I contacted Stephen and he immediately responded. He first provided me guidance of what I could do on my own to save me a diagnostic fee. I appreciated this feedback. Unfortunately, my system still needed someone to fix it. He made an appointment for the following day and was prompt in arrival time. He uses an app that provide you an estimated time of arrival as well as his location on a map. It allowed me to plan for his arrival (this is something FedEx uses). He is well spoken and clean cut. His knowledge is the best I've had. He's very well-versed with Pentair systems. Not only did he review what was wrong with the system but he checked all other parts of our pool (lights, heat, salt system, fill,, drain) He took his time and trained me on what to look for. The prior pool guy actually charged more and was using the wrong chemicals to maintain the pool. The prior pool guy actually broke the pool heater because of this and it was only 5 years old.
