He knew I didn't have rental car coverage, so he expedited the entire process--he even ordered extra parts overnight to keep things moving. Because of that, I only needed a rental for two days, and they completed the job in just a day and a half. Raylee at the front desk was wonderful and super helpful anytime I had issues or was following up on things. They were prompt and the work is done very well, you can't even tell I once had a mangled front bumper . A 2 week time estimate actually only took one and I was able to return my rental car in the same lot. I had front end damage because of a deer, and a lot of little broken bits and bobs and they were very thorough and I am very pleased with how the whole process went start to finish!
