I was scammed by Tim. I purchased a 5 year warranty on my paint correction & detailing package. Within one year the paint started oxidizing despite being parked in a covered garage (pictures below). Tim now pretends that Ive got the wrong phone number when I text him to fix this via the warranty (which I paid extra for). This is the same phone number listed here on yelp as well. I called from a different number and he answered and hung up immediately. I intend to take this matter the legal route to small claims court, to get it resolved. I got scammed, I hope you don't. Tim was very responsive when I was inquiring about detailing Honda S2000. He answered all my questions clearly and throughly. I went with the Polish and Ceramic Coating package. Tim did provide a complementary interior cleaning which was awesome. I dropped off the car in the morning and got it back in the evening the next day due to Ceramic coating needed a 24 hrs cure period. The car looked brand new when I got it. Called Nguyen to detail my car, paid for the premium service and tipped extra as well. Honestly the service was okay.. I felt bad because it took longer than expected. But that being said.. Some parts of my car were clean, some were left dirtier than they were before. I had already pre cleaned part of my door and then he left dirt on it, it was somewhat difficult to take off because it was on the speaker. I had to use a small eyelash brush to scrub it out. There was also dirt on the middle console and my drivers side visor. He didn't really clean the steps on the door. My rugs took days to dry even though he told me it would only take a couple hours. That being said my car was still cleaner than it was before, so that's good. I just don't know if I would be recommending his service read more

My car needed a terminal clean due to my dogs, dusty trails, muddy wet paws. Inside and outside needed a major wash. Tim was able to fit me in last minute. Ive had my car for a while now (approaching 8 years). In the beginning I kept it very clean, but overtime I started not to care. As the years go by the interior was getting more and more grimy by the day. I thought it was about time to get it detailed and make my car feel more fresh again. I looked up a couple places and a lot of them were either not mobile or didn't have a time slot for me that fit my schedule. That is until I found Nguyen mobile auto detailing. Fantastic auto detail. My car is cleaner than I think it's ever been. I have. 2002 Toyota Solars Convertible, so it's difficult to keep it clean. You can't take it through a drive through car wash, because it's a convertible. I requested my car to be washed and Tim came over right on schedule the next day.
