I had a shoe that I wanted to exchange (color and size) and she said I couldn't although I said that was DSW policy online. She said I was asking for a price match when they were the same price. She said she would not do it unless I could find it online. I told her I found it from Google AI (even though it pulled it direct from the website) and she said "well... that's why." with the most awful attitude. Then, my boyfriend went back in and asked about the price matching since we found the policy on their website. Since I had a coupon for $10 off, she wouldn't apply it to the exchange. My boyfriend said that since it's a new member account open, couldn't he just open an account and get the coupon there. She said "I'm not doing that here. You can do that at home." This was a TERRIBLE experience that I never really had with a worker before. Don't recommend coming here.

The issue was the product sold out before we could ship :( We are issuing you a refund today." DOES NOT MAKE SENSE AT ALL. Why say you will call UPS if it already sold out? Plus, why let me complete the purchase if it was already sold out? I was given a tracking number 5 DAYS after my order was placed confirming it was shipped out. I have had another friend experience a situation where the item actually did sell out where she placed the order and then she was automatically refunded WITHOUT getting a tracking number. Be careful shopping here. This situation will have me not shopping here anymore. VERY sketchy. I know I was not told the real reason. Probably gave away my item yet I already claimed it will my order. If an order is placed and you are reviewing that order and see it is sold out you should contact the buyer and not provide a tracking number. Not wait for the buyer to contact you.

As I walked in I was greeted by both a sales assistant and Rebeca the owner. Both were very friendly and accommodating, and within a few minutes, I had beautiful sparkly studs in my ears. I was very pleased with how meticulous Rebeca was on making sure the holes were even, she even pulled out a little ruler to measure. The piercing was pretty painless (it was my third hole so I'm kinda a pro.) I was really happy with my experience. It's a calm environment which I think would be good for kids. You are given a cleaning lotion and instructions how to keep them clean and infection free! I am pretty sure they do cartilage piercing on the ear also. Beside the ear piercing, they have a ton of cute accessories to browse. I ended up getting a necklace that have been searching for after seeing it on a girl at the Belmont Stakes. Thanks to Rebeca and Zaraz for a great ear piercing and a cute necklace to go with my summer wardrobe! Also love to keep my business in Lynbrook. I most def recommend Zaraz for ear piercing!

FF is located in a very busy shopping center. It's an easy in and out and could be a little challenging at times to get a parking spot. Have patience, it will happen. When we walked in I was fortunate enough to find Jamie who helped me find everything I came in here for. I thought it was going to be simple... LOL. All I needed were sneakers and sandals. It took a while since they have over one million pairs of everything here. (OK, maybe a little exaggerated.) I wanted very specific sneakers and sandals and happily I had Jamie working with me to make that happen. When you go to place with such a large selection you know it's going to be a challenge. Patience, my friends, patience. They probably have what your looking for and if you take your time... you'll find it.

I mean, he even followed me all the way to the door as I was exiting the store. I felt so uncomfortable being followed by this man, that I left without purchasing what I came there for. This is the second time that I had this type of experience at this location. The first time was a few years ago, and it was even worse than this experience. During my visit, I wasn't the only customer in the store, but I was the only customer that looked like me and that was being followed. So, If you look like me, or if you care about these type of things happening to people, you shouldn't shop here. And, quite frankly, they don't seem to want people who look like me shopping there anyway.
