When I got to my room, it was exactly what I've come to expect from the Aloft brand--clean, spacious, industrial-style, and relaxing. The next morning, I grabbed a cup of the free lobby coffee (surprisingly good!) before hopping on the complimentary airport shuttle, which was convenient and on time. Overall, a great stay. I'd definitely recommend this property and will stay here again in the future.

While a large percentage of them are Alaska airlines planes you can catch a Lufthansa, American, ANA, etc. If you're the outdoorsy type, there are a few walking paths and you can walk on the pier as well and basically stand out in the middle of the water. It's perfect for people watching. You can catch fishermen and fisherwomen, scuba divers and people in boats, runners, and people searching around for treasures down in the shells. It's really a place for most anyone to find something to keep busy with. You can just sit and relax and listen to the sound of the waves gently wash in if you like the simpler side of life. I'd say it's probably one of my favorite parks.

Do not swim in this water. Seriously. There's also a long pier, part of the marina area, where people enjoy crabbing and fishing off of. Low tide will yield several delightful sea creatures for your viewing pleasure. The park also has the benefit of a large grass area, which is used for all sorts of events during the summer months. Beyond that there's a very nicely maintained, paved trail. The over all area is a nice place to get out and enjoy the fresh air while there are a bunch of little cafes/restaurants all along to main road.

They had deer free shuttle to the airport--another plus for us! I should note that it is a bit noisy and busy area. The noise didn't bother us a bit for the short time we were there.
