The rep knocked on my door to alert me to get ready for the salt cave. I took a quick shower to rinse off (towels provided) and got dressed. I put on slippers (they provide) and grabbed a blanket and headed into the healing salt cave that was 65 degrees. I relaxed in the zero gravity chair/recliner, wrapped in the blanket, listened to relaxing music and the sound of water. What a great experience this was. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Tania is very efficient and answers all of my questions. The procedure only takes 15 minutes and does not hurt (you may feel a slight tingling). At first I had my doubts, but now after three sessions I see a noticeable difference.
