Seared Fillet of Salmon

Made a dinner reservation for this place for an early birthday dinner and was not disappointed at all. The restaurant is very nicely decorated and is really quaint. The tables are decorated nicely and they have quite a few food options so that everyone can leave satisfied. Since we had eaten so much already in Nola I was not too hungry and opted for the salmon with fried shrimp on a bod of spinach and crawfish mac n cheese which was all so good. Our waitress was very nice and even brought me celebratory bread pudding for my birthday. At the end she even helped take our picture to commemorate this moment. Everything was great and I would definitely go back. My sisters enjoyed the beef medallions, the crab bisque and the sweet potatoes as well!!!

We had a party of 10 people & were able to get a room in the back. We ordered several things. The bow wow's, steak, salmon, burgers, chicken tenders & it all was good

Wouldn't visit when busy. The restaurant staff was completely overwhelmed on Mother's Day 2025. Waited 1hr 45min for our food to come after ordering. After food came, I repeatedly asked for missing food items, but never received them. Of course the items weren't missing on the bill lol. Fried trout was overcooked, so you may want to avoid that dish.

Definitely not blown away or impressed; looks good tho! Party of 12 for birthday dinner. Only have round tables so we needed 2 tables which was in a tight space on the 2nd floor along with another birthday celebration of 20. The music was either barely there or at times, not at all. I did not get pictures of most of the food that was ordered. Everything looked appetizing. They also have a more laid back restaurant next door which has better food options and more laid back. We only had 2 waiters for 32 people. As you can imagine things were moving slow. Feel like if I have a good drink itll make it all better. I ordered Hurricane Neyow's which is $35; includes 7-shots Cane Rum Rum, pineapple juice, milgeo orange juice, cranberry. When i tell you it was just juice. They added more rum but i honestly feel like they didn't add it to begin with. The food was very bland. For the price this isn't worth it.

These. Order several of them. These chargrilled Oysters are so good I forgot to take pics of the other food.Do not forget to order these.

Wasn't prepared for the size of those dishes. Seriously y'all. They mean XL. Great space for a special occasion.

Very nice and cozy, music great drinks. Gumbo was pretty good just wasn't warm enough. But very friendly and unique. But it's extremely expensive and our reason for going to this was They didn't have a table next-door and offered us 15% off, but even though it was 15% off, we paid over $100 for a handful of food . The gumbo was not even hot. It was full of lots of sausage more than seafood or chicken and the chicken head. A kind of spoiled taste to it so I didn't finish my gumbo, but I did finish my appetizer which was the crabcake.

Bryan was our server and he was friendly and had great recommendations. I did the Reveillon which was 4 courses and I enjoyed it. The crab cake was my appetizer and it was my least favorite of the 4 courses. It wasn't bad but it was wowing. I really enjoyed the seafood boil bisque. The flavor was perfect and not overly spiced. My entree was the royal red shrimp pasta and it was good. I did have to add a dash of salt and pepper but the flavor was great with lots of fresh garlic. I finished with the chocolate bread pudding which was good but after the 1st 3 courses I couldn't finish. I hope more people check out this restaurant before we lose yet another restaurant in Lakeview. Ill be back to try the charbroiled oysters and seafood boil.

I especially loved the boil selections. Service was great. Will have to try it again soon to see how they have improved since opening. Love the outdoor seating. While I wouldn't mind slightly larger portions, everything definitely hit the spot and left me wanting to come back for more. A solid addition to the neighborhood for seafood lovers!

I travel to Louisiana quarterly for work, so I'm definitely not a local which honestly makes this…read morereview better for anyone visiting and trying to find a real local spot instead of a tourist trap. One restaurant that locals constantly recommended to me was Drago's Seafood in Metairie, and now I completely understand why. I ordered the charbroiled oysters along with the crawfish platter that came with crawfish étouffée, crawfish mac and cheese, and fried crawfish. Every single thing on the table was incredible. The charbroiled oysters absolutely lived up to the hype rich, buttery, smoky, and packed with flavor. The crawfish platter was just as impressive and gave me a chance to try multiple Louisiana dishes all in one meal. What really stood out to me beyond the food was the service. The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and patient with questions from someone who isn't from Louisiana and still learning the local food scene. You can tell they take pride in both the restaurant and the hospitality. The only downside is parking can get a little complicated because the place fills up fast, which honestly says a lot about how popular it is. Just plan ahead or expect a short wait finding a spot. Overall, this is one of those restaurants that feels genuinely loved by locals and absolutely worth visiting if you're traveling through the New Orleans area.

My bartender, Darryl, took fantastic care of me. Vibes in this place are very warm and cozy, I sat at the bar to the right of the entrance as you walk in. I had a half dozen char grilled oysters and a cup of seafood gumbo. I see why the oysters are so popular, they are a hit. Buttery and garlicky, the crusty bread they serve with them is a great compliment to soak up the sauce. I had originally intended on getting the chicken and andouille gumbo but Darryl steered me away from it, he said it was very salty. I trusted his word and went with the seafood gumbo instead and was very pleased with it. The flavors were fantastic, but I am gonna ding it ever so slightly as I think $8.99 is kind of an obscene price for that serving size, but at least it was good. Overall I'm very satisfied with my lunch and the service, I think if you like seafood and you're in their area, you should eat here. Edit - $9 for a pint is a little over the top too, imo. My "light lunch" was $42 before the tip.

Ordered 1/2 doz chargrilled oysters and the meat pies. For some reason I did not realized the meat pies had ground beef in them; I remembered a different flavor profile. They were good but won't order them again; too many other choices. Chargrilled oysters, on the other hand, is now on my SIL's list of top fav foods. I usually eat mine raw, but these were not too salted and not overcooked. Good job, ACME! SIL ordered the 1/2 shrimp po boy, which was on her hit list of foods for the trip and I had the 1/2 hot sausage patty po boy. Both of us had the jambalaya, which was tasty but not overpowering. Her po boy was loaded with shrimp and I had her try my po boy, since she had never heard of the hot sausage. It was a winner with her as well! We had leftovers, of course. Things were hopping by the time we finished, and it was a bit to get our to go boxes, drink refills and check out, but we'd go back in a heartbeat.

He told us about the specials and my mouth was drooling when he said soft shell crab. We started with the smoked salmon dip which was so creamy and delicious. For entrees the hubby had the blackened drum topped with blackened shrimp over Brabant potatoes. He was kind enough to give me a bite and oh boy it was so good. I, of course, had the fried soft shell crab special over smoky asparagus. The crab was topped with more crabmeat and a beurre blanc sauce. The crab was cleaned so well and then lightly fried. It was a very fat crab and every bite was a culinary delight. This was by far the best soft shell crab dish I have ever had. I certainly don't say that lightly because I eat soft shell crabs from the start of the season right up to the end. We were so full that there would be no need to eat dinner. Then Vince of course mentioned the desserts and we chose the chocolate peanut butter doberge cake with chocolate ganache. We told him to make it to go and do not open the box when he brought it to the table! Overall, Station 6 treated us to one of the best meals we have ever had. We're locals and our favorite pastime is eating out at locally owned restaurants. Station 6 is definitely ranked in our top 3!!
