There's an older women here who works full time I believe in the front as a cashier - her name is Michelle or something like that. I call and regular about 11 HomeGoods in the area and I've actually called corporate to ask, she seems to be the only one who refuses to actually look for any items or help customers when they ask. I've also spoken to multiple of their leads who are super kind even the front security man has been very helpful. Though this older women (not sure if I have her name right so I won't be using it) refuses to assist because she only will look for large items she has stated that if they spent the day looking for items customers call about they'll be looking all day I asked her how many calls she got and she said "4". Unfortunately if it is your entire job to assist customers but you refuse to do so even if it is a high ticket or collectible item that other staff members have been able to assist and even encourage a call back for - then you should probably be learning from the leads. Front lead and the kitchen department lead have been a joy to speak to unfortunately one staff member has ruined an entire experience - fortunately I did call corporate to launch a complaint - this is the second time I've called first time was to ensure that what I was being told was correct that I can call to ask for specific items on the floor. A learning experience for sure I've been to 11 HomeGoods and have never had an issue. Such a shame because I work down the street so either way she will constantly see me - refusing service to regulars is an interesting tactic.

What a dangerous store! They always know how to get me and I end up leaving with something pretty much every time.

Enjoyable experience. Clean location, friendly staff and also friendly patrons. Store was in order, aisles were easy to navigate, shelves all nicely packed and well demonstrated. And my favorite part of the visit, I found quiet a few things made in the usa..Spain and Italy and India. Such a refreshing moment to know that not everything is made in china... Give this location of 4.25 stars... Better than most locations. And so much more selection Parking lot is ample clean and stores around the location offer other shopping opportunities.

12/27/21 After Christmas sales are hard to find these days and this place was no exception. I've depleted my wrapping supplies & was hoping to replenish it today. NOT. My sister went to the 99 cent store & Target and the inventory's low for the gift wrapping essentials especially gift bags. Compared to Marshalls at Lakewood the sale prices here are pricier. For instance, I found good sized candles over at Marshalls for around $4-5 and the ones I found here were for $6-8 at this location. My sister saw a package of Monk fruit sugar for $10.99 and she said it was for $8.99 last time she was there (2 wks ago). There were plenty beat things but nothing that wowed me so I walked out of there empty handed. Not even a calendar that I actually needed. It neatly arranged & organized and let's not forget how marketing wants to remind us early that there's the next money making holiday is coming. No, not New Year's because they couldn't wait for 2022 to come (and then some).....Valentines Day.

Whether you're shopping for party supplies, crafts, seasonal décor, furniture, spring flowers, fabrics, or holiday items, there's a huge selection to browse. It's honestly hard to leave without finding something to bring home. The employees at the front are consistently friendly and welcoming. While I don't often see associates throughout the store unless they're stocking shelves, checkout has always been a pleasant experience. They frequently run sales, which is a big plus. My only complaint about the value is that this location's clearance section isn't marked down as much as other Hobby Lobby stores I've visited. There's still a good selection of clearance items, but the prices aren't quite as competitive as I've seen elsewhere. The biggest downside is the restroom. It requires a code to access, and it can be difficult to find an employee when you need one. Unfortunately, the restroom also hasn't been very clean during my visits. Overall, despite a couple of drawbacks, this location offers great service at the front, an excellent selection, and enough deals to keep us coming back.

It is never okay to be treated with hostility or disrespect, especially when I simply trying to complete a purchase. Facing that kind of behavior from a staff member can feel incredibly isolating and demeaning. l believe it is a violation of civil rights or involved discriminatory practices. 05/02/2026 I'm not recommending anyone coming to this Hobby Lobby for shopping.

I honestly felt bad because I had him running back and forth across the store for nearly two hours, and he never once seemed bothered (I was definitely the one who needed a break!). He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely wanted to help us find exactly what we were looking for. One of my favorite moments was when he used the shirt he was wearing to help us color-match a rug to the couch we purchased because it was almost the exact same shade. That's the kind of extra effort that really stands out. Overall, we had an amazing experience at Bob's. If you're looking for exceptional customer service, great quality furniture, unbeatable prices, and fast delivery, I can't recommend them enough. We'll definitely be back!

I walked out of the store with an electronic count on order. Once I realized the mistake, I called the store. They had no live person to contact, so I had to drive back to the store to cancel the order. The sales person acted rude to me as if it were my fault, even though he was the one that recommended it to me and failed to mention that it had a charger inside the couch. I then went back and ordered two more pieces of furniture: a couch and a chair. The couch was delivered the following week, and as the movers brough it up the stairs, they damaged the underside. The chair, however was supposed to be here within 4-6 weeks. That was a month ago. The salesperson (who will sporadically respond to my text messages) told me last week that it will be another 7 weeks. I checked in a few days ago and still haven't received a response. And if I call, I can't reach anyone in person. The only person who has actually provided good customer service from this location is the ACIMA team.

This was the worst furniture-buying experience I've ever had. My mother and I purchased more than $6,000 worth of furniture. During the purchase, two employees each asked me for about $65 for their services, and I also gave approximately $1,700 in cash that never appeared on my receipt. There were so many items that I couldn't calculate the total myself, and I was told the cash would later be applied to the credit account I opened through their financing partner. I was also told I couldn't use my Bank of America credit card. Later, I discovered that the cash payment was not listed on my receipt and had not been credited to my financing account. I contacted the store many times, but I was told they could not locate the funds. To make matters worse, they delivered an old, dirty bed to my home. When I complained, I was charged another $100 for a redelivery. The delivery also left a hole in my house. When I called customer service, my experiences varied. Some employees were polite but said they couldn't help. Others hung up on me, and I even had people laugh at me while I was trying to explain what happened. I don't remember the exact date of the purchase because it happened years ago. I initially paid the balance down to around $600, but within a couple of months I ended up paying about $2,000, including more than $1,400 in interest. Looking back, I wish I had been more knowledgeable and better at understanding the paperwork. I feel like my elderly mother and I were taken advantage of. I have a mental impairment, and I worked very hard to earn that money. At the time, I worked as a manicurist and a caretaker. I often dealt with difficult working conditions and harassment, but I still did my best to save for those purchases. I'm sharing my experience because it still affects me today. If anyone has advice or has gone through something similar, I would truly appreciate hearing from you.

Wherever you sit, don't forget to snap a photo of yourself inside the coffin for a discount! The drink menu offers the classics they creatively labeled as "our poison" and some specialities (seasonal brews) labeled as "cult classics" that also include Matcha. We tried the Iced Chai Latte and Mocha with extra chocolate. The Chai was ordered unsweetened with no vanilla syrup, and it was surprisingly smooth with cinnamon spice and without any overpowering artificial sweetness. The mocha was delightfully chocolate without that espresso kick due to opting for a more decadent taste. Both drinks were fairly comparable to most coffee houses. Except the Chai was a bit creamier and spicier whereas comparisons can be more watery. Beyond the coffee we found a small addition of bakery items from frosted donuts to muffins. We didn't get a chance to taste the bakery offerings due to our late lunch though. The staff were friendly and accommodating with our requests for custom drink modifications. Everything was prepared promptly and delivered. Pricing is reasonable for an artisanal coffee shop. Standard espresso drinks range four to six dollars and specialty lattes are around six to seven dollars. A bonus is that syrups are less than a dollar, avoiding a significantly increased price for a drink. If you are searching for a gothic corner to catch up on work, a destination for crafted coffee, or a spot to browse for a new plant, this place delivers a memorable experience that you've got to try at least once!
