I needed a window replaced in my car. It was a specialty window and Safelite told me I'd have to…read morewait 3+ days. I called Norman's in the afternoon and dropped my car off. The next morning, I received a call saying the car was ready. I'm so happy businesses like this still exist. When I picked up the car, the next stop on my itinerary was to find a car wash or somewhere with an industrial vacuum to remove the debris from the broken window, which was all over the seats and floor. When I looked in the car, I noticed Norman's had already vacuumed the entire car and hadn't charged me for it. I was beyond happy. I know it must be extremely difficult for this business to navigate a pandemic, as it is for many other businesses. They went above and beyond all expectations and would recommend them before Safelite or any other place on all accounts. Very communicative customer service and they treat you like a human throughout the entire process.

Insurance covered the bumper but I…read morehad some unrelated scratches and touch-up paint that I'd been worried about applying myself, and asked for a quote for them to add on that service-- they just did so for free as a courtesy. Very kind and a relief for me to have that taken care of. They also helped me coordinate with the nearby Enterprise for a ride to my rental. Enterprise will pick you up from Carstar, and you can drop off your rental there when you pick up your car. I'll give both Carstar and Enterprise my thanks for their good relationship saving me the hassle and stress of rental pickup/dropoff. And thank you Carstar for making my car good as new!
