He also pointed us toward more budget-friendly options when it made sense, and threw in some design suggestions that ended up being some of our favorite parts of the finished space. We have had a problem with our bathroom tile (not installed by Giovann's) always appearing "dirty". No matter what we used, we could never seem to get the tile fully clean. The two staff members listened carefully and recommended using a product the store carried to clean the tile. They said to try it out and if it worked, they then would charge us for the cleaner. Wow! Really? Not charge us unless it worked? That is is truly rare customer service and trust! Well, their tile cleaner worked!!! And we were more than happy to pay them for it! Any tiles that were similar to those in the other stores seemed to be a higher quality. They have a large number of tiles that are in stock making it extremely easy to purchase the tile. We worked with Liz and she was wonderful and very responsive. Prices were also great considering the quality of the tile was higher then any other store I went to. We selected the Half Picket Calacatta Gold Marble & Thassos Marble. We paired it with Mapei Avalanche Grout and we absolutely love it!

Yes, they do have beautiful options, but once they get your money you will be forgotten about and receive ZERO customer service. I was working on a kitchen remodel and the designers helped me to find some accent tile as well as trim pieces to match the statement tile I purchased from Floor & Décor. THAT'S WHEN MY GOOD EXPERIENCE ENDS! My tile did not arrive in the window of time I was given. I wasn't even notified. I called in to check the delivery status and low and behold, my tile had been received, but no one had cared enough to notify me. While picking up my tile I discover the wrong trim pieces were received. (If you're thinking this is no big deal, please read more reviews and you will see that this is a common error TinT has been making for years, yet they have done nothing to prevent it from happening. Also found out the same thing happened to my neighbor.) After days of calling and emailing the Store Manager, I finally received an email back from her stating my tile is estimated to be received in 9 days. You would think that I was in good hands now that I am dealing with the Store Manager, but you would be wrong. 9 days came and went and still no word from TinT. After waiting an additional 5 days I asked for an update and AGAIN my tile was sitting there, but NO ONE cared enough to notify me. I brought my dissatisfaction with their service to my designers attention and her response was "If we had sku numbers and tracking then that would be great, but we don't". Really?!? They caused me to delay my tile installer 3 times due to their continued carelessness and this is their response? To say I am disappointed would be an understatement. This is a high end store where customers are paying premium prices, so to receive this low level of customer service blows my mind.
