There is plenty of parking, but it can be challenging on the weekends. Heard over the years that they may have the Gas station at this location soon, which will definitely add more traffic at Gate Parkway.

I generally prefer Costco…read more Sam's does have the cheapest gas around, but you generally have to wait in line to get it, and twice when I've been there recently the pumps were all closed. I hope our local Costco gets gas soon (they're trying to, if the government will let them). Sam's has their wonderful scan and go, so you don't have to wait in a checkout line. The crowds and wait to checkout are perhaps the greatest weakness of Costco. Sam's also has curbside pickup, which Costco doesn't. Unlike Walmart, Sam's app doesn't show you what aisle something is an, and whether it's in stock (Costco doesn't either). The only food I've had at Sam's was the pizza. It was decent, but too bready. We prefer Costco's, and Costco's larger pizza costs less per area. It's always quick eating at Costco's cafe, but at Sam's there was a line. I ordered a slice of pizza in the app and went to the pickup area. I noticed the app said they were preparing it, so I went to sit. But they got slices for people in the line, but not me, so I finally went up to the pickup counter and eventually someone took notice of me and got my order. So Costco wins hands down for speed and ease of cafe orders. I just like Costco more. It's definitely more upscale. I think the lighting is better: I just find Sam's a bit depressing. Sam's is undoubtedly cheaper on the whole. Costco has a better reputation for the quality of things like their bakery and meats. I'm not sure if I'll continue my Sam's membership.

The first thing that I noticed, was the pleasant & most friendly voice from the receiver. The first quality of exemplary customer service is patience. Which is what was given throughout the conversation. What is most notable with regards to excellent service, is when a business can back up its claims. And A-1 delivered just that. In ways in which they could not assist me, I was referred to another vendor that carries the product that was needed. By doing this, this showed business integrity. The willingness to assist the public at the expense of possibly loosing that customer to another business. In reference to the previous negative review, let me just state this fact. We are all human, which means we are fallible, subject to errors & mistakes. Most of the time, the owner of a business is not aware of the mishaps until the fall out begins. I was quoted $333.69 for the broom closet, which I paid. Once on the homesite, my contractor noticed that broom closet cabinet was not cut to 12" but was 18", which is not usable in my space. I called my sales Rep -Kirenia- and expected that she would exchange the incorrect cabinet for the one I paid for. NOPE. She said I would have to buy a 24" cabinet for $630.12 additional. But I paid for the cabinet already!! Of all the companies I have worked with throughout my many years of remodeling, I have NEVER been mistreated the way I was at Panda Kitchen . I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told "she is in Miami and will be back on Tuesday" (Today is Friday). Meanwhile, my kitchen can not be finished without the broom cabinet. ***NEVER*** ***NEVER*** Trust Panda Kitchen for ANYTHING!!
