The installation guys were also very nice and did a great job, It's only been a few days so the system is running fine. The only gripe is that they left a lot of trash and residual foil and scrap pieces of the old ac up there. It was a pretty tidy space so it was noticeable and a little disappointed that they would leave parts and trash up there. I would say give them a call for service or new installation, but ask them to remove any trash and leave the place somewhat cleaned up. You pay a lot of money to replace a whole system and to find the space messy left a poor taste. It could've been an excellent service, but an oversight in minor details made it mediocre.

Jasbir impressed us from the beginning with his professionalism and knowledge of what unit we specifically needed for our home. Other companies tried to tell us we needed to upgrade the size of our AC unit, but Jasbir explained that was not needed. He also explained our unit needed to be moved out from under our deck where it would receive more airflow. No other company explained this to us. They didn't try to sell me a more expensive unit than we needed. They responded to every call and explained everything in terms I could understand. Yes, you can find someone to do it cheaper but not better. Ask about their guarantee.

We had a lot of questions, replace the motor, replace the furnace etc. I called Salvation Heating & Air Conditioning who were right down from my townhouse and spoke with Karla. They sent someone right away and yes; it was the blower motor. Ernesto the owner called me, and we went over all the options available. My Trane system is over 16 years old, so we went with replace the furnace with an American Standard. The team came in and worked in my garage got everything set up and then installed, PERFECT!! They even put the furnace on legs so they can make and install a dip pan with a water control switch. My wife is a hard sell and loves things looking great. The Tech took a picture insisted he had to speak with his boss, Matt Long. He had to go outside hide behind his van and spoke for over for like 20 minutes. Finally came back in and said it would be $415 to connect this cable because oh they were also gonna do some cleanup in the panel which wasn't required wasn't needed and it was just nonsense to increase the price so of course I'm not gonna pay $415 for 10 minute job therefore I just lost a $99 and ended up just doing it myself - don't ever hire AJ Long - It's such a rip off.

He then came up with an excuse as to why he couldn't come every single day for the next 10 days (10!) before I finally gave up and hired a different plumber. To recap, our water problem was not fixed. Our faucets, which had worked previously, now no longer work. Joe is not responsive, and I don't think is ever planning to return with our parts. I feel like they just took $200 from us without any return on that money. Very frustrating experience, would not recommend to anyone.

Luckily, I got ahold of Mike Hudson, and he agreed to come look at my unit on a Sunday, changed my capacitor, and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. I've stuck with Hudson's since then for all of my HVAC needs. He has serviced my main home and a rental property. I needed a new unit in the rental last year, and Hudson's did an awesome job for a great price! I just had my home unit replaced by Hudson's as well, and they still deliver fantastic service by friendly and helpful employees.
