I dropped shirts off to be laundered when I went to pick them up. They told me one of them was born and ripped torn all up the sleeve, and then it was rejected. The truth is it wasn't torn when I bought it in they cleaned it and they ripped it in transit at the drop off store Horrible company. I spoke with the manager the supervisor couldn't get anywhere. WOW, picked up my dry cleaning and I'm embarrassed for this establishment. For them to charge $9.46 EACH for two cotton shirts - one looks like they didn't even bother to clean it with some half assed (not even filled out tag on it saying that it needs more care, I wore it ONCE) and the other shirt is ripped and no, it was not ripped when it was dropped off (i would have brought it to the alterations lady first) New owners. No thanks. I won't even give them the chance to fix either of these issues, I'll go elsewhere. It's too bad, this WAS a great dry cleaners at on time. read more

Just stopped by to drop off my dry cleaning. Never had an issue before and used this location for 5 years prior without issue. There was only one person working an elderly man. Who apparently doesn't know how to use the computer. There was a group of people trying to help him find a name in the system. No clue what the issue was...waited about 5 minutes and I just gave up. The woman who does the alterations is pleasant, does excellent work and is honest when it comes to some of the asks and how much the work will cost. I absolutely love what she has done with my dresses and skirts. Clothing that hung in my closet for a few years unworn due to improper fit. All the alterations are seamless and so well done. Been coming here for years. Never had a problem. Until today. As soon as I walked through the door, the place smelled like something between spoiled milk and a dead animal. I figured it had something to do with the work that was being done there over the last couple of days. I picked up my jacket, paid my bill, and left. Almost as soon as I hung my jacket in the car, I sensed it. The jacket smelled like something rancid. I took it back and the nice woman at the counter didn't act too surprised which tells me this wasn't new. She offered to deodorize it, but I knew that was not going to cut it. The regional supervisor was emailed and I was told that she would get in touch with me. Still waiting. This was a custom tailored blazer and am hoping that the new place to which I took it can get the smell out. Not much to say about a cleaners if they do everything right. I have been coming here for a while. They have a quirky drive through where you can pull right up to the door. Plenty handy. The gals I have dealt with here are all cheerful and quick to get you in and out. And the turnaround on dry cleaning is wicked fast. Just a day or 2. Add a low price per shirt and you are talking a solid operation. I'm sure the first time a shirt is misplaced I will want to readjust the review but for now I can say they have yet to let me down read more

I'm so very disappointed in this place. I took my All black pants to them and received grey pants back. I was honestly so confused by the pants that I was given back that I asked if I'd been given the correct pair. They assured me that these pants that were now grey and dull were in Fact the black plants that I brought to be cleaned. Once I complained I was told "Yes, we should have told you before that there was a possibility that this could happen" Telling me after the fact DOES NOT HELP ME AT ALL! The manager (Im to assume) was suppose to call me that week. Didn't happen! she finally called the second week after I went back to find out what's happening with my pants that they still have. The lady that calls then says" she needs to speak with someone else and that they will call me back" This has been three weeks now that my pants have been ruined and they have offered me no solution about my pants. I think that's disgusting to do to someone who trusted this place with their items and not only did they ruin them, they've kept them & have yet to call me to fix the situation! read more

Hey are you lazy and suck at ironing out those wrinkles in your clothing? Then like me, this is the place for you. They have moderate prices and I leave always very happy with the pleasantries exchanged and their body of work on my clothing. They do light, medium, and heavy starching depending on one's taste and hold the clothes for eternity.... well close to it. I left my clothing there for over 3 weeks. Worst cleaners ever!!!!On 10/28/20 Took my daughter's brand senior picture new white dress for cleaning and press. Picked it up on 10/30/20 picture day and went straight to the studio for her shoot to discover the had broken her zipper so we had to pin the dress for the pictures... Called the next day and rep advised me to bring it in and they would put in a new zipper free of charge... Took the dress back 10/31/20 to be advised that not what I was talk on the phone they have to send the dress to the manager and she will contact me with her decision.. I called yesterday 11/10/20 since I haven't heard anything to be called back stating the manger will call me back on Friday.. Demanded to pick up my dress Saturday. I'm not sure how a dry cleaner loses clothes, but this one did. Then the manager was rude about it. He and another employee over the phone insisted the shirt was there after we and the nice employee who was present searched for over an hour for the shirt. The manager refused to reduce the price for the dry cleaning that actually made it back to the store. The terrible employee actually threatened to call the cops. Promises were broken, then the manager had the nerve to say nothing was done improperly. The manager also had the temerity to refuse to tell us how he would fix the problem. ***CONSUMER BEWARE - CHARGES DRY CLEANING PRICES AND LAUNDERS YOUR CLOTHING*** Five years ago or so when I lived in the area this was my "go to" dry cleaning place. I went there for the first time in years and found out they now outsource their services to a third party instead of doing it "in house" like they did previously. The first time back and I had marks on all of my DRY CLEANED shirts and one of them was stained so bad they weren't able to remove the stain. These were all brand new shirts I just purchased from Express and they refused to reimburse me the purchase price of the shirt they permanently stained. After speaking with a friend who owns dry cleaning establishments on the West Coast of Florida she advised me that these stains were from old washing machines and could NOT have happened from a shirt being dry cleaned. This company is charging you the price for dry cleaning and laundering your belongings. The owners of this business should be ashamed of themselves and could care less about their customers. On a positive note, the ladies in the front couldn't be any nicer. STAY AWAY!!!! read more

The manager pulled a fast one on me. I usually take to this cleaner my business shirts to be cleaned. The service and price, with regards to my business shirts, have been regularly fair. On my last visit, I brought along two normal, everyday dresses that my wife usually get cleaned at another dry cleaner. I figured since I was taking my shirts for a clean, I might as well drop off those dresses for my wife. Other cleaners usually charge between $9-$11 to clean those dresses. This cleaner charged me $22 per dress. Again, these are not evening gowns. They were just normal dresses that she wears daily. I got hit with the price upon picking up the clothes. In my opinion, the manager hiked up the price on my wife's garment because he figured that as man I would not know how much it costs to clean dresses. Very unethical. read more

Before this incident I would have given them 5 stars. But I dropped off a pair of slacks to be washed. A nice pair of quality Daniel Cremieux cotton slacks. I told them to wash them and press them. The label says wash and dry. They dry cleaned them and something happened to all the seams. They were tan slacks but everywhere there was a seam or doubled fabric the dry cleaning fluid turned them red. I noticed the problem and ended up talking to the manager who said that the pants were defective. Huh? No you screwed up and dry cleaned my pants. He said I should return the pants to the store. I told him he should buy me a new pair of slacks. He again said they were defective and it was not his fault. Do not trust the manager he is a creep. read more

Worst dry cleaner ever! I did not want to give them even 1 star......They not only ruined my evening dress, but since I had paid in advance, I was charged for them to ruin my dress. They spilled some kind of fluid it, and refused to take responsibility saying it must have come in like that. After numerous phone calls, and emails, and a meeting with the manager, nothing was resolved, The manager and corporate spokesperson I emailed, refused to pay for the dress, even though I had the recipe and a picture me wearing the dress the only time it was worn, with no spots on it. I used to work at a dry cleaner and if an item comes in damaged you have to sign the receipt saying you know the damage, Since nothing was marked on the ticket when the dress was dropped off I found it ridiculous that they did not fess up to their mistake. They lost me as a customer forever. I work as a wardrobe stylist and dry clean not only my own clothes, but costumes and wardrobe every week. Barton & Miller now has my business.... I saw this place when I was passing by and since it is a very big cleaning store, I wanted to stop by. I had a polo shirt that wanted to get the stains out. I have to give some credit for taking out some of the stains but not all since it was a hard one. However they charged my $7 for cleaning ONE polo shirt. I asked them if that was the regular price and not extra for the stains and they said it was regular. Sorry guys I can't pay $7 for cleaning one shirt. read more

I went to the dry cleaning depot located at 1100 East Oakland Park Blvd. This was the worst dry cleaners I have ever experience! They lost my fiancee's shirt the day before our engagement pictures and then charged for the other clothes I was picking up! Unbelievable, the store manager has the worst attitude and treated me extremely disrespectful. I asked if he would pay for the shirt that he lost and he said to call him back tomorrow because he was at home with his family in west palm beach. He refuse to give me even a discount or to say whether or not he would even pay for the shirt he lost! He ruin my engagement pictures!
