I agreed to the timing, but when my partner went to pick up the items, only four shirts were ready. They said they couldn't finish the rest. To make matters worse, he had gone the day before by mistake and was reassured that everything would definitely be ready on the promised day. They claimed they'd call me to explain, but I never received a message. If they couldn't meet the commitment, they should've been upfront about it or offered some sort of discount to address the situation. They sent us an invoice for the dry cleaning. I had an issue with the charge for the seat covers they did for us, and emailed them. I didn't get a reply, so I emailed again... actually 2 more times. They finally replied and apologized to me for not responding. They said they are not "discount" and charge accordingly. I will not do business with a non-responsive or a business who doesn't value customer feedback. Sorry, this is just a personal choice, there are many other dry cleaners for me to try.

When I raised the concern, instead of taking responsibility or offering a reasonable resolution, the company dismissed the damage entirely, hid behind "industry standards," and claimed the changes were within "normal tolerances," despite the fact that the garments were materially altered and unusable. What was especially frustrating is that a prior issue with a different garment had already occurred, which they acknowledged at the time by offering compensation as a "courtesy." Now, faced with a much larger and more obvious loss, they refused any accountability. I expected professionalism and care commensurate with handling expensive clothing. Instead, I was met with deflection and a refusal to stand behind their work. I would strongly caution anyone considering bringing valuable or tailored garments here.
