It's a diner that has been around for many years, and the minute I walked in, I felt like time had stood still here. The atmosphere and tables reminded me of ones from diners of my childhood. There were the local men sitting at different tables with their coffee talking about - well, whatever it is they talk about when they gather there every day. And honestly, I loved it! It reminded me of my dad and times gone by, it felt so comforting to me. My dad would have loved it here. I could see him sitting down with any group if men at their tables to just talk about life. Our waitress was kind and knowledgeable. She ran the whole diner by herself and she did it well. Coffee was poured into cups constantly, she made sure everyone had what they needed and enjoyed their meal, and I could tell she has been at this diner for a while. I received as wood of service here as I have at fine restaurants. I ordered scrambled eggs with biscuits and gravy. And my eggs were actually scrambled, just like my mom used to do. And all my food was tasty. I can honestly say - I enjoyed everything about this experience. It took me back in time and it was a pleasure to experience it.
