All the…read moretrainers we came across were super friendly and just seemed like they had lots of love for the doggies. We looked forward to the video we'd receive after each day Luka would attend. Every day was something different for Luka to experience and we thought it was really awesome that they took him to a bookstore, had a Pool party, went to the park, play dates with other pups, etc. They let me know off the bat that if their was anything I really wanted them to work on with Luka that they would try their best to assist. They showed me the grooming tools they have laying around just to help dogs get comfortable with them. They helped us introduce Luka to getting his teeth brushed as well as brushing his coat. I really appreciated them suggesting I swing by and take a tour of the facility before signing him up. We got to see where the puppies were kept for "nap time", how they were separated from the bigger dogs, the measures they'd take on hot days to ensure that the dogs stay fresh, etc They were always very responsive and were very understanding when last minute changes came up and we had to reschedule one of Lukas day. Can't say enough about the positive experience with Revival. We were so sad we couldn't continue Lukas training with them considering we moved out of state but very thankful they helped increase Lukas confidence around other pups, different environments, and just learning new things everyday. She is also very gentle and patient with our dogs. The Rover Oaks staff members are all very friendly and they have a very organized online system to enter any immunization records and you can also view your pup's pawgress report. They also offer daycare and boarding services. It also looks like they may offer training as well. Every time we come here, all dogs are eager to go in and are all happy when they are there, so it seems that they are doing things right here!

As soon as I pull up to the place and they recognize the building their tails start wagging and they jump out of the car and run to the door, practically knocking me over half the time. All dogs are screened to make sure this place is the right fit for your dog and this is usually a one time full day evaluation where they slowly introduce your dog to other pups so they don't get freaked out. Make sure to have all your vaccines up to date and bring a copy of those records with you! My first dog Bella started coming here when she was about 5 months old and we had reviewed and visited other places around town and this was the only welcoming place that we were able to walk straight into and was given an immediate impromptu tour. The place is definitely not huge but big enough for my pups to play in and small enough that they're constantly under human supervision. They have a small outdoor area and a few rooms indoors as well as a sleepover area on the 2nd floor for boarded dogs. My 2nd dog started coming here after we rescued him and it definitely was a great place for him to socialize with other dogs as he was very shy and antisocial when we first got him. I'm so glad both pups really enjoy this place and I always feel better going to work knowing they're safe, happy, and tired out when we all come home at night. Although this place is definitely on the pricier side I would definitely recommend Dogs R Dogs. They're open 12 hours a day on the weekdays and you don't even need a reservation or to give notice of your dogs coming in. I love just popping in whenever I need to- this place has helped me out so many times in the past with last minute work shifts! To top it all off, the staff here is fantastic! They are super friendly, kind, and very accommodating. They always remember both of my dogs' name (even when we had not been there for 4 straight months when my dog had broken her leg and was on bedrest) and they all seem to genuinely love what they do (to the point that I actually wish I worked there). I drop my dog off at 10 am for an appointment 6/6 I made weeks in advance, they confirm my appointment the day before as well, at 2PM IN THE AFTERNOON I'm informed there's no groomer there, never was a groomer down on the schedule at all. The best they could give me is "sorry you can come back tomorrow or another day and we can TRY and make sure someone is there" Oh not to mention every time I go it's always a different price with no explanation. As someone that's been with you for 5 years, never no showed, not payed or caused any fuss this customer service was extremely disappointing.
