Mostly great. The meats and seafood selection isn't all that though, but the dry and frozen selection beats a couple of other Asian markets I've been to in the area. Prices are good too. They do serve warm food as well. I will say though... The last couple times I've gotten the pork belly, it was room temperature. I'd imagine the piece of meat hanging next to that heat lamp should be keeping it warm. Maybe not? Haven't gotten it in a while, anyway. Kind of hard to spot this place if you have never been. Andrew and Melinda stepped in without hesitation and spent about 45 minutes working through everything with me until it was fully resolved. They were patient, attentive, and genuinely committed to making sure things were made right. Not only did they fix the problem, but they also made sure I was okay throughout the process and even helped keep my daughter entertained while we waited. On top of that, they took the time to explain a few things to me so I'd understand what went wrong and how to avoid it in the future. Their kindness, professionalism, and care stood out in a way I don't often see anymore. I left feeling relieved, supported, and honestly very grateful. This was hands down one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had anywhere. Andrew and Melinda went far above and beyond, and they deserve real recognition for it.

We've tried a couple of the local shops over the years and were mostly turned off. But recently, when we got a hankering for some homemade curries, marinades, stir fries, and such, we went on the hunt for something better and finally stumbled on Dinosaur. They aren't really "supermarket" huge, but far larger then the shops we've tried in the area. Plenty of shelf staples from a variety of cuisines, at decent prices. And a good selection of meats and produce that you won't find in the Winn-Dixies, Publixes, or Whole Foods in the area, and you can't simply order shipped from Amazon. As a "foody tourist" in a shop like this, I'm not entirely self sufficient. I can tell my galangal from my ginger, and my choy sum from my bok choy, but I still get lost trying to find or identify some things. The shopkeeper there keeps busy managing her store, and I don't expect her to play "tour guide," but she does try to be helpful and work past the language barrier when I come up with questions. The place is clean and pretty well organized considering the wide variety of foods and countries that are represented. A gold mine of exotic foods we can't find anywhere else.
