I was never a fan of shaved ice, so I thought I wouldn't like Italian ice, but Jeremiah's is SO good! They are very big on their free samples. Their samples are huge, and the staff are so friendly. I like their swirl ice cream (chocolate and vanilla) as well. The small size is perfect. Here are the flavours I've tried: Blue raspberry: so good, tastes like blue gatorade Black cherry: very fitting flavour, just too sweet for my liking Watermelon: really tasty, I liked it Strawberry lemon: yum! Stopped in after ramen for a sweet treat. The young ladies were very pleasant explaining their different treats. You can select from the popular choices or build your own gelati of Italian ice, soft serve ice cream, and toppings. Love this place! Although it's a chain, this location feels like a family owned place. The staff Members are always friendly and don't judge when I want to try all the flavors. There are so many flavors that I usually get a different flavor every time. This is a must visit place in Temple! The soft served ice cream is delicious! They get a 3 star due to their accuracy. The first time I went I ordered 2 ice creams and both were completely wrong. I gave them back the cups and had them make new ones since one was Biscoff and I asked for Oreo. The second time I went I got 2 vanilla soft serve ice creams with Oreos layered in between the ice cream. I wish I would have said something when she gave me my ice cream. There was literally no other costumer and when she handed me my cup there was barely any on the bottom of the cup and that was it. When you go to the website it even talks about their layers and I paid extra for layers of Oreo which I got none. I was disappointed since it's not that hard to put ice cream and Oreo in a cup. We took our young girls her to redeem some coupons that they got and the staff was very good. The young man that helped us was super knowledgeable, very articulate, and energetic about his job. He was patient and courteous and explained the system well. They have great soft serve, albeit on the expensive side but it is great quality. I got a gelati and it was good but I should have gotten a fruity ice with vanilla and not chocolate, that was my mistake. They offered a free taste test but there were people behind us and I don't like to hang up lines. They have a nice reward system and aside from the prices this is a good dessert place. The staff was awesome which helped make up for the cost. My older daughter would like them to keep the passion fruit flavor as a regular flavor and so would I.
