Met Nichole in 2009, she has been amazing and done my hair for every big event, from getting engaged, my wedding, my baby shower; I mean every step of the way, she been there. ;) We have grown to be more like family. We all have unique characteristics and oddities in our hair, the way it grows, the direction of the grain and the way it behaves at different lengths. Nichole has a rare ability to understand this nuance and craft a style that enhances your hair's natural characteristics. Good hair should just work. There is no blowdry bar in Huntington Beach, CALL NICHOLE....the most amazing blow out I have ever had! :) Brazilian Blowout is an addiction. I am going back for another one. I just love it. The salon is in a great location and is not super crowded or uncomfortable with all the gossip and loud speaking around you. You can truly get away and have your nice time to yourself just relaxing and getting your hair done. Nichole also cuts my 9 year old sons hair and he just adores her. Call's her "Bronsard", and never complains when it's time for a cut. My 11 month old get cute lil pigtails by her too. She will get her cuts by Nichole as well. Nichole B. Salon is located in Studio 6 in the Sola Salons. I am so excited about Nichole's move to her own studio! I love the atmosphere of her new location. It's classy, clean, and unique! Of course, with the move, you still get Nichole and that's really what is important. She's an expert when it comes to hair styling. Not only do I go to her every couple of months for coloring and cutting services, but I also visit her before big events for styling. She's done everything from retro curls to match my retro dress for certain parties to big, voluminous Victoria Secret hair for special events! I can always rely on her to make my blonde look fabulous or even throw in some brown to mix it up. She has an artistic eye and is willing to go above and beyond to make her clients happy! She is also great for product referrals. Before her referrals, I was using terrible products on my hair. Since going to Nichole, my hair is healthier and more manageable. Nichole is an amazing stylist and colorist! I have gone to her exclusively for the last four years since I was introduced to her through a friend and her amazing $75-for-whatever-you-want-to-have-done introductory special. She has guided me through many different colors and styles, and every single one of them was perfectly done. She has come to really know my hair, my tastes, and my lifestyle, and she incorporates all of those things into every cut/color. She will save or pin pictures of styles that she thinks would look good on me - how many people will take an interest in their clients like that? She feels like family! Nichole also does my daughter's hair. This is a huge deal...my daughter lost all of her hair when she underwent chemo for leukemia. Nichole not only started styling her hair shortly after it started to grow back in, but she has kept up with her recovery, walked and raised money for the American Cancer Society, and cut off 10" of my little one's hair to donate once it was long enough! I have been going to Nichole for about 4 years now and I have nothing but amazing things to say! I never leave not absolutely LOVING what she's done. She listens and doesn't scold you for straightening too much or going too long in between cuts. She's always spot on and even suggests fun things that I hadn't even thought of like a fun streak of color or a fun new style. Since going to her I have moved to San Diego and Los Angeles and have tried other hair dressers but still find myself making special trips to Huntington Beach to go to her because I have never found anyone that does my hair the way I like it like she does. Nicole, unfortunately for her, got me as a client AFTER my previous stylist completely botched my hair! The color was horrendous! The cut was probably 4 inches uneven on the left side vs. the right side of my head. I was devastated! I also was there, getting my hair destroyed, for almost 6 hours! I happened to find Nicole by calling a salon close to my house and told them I needed someone who is a genius with color/cut correction. I also told them I'm somewhat difficult and extremely picky when it comes to my hair. They led me to Nicole. THANK GOD!!!! Nicole sat me in her chair and we talked at length as to what we would need to do to correct this disaster. I felt at ease talking to her. She was also dumbfounded that someone did that to my hair. She immediately got to work. It wasn't a one time process to fix, but over the course of a couple of visits, she complete renewed my faith in stylists.
