This place is great. I called on Monday and scheduled my appointment first thing Tuesday morning. They were prompt and showed up on time to my job. I got the hand wash package 3 and added on the spray wax and it took maybe 40 mins from start to finish. My car looks beautiful and they were even able to get a yellow scratch off that has been irking my soul for the longest time. I'm so happy and highly recommend. I will be using them again! read more

I have utilized the interior and exterior detailing services of NEXUS for two consecutive years. So, I am a repeat customer. By the way, NEXUS is now a mobile-only detailing service, i.e., they come to your residence or location of choice. NEXUS is no longer sedentary. I had both of my vehicles "serviced" within the last 30 days from the time of this writing. The same employee from NEXUS came to my residence and performed the detailing. I would like to recognize him. His first name is Jose. Jose provided excellent craftsmanship and skill. He is meticulous and takes his time (4 to 5 hours for both interior and exterior detailing). He does not rush anything. Both the interior and exterior of my vehicles sparkled. The outside could have been used for a mirror! The pricing, which can vary, was reasonable for interior/exterior detailing for the size of the vehicles I own. The cost per vehicle was $150 for both interior and exterior detailing. That is a good price, comparatively speaking. I will use NEXUS Auto Detail again. read more

Very poor quality of detailing vehicles. My vehicle was returned to me in 2 hours with a "full interior and exterior detail" The cup holders weren't touched, lint throughout the windows and scuff marks not even touched inside the car, the trunk was untouched. Complete waste of money. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. read more

Very pleased with the look of my 10 yr old car. They also arrived on time, they were neat, their vehicle was very organized and clean. Had inside and out done and engine cleaned. Took them about 2 hrs. and then I hated to drive it for fear of getting dirty. Would have given 5 stars except a little expensive for a retired person but it did help for them to come to me. I took my 2013 SRX in today for a complete detail, inside and out. It took about 2 hours, and afterwards my car has never been so clean! They had a pleasant wait room with a tv, and the guy who took care of me was super friendly and nice. My tires gleamed, my interior smelled fresh and sparkled, and my outside was polished and waxed to perfection. The cost was 159.99 for the full complete package, and was worth every penny! I take my car there because they hand wash the cars here. They do a good job but are a bit pricey. I drop off my car and walk next door to j Christopher's to eat and use the internet until they text me it's done so good service in that sense. Like I said my only complaint is the price. It's about 35 dollars for a basic wash and vacuum. If anyone has suggestions to other places that hand wash in the Gwinnett Lawrenceville area please let me know read more

Sooooo disappointed with the treatment I just received from this company. A brochure given to me during my first visit to the shop showed their Saturday hours to begin at 8:00am, so I got up early to get there close to opening time for a complete detail. I arrived at 8:30am, and the neon Open sign was on, so I walked in. The reception area was empty, but I could see two men behind the shaded window, so I waited at the desk. I called out hello, and one of the men saw me but continued with what he was doing. I waited a little while longer, and then called out hello, a little louder. Both of the men looked up, stared at me, looked around, and then continued with their work. After a couple of minutes, I left the building and walked around to where the two men were and was shocked to see that one of them was the owner. The owner actually ignored a customer who was was waiting at the front desk for service. I asked him if they were open, and he just stared at me. I said I knew they saw me standing at the desk, wherein he then said they were closed and didn't open until 9am. I pointed out that their brochure said 8am and that the sign on the front said Open, but he just looked at me. I immediately knew I'd never come back to that shop, again, so I told him thanks and that I would just go somewhere else. He said okay, and I left. I'm really surprised and disappointed by this treatment. Even if there was some type of miscommunication in their opening time, they shouldn't have ignored me and let me stand in the reception area unattended. And his nonchalant attitude towards losing a customer spoke volumes. They obviously don't need business, so I'm more than happy to take mine elsewhere. read more

Bought a Groupon for 3 hand-washes. Being a really prompt person, I needed to redeem all 3 washes 1 week before the Groupon expired! They were accommodating and allowed me to bring in both of our household cars, so I felt like I still got most of the value out of the Groupon (my fault for redeeming so late).
