We had all kinds of problems and they had Sean dispatched the same day! We were grateful because he fixed the immediate issue and then explained what had to be done. I don't say this often but they did exactly as Sean said they would do! The new Panel is very nice compared to what we had which was original to our 1983 home. Kim was a great resource in helping to review the best and most cost effective way to purchase the generator and how the whole process would evolve. Parco staff call you or text you back promptly responding to a question or request. When they made a commitment to schedule the installation, they stood by it. They explain what they are going to accomplish and why they are doing it that way. Aaron and his crew showed up on time and the installation was complete in about 4.5 hours. They do not take shortcuts and use high quality materials. Parco and the subcontractors were very professional and helpful. Outstanding product and service!…read more We called Parco to install exterior lights in an otherwise dark and dreary entryway. Aaron and Wayne arrived on time and worked hard all day to install two lanterns and six can lights. To install the lanterns, they had to cut through drywall and brick to run electrical cable from the attic. Despite all the work to install the lights (on a hot November afternoon, none the less!), they left without a mess, and even swept and mopped the area they were working. Aaron and Wayne were courteous and professional all day - I truly enjoyed them working in the house! We most certainly will have them back out! In fact, we've already booked them for another project!
