Great stop for lunch after a long morning of work in downtown Boulder. Hey have a good variety of lunch specials I went the traditional route and got slice of pizza with a drink for under $7. I like that it's a little area with seating right next to the meal Prep, the staff was friendly and helpful. As all things in Boulder you have to pay for your hourly Peking unless you are lucky enough to find a side street free area. Right off the corner of the busy street mall area. I would like to see if this location would ever change the basic blend of cheese to hold the sharp cheddar or orange cheese that I believe to be combined with mozzarella? The choices for adds on are fresh and ready to go; I noted that ALOT of people walked in and out for their orders so you can tell that people stop by often!

Visiting from San Diego and stumbled upon this gem! Absolutely delish! Definitely will be coming back here when we are visiting again.

BAKE OR TAKE Ok, I was visiting the area and stopped by this place. Not a bad find. BUT NOTE! I called ahead so the pizza was ready when I arrived (the temp was 32 and dropping and I was on foot!) so it was a surprise to walk into this place and 1. have the person at the counter not know about my order (they had to check with another person), and 2. For that said person to walk over to a fridge and hand me an uncooked pizza They're great though, they baked it there, I just wasn't aware this was how they worked. Also, you can create your own pizza...I liked that option. Ill do that the next time I'm in the area.

These directions are kind of ridiculous. The whole point of ordering pizza is to not have to babysit your dinner as it's cooking.

Have ordered pizzas to go from here a couple of times and still honestly trying to figure out why there's such a high price point for a take-and-bake pizza. The pricing is the same, if not more, than other spots around town of similar (or even higher) quality where they do the work for you and it's ready to eat. A 2-topping 14" large pizza is $17.99, and if you want a topping on only half the pizza, you still get charged for a full topping. Wtf? I don't particularly love the fact that take-and-bake is the only option here, especially given how overly complicated the baking instructions are. The whole point of ordering pizza is to have a no-frills night in and not have to babysit your meal as it's cooking, am I right? But N&W makes it impossible because they specifically tell you to pop the stupid dough bubbles every few minutes (and they make it very clear to follow the instructions to "avoid pizza shame.") Ugh. I want to love this place so badly, especially because of how close it is to home and the fact that they seem to really support hiring kids that are new to the working world. But come on, it's take-and-bake pizza for the love of Pete, and just because wealthy Boulder moms who want a night off from cooking can afford a $20 simple pie, doesn't mean you should capitalize on it. The value here is mediocre at best.

Came in on a cold spring day with a friend passing thru Colorado. Saw the Yelp freebie for check in and was excited he could try the wings that are so highly reviewed. So, 5 stars for flavor and quality - but 3 to the server for not understanding the Yelp check in freebie offer of 6 free wings with the order. His thinking it was expired even though I showed him the current offer - in the end, he gave us 3 for free. Can't wait to come back to try another slice - had essentially the Aegean? The slice I had is not on the website menu. Loved watching them prep the pies and salads - nice way to spend a chilly afternoon!

We ordered half chicken and slice of pizza. We showed them that we had Yelp checkin offer, they accepted it right away, which was good. But then the guy turns around and speaks to his coworker "Who eats wings at 2pm in the afternoon ", loud enough for us to hear him. Well I do and its none of your business. After that the entire experience was downhill. Honestly the food is good. The pizzas are slightly expensive for yhe location but tasted good. We ordered slice of Thai pizza and it was good. There was lot of Olive oil in it. Also, half slow-roasted chicken was well marinated and cooked nicely. I did not like that they cooked chicken with skin. But for $7, it was good and large portion. We were here on Christmas day and every one was wished except us. We dined over there and no one asked us if we needed anything, but the servers asked everyone else. So, overall my experience was not good. But yes, the food was good. I would not come here again though coz experience does matter to me.

Some say that fruit on pizza is a sacrilege. To these parties I recommend the Big Kahuna, a condition of madarin oranges and pineapple.

One of her pizza slices is a good meal for me on a hot busy day. Her slices are the largest and freshest in town. We drove over in a few minutes, parked on the west side of the shopping center and walked around to her door on the east side, making a dessert stop at Sweet Cow North Boulder mandatory on the way back to the car. My veggie slice was fresh and full of great choices. Healthy, but still so very tasty with a good serving of her famous sauce to hold it all together. My husband had the Spicy Pig/Pepperoni, Sicilian crust. We both had bottled drinks which I greatly prefer to any soda machine. We ate outside on the shaded patio, perfect for afternoon or evening in summer. When we were done, we walked back around the building and did get our ice cream dessert on the way to the car, when time to leave. No work, no hassle, not a big price. We will do it again soon.

We have a favorite pizza order, a salad and dessert we almost always face. It's gotten to almost be joke status when I walk in. They know my order , it's so perfect I dare not change. There are so many toppings I cannot have, I always go with the basic B and a Caesar salad. The basic B is for basil, an herb I adore. So this is really a simple but tasty Margherita with classic char on the crust. If there is no char, it's not NY pizza. The salad balances it perfectly. My husband always gets the Telluride Redfish amber ale. Not easy to find in Boulder. Tonight I had the Stem Cider Off Dry because they did not have the Hibiscus or the Chile Guava in stock. But Stem is local and my favorite brand and Off Dry the most common at bars. After such a nice meal on almost a holiday. We topped it off with a house made cannoli. Prepped fresh at service time so it won't get soggy. We can come here every few weeks , no matter the weather and enjoy it every time. The view is great and there are always people out on the deck getting pictures with the Flatirons backdrop. So glad they built to maximize the view.

We went with the Lottie's Salsiccia, which had sausage, vodka sauce, and sweet and sour peppers. It had an interesting mix of sweet and savory flavors. Our waitress also recommended us the Trapanese, which was super creamy as it had pesto sauce and burrata cheese chunks on top. We added anchovies to half of the pizza and that definitely added some saltiness to it. For drinks we had the aperol spritz and frose, which were refreshing. They have indoor and outdoor seats, though outdoor is limited so you may have to wait. The flavors of the pizza really came through well, but the crust was a bit too thick for my liking. One with more attention to detail, fluffy crust, more 'Italian' style, more homey. This is the place if you're craving that more authentic Italian style experience! They've got actual margarita pizza (that's not just a cheese pizza with tomato slices thrown on it like other places..) and really unique style pizzas if you're feeling adventurous. We had one unique pizza that had sausage, honey, and pistachios. I usually dislike sweet and salty and my partner hates nuts, but they did this pizza so well it was one of the best pizzas we tried there. I believe they mix up their menus cause when I tried looking it up online for the exact name of the pizza I couldn't find the pizza. But I'll post a picture of the pizza. They also have a great appetizers and the slice their prosciutto to order. What I love about this place is you can sit at the pizza bar and watch pizzas being made and meat being sliced and arranged beautifully. I loved their limoncello drinks which is perfect for spring/summer day out on their patio. The servers are kind and hard working. This definitely is one of my favorite places to hang, date night, girls night, business dinner, etc.

After leaving an event nearby, it was time for me to get acquainted with Pizza Colore! Slice shops are a dime a dozen nowadays. This place has a long counter with pizzas by the slice for your eyes to wonder upon. Very few seats near the front window and outside, but I believe there was more seating towards the back of the restaurant. I ordered an "East Coast" slice (their version of a supreme) and a cheese slice. After a few minutes, my order was ready. I loaded them up with grated cheese, red pepper flakes, and oregano. These were served piping hot, as any respectable slice shop should do. These slices were good! Practically no flop other than the first bite, crust was crispy and bready, and I felt like the toppings/cheese and sauce were balanced well. My main qualm was that it was missing salt in the dough and sauce. If it was seasoned throughout this would've been a great slice! However, the spicy ranch for dipping was clutch! Service was quick and friendly. Many people were popping in for a quick bite. I loved standing outside in the moderately cold weather scarfing down my hot slices, while watching the Saturday night crowd cruise by on Pearl Street. As close to an east coast experience as you can get in Colorado! I came in with little to low expectations, and left full and satisfied. Glad I finally gave them a shot. Prices were right and the product was respectable!
