    I can't give them a rating! Sue the coordinator of customer service is rude and ignorant!!!! She scheduled me for service for 5/31/22, told me I would receive a phone call Friday or Saturday too confirm the time of service. Well I never received a confirmation call! I took the day off from work today Tuesday 5/31/22. I emailed her several times to confirm time she didn't respond. Today I emailed her and she responded that my service was scheduled for Wednesday 6/1/22. I forwarded her the email she sent me stating she scheduled me for 5/31/22. She never responded! I called her and she lied too me stating they weren't doing service calls today 5/31/22! I informed her of her poor customer service and rudeness she passed me on to Mike! Mike said they are doing service calls today and I informed him I was waiting for technician and what Sue had said too me! He said he put a ticket in and when I told him who was going too compensate me for my day that I took off to be lied too he said he would have the manager call me! I asked Mike what time the manager comes in Mike said he didn't know!!! How is that possible??? Everyone has a schedule posted so they know what is going on!!!! Well 2 hours has passed and no phone call or email from Sue or Mike or the manager!!!! Very poor customer service!!!! I read all the reviews for Niagra and seems Sue has MANY COMPLAINTS AGAINST HER!!!! I can see why!!!! I called again a few hours later and FINALLY got to speak to Dave the manager. He was helpful and apologetic. I told him about his coordinator customer service rep Sue and he was apologetic informed him of this review as well. Sue called a few hours later as if nothing happened and informed me a technician would be out on 6/1/22 between 8:30 and 11:30 that I was first on list too be serviced! We shall see what tomorrow brings!

    Terrible cistomer servive!! The tech came out to open my pool. Took the cover off and put my steps…read morein. However, he told me my salt system was broken and showed me how it was gushing water. He said the part warehouse was closed that day and he would call me Monday. I was not able to turn the filter on nor did he finish opening the pool. He stated they would finish opening the pool when they came back to fix the problem. I waited a week and called the parts/service line and left a message asking the status of the parts. I never got a call back. I called again midweek and still no answer. I called back the next Sat (2weeks later) for the pool opening department. Spoke to a lady on the phone about how upset I am that I havent been able to run my pool for 2 weeks nor did anyone ever get back to me. She told me nothing was ever ordered because they didnt know what salt system I had. Yet no one ever called to ask or tell me they werent able to finish fixing my pool. I told her I took it upon myself to disassemble the salt cell and it turns out nothing was broken the tech just didnt have a gasket properly installed. I fixed it and finished opening the pool. I told the lady that I shouldn't have to pay for the opening when they didnt even finish. She told me to come in with pictures of my pool (it was a swamp by this point) and water to test and they would give me the chemicals. When I came in the lady was trying to charge me for the chemicals until I argued with her. I'm pretty sure she only gave them to me because people were in the store listening. None of this is acceptable customer service. I should not have to beg for a company to make things right when they were the ones that messed up.

On three separate occasions, I was given excuses as to why the work could not be completed as scheduled. Each time, I was assured it would be taken care of, yet the service was delayed again. Not only has this been frustrating and inconvenient, but it has also created unnecessary stress as the season has already changed, and I relied on your team's professionalism to ensure my pool was properly closed on time. I scheduled well in advance and expected that commitment to be honored. At this point, I feel that I have not received the level of service I was promised or paid for. I would like a clear explanation as to why these repeated incidents occurred, along with confirmation of when my pool will actually be closed. Additionally, I believe compensation or a discount on this service is warranted given the repeated failures and inconvenience. Lucas M

    New pool with water feature. Installed 2017…read more Project cost $100,000 + Excellent experience with Mike and the entire crew. Pool was completed on schedule. I was kept informed during each phase, when they were schedule to come out, what was happening. I have never had as good experience with a contractor as I had with Aqua Bello. Mike and or his son was onsite during most of the major phases. He did the stone work for the waterfall, which turned out great. When we decided to install a pool I was afraid that I would be out there constantly cleaning, adding chems, etc. But, with the Pentair equipment they installed I did very little the first season. And I only had to backwash one time. I highly recommend Aqua Bello. Someone else posted that they had a bad experience, I am not sure I agree with all that was posted. I certainly can not see that anyone at Aqua Bello would have called that person a liar. I met Mike, his son and wife, and Jeff when he designed the pool. I talked to them on virtually a weekly basis and I would be shocked if that were true. I just don't see it. I certainly had a very good experience. My neighbors have all commented how nice the pool looks.
