Twice I've been here. Twice I've been more than pleased! Tracy did an awesome job of fixing my working hands! I'm officially a pretty girl again after 2 days of putting up a ranch fence! Starting using "Tran" for fills/full sets and he was great for a while and seemed to care about what you wanted as the client. Now he picks and chooses who he does nails for. If you don't like it his way, then he'll blow you off. Super rude and arrogant and knows nothing about managing a business. read more

They really don't know how to treat their customers nor do they know anything about sanitary. I went in for pedicure and noticed they use the same tools for every person they don't disinfect their tools nor get new ones as well as they don't know how to talk to their clients they make you feel really uncomfortable because they just talk in their language so that their clients won't understand what they're saying they look at you say something and laugh it makes you feel like all they do is make fun of you. Such a bad place to go to save your money and find yourself somewhere else to go to not worth going to nice nails. read more

Did a horrible job on my nails. Drilled my nails down so far that there were holes in my nails and my nails were so weak and brittle for months. They definitely have no idea what they are doing. They also had to re do my friends gel polish 3 times because they didn't know how to apply it properly read more

I came here with out an appointment. They were quick to assist me... I had a deluxe gel pedicure and gel manicure. This cost me a total of $80... Which was $20 more than I expected, maybe I didn't read the descriptions good enough... Either way it was a nice and clean place and they did a good job with me nails. Tran is AMAZING! I've gone to him a couple of times now and his work is flawless. He makes sure my nails are perfect and takes the extra time to trim my cuticles and make sure my nails look clean. I've never had a nail technician take the time to make sure my nails looked so good. I greatly appreciate it. Every time I leave a nail appointment with Tran I am happier then the next. read more

I have always went to Tran and he has done a good job. Two weeks ago when I went in for a fill he was super preoccupied and on his phone while doing my nails. He got up and walked away several times. He didn't ask me what I wanted just did his thing. I didn't say anything because he is normally good. Well when I went in today for a fill because of the poor work he did last time he said you need to take them off and have a fresh set. They were a month old. They shouldn't have needed to be taken off. He then clips off a nail before I could say anything and then I was screwed! I had to take them off. He then was very rude to me in front of other customers and his staff. That is unacceptable! Nail salons are everywhere and I can take my business somewhere else. And I did. I left with two nails without polish and, one clipped off and the rest needing a fill. I have always been loyal to him, tipped well and for what?? Poor treatment. I will NEVER go back. read more

I want to give this place 5 stars because of Tran and Sara...BUT I'm so upset after taking my daughter with me for her first pedicure. First, the older male that did her toes took a total of 5min and basically ignored her the entire time. As a child, naturally she tried to be chatty and he completely dismissed her. I don't expect anyone to treat her special or adore her; I get it kids can be annoying. but come on, at least give a kid a smile since you're getting paid for a service! She was so excited to be at the nail salon for her first time ever, and this is what we got. The actual pedicure...lets just say a cat could have done better. He didn't even completely color her whole toe nail. I paid full price ($15) for a terrible job. I absolutely hate being mean or even complaining because I just feel so bad. Right before paying I nicely pointed out how bad they were and the same man tried to paint over her toes which only made them clumpy. So sad that I wasted money on this absurdity, will never take my child here again. read more

IT'S ACTUALLY 0 (ZERO) STARS! She started out not even asking me how I liked my nails; rounded, squared, pointy. I rarely get manicures and I work so I didn't want long nails or anything fancy and only wanted rounded nails. She immediately started making them squared which I don't like. When I tried to tell how I like them she said it would look funny (which isn't true because I've done it that way before) and protested. When I pressed her to do it anyway she filed them down a little bit but not much. I figured I could cut them later. When I moved to someone else to get them painted I asked him to fix it for me and he said the same thing. Then he filed them down just a little bit. (Yes they were that long!) Now, 3 weeks later, they're too long and I tried to cut them but they're so thick it actually hurts to do that! Wtf am I supposed to do now?! My nails look ugly and it hurts to pick anything up at work! I'm pissed that I had to pay $65 for this but hopefully they'll remember me and improve their business practices! read more

My first experience was great. I had the luxury mani and pedi with gel varnish, which ended up being $62. It lasted so long and never cracked or peeled off. However, the second time I went in, got the same services done this time around was not so great. The gel varnish that I got lasted oh about an hour. I went back in and asked them to fix it since it was peeling. The technician that did it was still there and explained that the particular varnish does peel or chip then that stirred up a conversation in their native language and then the head lady fixed it and apologized. Everything was fine until that same night the same nail the head lady fixed started to chip. It has now been 3 days since getting a mani and pedi with gel varnish and I can't do anything without noticing chips in each of my nails every time. I'm so annoyed that I spent $62 and left a $10 tip each for the manicurist and pedicurist so a total of $82 for gel nail varnish that should last longer than 3 freakin days!!! read more
