it to us Asap. She told us a few days later in an email to either use these defective labels or sent them back, and "WHEN THEY RECEIVED IT" they will reroll it and sent it back, which would take more than another few weeks..... We were in a hurry to get our finished product in place and started to put on some of the labels by hand, but it came out uneven. When we explained all this to Tamika, she told us we could also receive a refund base on the number of labels RETURNED......the amount of loss this caused for our Company was far more significant than the label itself..... We could care less about the refund or credit but rather the Company's attitude towards their own mistake. To cut their own cost, they could care less about their customer's experience and losses. read more

This place is the worst. I placed an order, added two day shipping and then the package gets lost. The package label was created but never handed to FedEx. Two days later, I get an email that the package has been scanned by FedEx and was being delivered the next day. The next day, the package was recalled by shipper and instructed FedEx to return or destroy. Like wtf!! Their customer service sucks as well. Never again!! This company has a byline that says "on time or on us". I have to say reading that made me think that they would be going overboard to make sure I got my product in time for an event we were doing. Well, not only did they not have my product ready the next day, which is what I paid for, they then blamed me for choosing 2-day shipping when I placed the order, which would have been sufficient. I do understand that things run late but if you're a day late on my order then at least upgrade my shipping to overnight so I get my product on time; they did not. To add insult to injury they are only offering me 25% of my order cost as a credit towards another order! As if I would use this company ever again!
