I couldn't be more pleased with NextDayFlyers!!!! I needed some customized boxes for my small business launch date. First of all, the designing process for the box was easy breezy. I elected to proof the project before it went into production, and I was notified by phone the next day that the logo I submitted in JPG was a subpar quality and was asked if I had a different version which I did. I resubmitted my logo in a PNG file, approved the project and it went into production. The next day I messaged customer service in a live chat to see the turn-around time. Unfortunately, the timeframe I was given didn't coincide with my launch date. I asked if there was anything that could be done and the gentleman "put me on hold" to double check with the design and production team. He said he couldn't make any promises but would see if he could help expedite. Short story long, lol, I was told that the standard TAT would be 10-15 days. However, to my surprise my boxes were delivered in time for my launch date!!!!! Plus, the boxes look so AMAZING!!!! I will definitely continue doing business with NextDayFlyers!!!!!! read more

I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with Next Day Flyers that I feel compelled to share. I needed some urgent printing done and was willing to pay a premium for their expedited service. Unfortunately, their failure to deliver on time cost me not just money, but also crucial opportunities. I spent thousands of dollars expecting reliable service, but it was a complete letdown. To add insult to injury, when I reached out for reimbursement as they had promised, I was assured by a supervisor that it would be taken care of. However, to my dismay, I never received any reimbursement or even a follow-up. It's frustrating and infuriating to be treated so unprofessionally after being charged a premium for supposedly top-notch service. Based on my experience, I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of Next Day Flyers. The lack of accountability, poor communication, and failure to meet their commitments have left me deeply dissatisfied and out of pocket. Last week, I got my order in. I ordered a 33x80 retractable banner. I was excited to received it. When I opened it and put it together, the quality was excellent. it was easy to attach. There was issue I had with it though--the top of the banner was crooked at an angle, so it didn't look straight. I messaged a NextDayFlyer agent via LiveChat and they were able to help me. They had me take a few pictures and email it. As I setting up the banner to take the photos for the reorder, the retractable slipped and rolled down, causing it to tear. Now, I had a bigger problem. I had to now inform them of this matter, which I did. I now had to take pictures of the tear that I caused and sent them to. The agents were nice, they took my order number and resolved my issue and sent me a whole new banner, hassle free! It was shipped back out within two days. It was so easy getting a replacement. They really pride themselves in giving their customers quality products. I would definitely use this service again. I highly recommend it NextDayFlyers! read more

Seems this is the only way to get a response from the company by posting a 1 star review on here. Not exactly wise as it will just encourage everyone else to write a 1 star review in order to get some satisfactory customer service. So after so many delays all due to Next Day flyers, they finally "supposedly" ship my artwork. Didn't notify me this though I had to check in online to see. Supposed to be delivered next day, here I am 3 days later and still no sign. So I send an email to ask, no response. The tracking link on the site leads to a blank page so that's absolutely useless. I start a live chat with a rep, after 2 minutes he gives me a tracking number but doesn't tell me who it is shipped with so I still can't track it. I ask for the carrier. A whole 5 minutes later he takes to tell me it's Fedex. Well what would you know, I go to Fedex, enter the tracking number and it doesn't exist. Starting to think I've been scammed. It's either a scam or just the worst possible online experience ever from start to finish. read more

This company is very unreliable and unresponsive! Don't use them. They have 13 brands of online printer under one company. They are uPrinting, Next Day Flyers, Print Place, and more. We ordered a large mailer box order from Uprinting (around $15k). After we placed the order we were told that printer couldn't do the order any longer and they needed to use another printer they outsource to. We got samples and they were crappy so we were forced to cancel the order. They told us they were issuing the refund and then it never showed. We went back to them and they said they sent it again, and again it never showed up. We called them 8 times and could only talk to the Philippines call center. I had to drive to their office in LA from Las Vegas (11 hour round trip!) and wait 3 hours before they finally gave me my check. They wouldn't wire me the funds even though I wired it to them. They weren't sorry and they didn't do anything to try to fix the situation. Terrible company and we won't work with them again. read more

These guys got my flyer order wrong twice!! I run a catering company in Culver City and I needed flyers done asap for an event that came out of nowhere. I typed in "next day flyers" into google and sure enough found a company called Next Day Flyers. The fact that they have a super quick turn around time is amazing, but at what cost!? I'm big on design so whenever I have to publish something I hire a graphic designer to do it, I dont half ass things. And I pay him the big bucks too, so when they got my graphics wrong twice I became really upset. They sent me a proof of the design before they printed it, and it looked fine, but when I went to pick it up it had an ugly white border around it, so I called them and they said they cant refund my money bec it was supposedly not their fault (which it was). I order another batch and again they put a white border around it. Are you kidding me?! Their customer service sucks and I will never use them again. Terrible. read more

I'd prefer to give 0 stars but 1 was the minimum. Wish I'd read other reviews before going with these cowboys but I was in a rush. They delayed over my artwork for about a week, each time a different person asking the same questions as the previous just to confirm what I'd already explained. Then we finally get moving and they put the job on hold and demand more money despite already paying for the job in full in advance. Next day flyers must be some kind of ironic joke type company name. The only thing next day about them is the length of time it takes them to respond to a query. They don't even inform me when they put the job on hold. My artwork was urgent and every day I log in to check the status and they found a different reason to put the job on hold. Unbelievably bad. In 13 years of internet business these guys have to rank amongst my worst experiences ever. Missed our deadlines, still not even got my artwork, still waiting. Next day definitely not read more

Been in the printing industry for 20 years, graphic design for 10. Awful customer service, some of the reps are rude and treat you like an idiot. Can't get a manager on the line or their approval department. 6 calls and 1 hour of hold time. They seem not to know what "bleed" is or bother to open your file in Photoshop to see the trim marks. Rather they will resize your designs. Its happened 3 times. Sorry for the rant but 3 times and your out. We have designed hundreds of business cards, posters and flyers. We know what we are talking about and doing. They are our last resort for printing. Rather use GotPrint in Burbank, a few bucks more but a different experience. Their is a reason GP has multiple national and international locations. If the printing is mission critical use someone else. STAY AWAY This company is probably one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. We placed an order for delivery on Wednesday for our daughters birthday party on Sunday. On Thursday night our order still didn't show shipped so we called them first thing Friday. They assured me the order will go out FedEx Saturday delivery and they will even have a backup order. Today is Saturday and I just learned they will not be able to fulfill their promise Here is what they actually did do as I called FedEx. They shipped the first package yesterday, but then a manager called and changed it from Saturday to Monday as he knew the second package was now coming. The second package never got out on Friday so I am stuck with a sad 7 year old girl. They outsource all customer service and therefore they are disconnected from the facilities. STAY AWAY! read more

I have just recently made a purchase with this company and I have to say I was impressed with the quality of the product I had ordered. And the biggest thing that impressed me was that they didnt just print what I had sent them, because I really didnt know what I was doing at first, and what I sent was not the clearest quality, and they gave me the opportunity to re-submit my work. Once I got that right (I'm not a graphic artist or anything so it was a little new to me) they still got them out to me earlier than I needed and they look great!!!! Although shipping was a little pricy - I cant expect too much since I AM on the East Coast and I waited till last minute to order them for an event. I highly recommened this company and will definately use them again in the future....I hope I have as good an experience as I did this time! read more

First, the print job was EXCELLENT! The customer service was even better.  I ordered a retractable banner.  It came in a sturdy zip case that can be carried over the shoulder or by hand.  However, the banner was damaged.  I immediately called customer service on a Saturday and reported the finding.  I was asked to send photos of the banner, box and label.  Jovy, the customer service representative, was very empathetic and expeditious with addressing the issue.  She told me what I could expect and things progressed as she said.  I received a return mailing label via email on Monday and a replacement banner on Thursday.  The quick turnaround ensured that I had the banner before my event.  I highly recommend NextDayFlyers because the cost is reasonable, the product is excellent and the customer service is superb! read more
