Hands down, great campground. We stayed in a deluxe cabin. It had 2 bedrooms and bathroom. The cabin was very clean and linens were provided. The cabin had a keurig and provided 2 regular k cups, 1 tea and 1 decaf. There was a blow dryer and air conditioning. Overall, it was comfortable. Outside, there was a picnic table and 2 seated glider. I spent every morning have coffee on the glider. FYI: there is a grocery down the street for the essentials. There are a lot of activities for kids and this is close to Clifton Hill. There are 2 pools that were in good condition and my kids loved the playground and bouncy pillow. We were actually frustrated because the kids would rather hang at the camp ground than do family stuff. There is a nice size shop with a lot of things if you forget anything and there is a restaurant/ bar at the front in the campground. One weird thing is that it is surrounded by a busy commercial area but you honestly don't feel like it when you are in the campground. It was nice when I went for morning runs to have a sidewalk outside the campground. The only down side of the campground was the WiFi was spotty at best. We can't really knock down the rating because of it because we were camping. If you are from outside Canada, you'll want to make sure you get a data plan. Hands down, we would come back. Great experience.

This campground was amazing, my family and I had such a great time. *Great location for our Niagara Falls visit.* They have a huge playground, wagon ride, heated indoor pool, spa and two heated outdoor pools, jumping pillows, mini golf basketball, and yes Free Wifi. Nice bathrooms and showers ~ very clean. I'm definitely coming back to this place next year.

Black Squirrel on the grounds. Not seen in the US

We started out tenting here but due to rain moved to their Hotel room up front. The facilities are top notch and clean. The Hotel room had everything including dishes, microwave, Coffee pot, etc... Go straight down Lundy's Lane and you are at Falls View in the hub of things.

We are camping in our RV. My only real issue is the ridiculous two adult pool rule if you are with kids. We spent all day at the rodeo. We came back ready to swim after being in the sun all day. Of course my toddler fell asleep so I stayed with him at the campsite and my husband took our other two kids to the pool. They were able to swim for 15 mins before the other people who were at the pool took off. So it was just my husband and kids left. The lady working in the office came out and told them they had to get out because "there has to be two adults and one has to stay on deck". Like, what?!? Seriously? That's the stupidest rule I've ever heard. So he gets my very disappointed kids out of the pool and they are just hanging out pool side hoping for basically a stranger to come swim so they can swim. They waited nearly an hour before they got defeated and came back to the camper. Stupid rule. I've never seen any campground ever have that rule. If you are that worried about a solo parent taking care of their kids, hire a life guard. Or make that pool rule known prior to booking. My kids had life jackets on and my husband is CPR certified. We more than likely not come here again because of this rule. Lame lame LAME.

Pete leveled the roads and got rid of the mud spots! The campground was pretty full and the number of bags going in, matches the volume of people there. I contacted the owner and he blamed it on someone in the apt there. The recycling was never picked up or dropped off for the entire month. Fast forward to last week. Police came in several times when the owner returned. It was apparent after seeing him with Mike's hard drink in hand in the morning, that's the problem. This guy drives the tractor then and smashes a bunch of things including a picnic bench. I was scared he was going to hit my RV when he drove it. Then he starts trying to fix the road himself (it was fine when he came back). He starts dumping dirt all over it. Pete fixes it again after that. Oh yeah the dog park, they didn't put in a swing gate so the dog park is way overgrown and they can't get a mower in. Who wants to take their dog into a tick park? Then comes Friday and we see him go outside in the morning during the daylight and take a poop outside in public (bathrooms are across the street from him). Fast forward to when we are trying to leave and he's pouring mud all over the roads. Thankfully he didn't cover the one side and we were able to get out. The campground owner needs rehab, 100%. I don't feel he's a bad guy, just stuck in a drunken stupor. This is a quiet, no-frills campground. We never had any issues with the water electric or any hook ups. We definitely did not drink the water there as we never drink campground water anyway. Sites are pretty level. It rained heavy a few times and our site stayed pretty dry. As long as the owner is not present, things are ran and look great.

Rates are competitive. The grounds and facilities are meticulously maintained. Shower rooms are very clean. We leave our travel trailer here and come several times a month for a few days. The site was uneven, the sites really need some improvements and upgrades. Gravel parking spots would be great and some pull through sites for larger rigs would be helpful. There are so many rules and management is micro managing the park, driving around continually. The office lady, maybe owner not sure, is not very friendly. She comes across as being kind of aggressive. Visitors are charged $7.50 each to come in the park. We had friends come in and pick us up to do a day trip with us; it cost them $15 to come into the park for probably 10 minutes to pick us up and didn't use any facilities, while in the park. I asked the office gal what the $15 charged was paying for, and she wouldn't answer, just said it's the rules. They couldn't have used the bathroom behind us anyway, it was out of order the whole time we were there. Suggestions for improvements- working restrooms; gravel parking spots; water hookups , where the hose doesn't fall into a cement hole; pull through sites for bigger rigs; garbage bins in more than one area (only one was near the entrance); less fees for visitors; and friendlier staff/management. Campgrounds should be run by friendly, inviting staff/management, so people want to stay there and return, as well as tell their friends for more future business/campers. They have what could be a pretty campground and inviting, but need some improvements and an attitude adjustment to encourage campers to recommend and return to the park.
