Then I tried the banana cream... and suddenly I was in trouble. At that point I just gave up pretending and inhaled the rest. Zero regrets. Plenty of parking (next to H-E-B). The girls working were friendly and helpful. There are many flavor choices. They also offer milkshakes. The "taco" shell is similar to a waffle cone but more of a wafer texture. I recommend dining in and not attempting to eat this in your car because it can be messy. One taco is a decent amount of ice cream so you could easily split with someone.

I appreciated the fun outing and the unique concept--ice cream served in a taco-shaped waffle shell was definitely creative. They really enjoyed it, and I could see the excitement on their faces. But for me, it didn't quite hit the mark. I'm from Florida, and I'm used to classic, rich ice cream from places like Carvel and Häagen-Dazs.
