This play area for dogs is clean, well taken care of and spacious. The park includes a couple of large fenced in spaces- one for small dogs and one for large dogs . There are also a couple of separate , smaller play spaces that are connected but fenced off from the larger areas . Being my first time , I took my dog in to one of the smaller ,private areas where she was able to see and play along side with other dogs , but with a fence between them , she loved it . The smaller sectioned off areas are also a good size for dogs to run and get exercise . There are stations with bags for clean up , there is a hand sanitizer station and lastly a water fountain that is dog height as well as one that is people height . This is one of those spots that I'd almost prefer to keep quiet about , but all dogs deserve a visit .

There's even swings and a playground for the two legged puppers. I came to add some books to the free little library. I was amazed at how clean and well kept the grounds were. Visitors really stay on top of their dogs. I didn't see a single pile. Or maybe all the dogs just become like those kids who get too caught up in playing to take a bio break.

There are separate sections for small dogs and large dogs so the small dogs don't get trampled. The small dog section has a little obstacle course of sorts that reminds me of dog shows. Both sections have a few sitting areas and a basket filled with an assortment of toys. There's a new baseball diamond with covered dug out. The bad: The softball field and old baseball field do not have covered dugouts. The jungle gym is very small. The ugly: I'm not sure how well kept the nature trail is, but the entrance appeared a little over grown. There's some poison ivy in the large dog enclosure so be careful.

It's wide open expanse with segregated areas for the general dog public and the small or timid breeds. Picnic tables, covered benches, blue garbage bins pepper the park. A beautiful white spruce tree is the visual and social focal point of the park. The regulars at this park are friendly and most watch their dogs like they watch their children, unlike some parks in the Brampton area. A great place to unwind with your four legged family member.
