The best thing about Miami cycles is that I found a great mechanic that charges reasonable prices for the work he does, I will only let Mike look at my bike moving forward. Unfortunately, about a month later, my bike started having problems again. I've been trying to reach someone for the past two weeks to discuss the issue and schedule a follow-up appointment. I was able to get ahold of Cody once, and he told me someone would call me back to set something up, but I never received a call. Since then, I've called multiple times and have not been able to get anyone to answer or return my messages. I understand that issues can happen and schedules can get busy, but communication and standing behind your work are important. It's frustrating to be left without any response after spending a significant amount of money on repairs. I hope they improve their customer service and follow-up support for existing customers.
