They care enough to know us by name and get to know our family, have old school tunes playing and folks are singing along. It really is the best shop around.

these people should not advertise for help because they are game players who have fun at hurting people. Especially Hilda or what ever her name is. this is how they have fun pretty patedic.. maybe you should look at your own h/c they sure don't look all that great to me. and the owner very sick in the head. ones head should only swell so big before it pops. can't even help somebody but can clown you a make a fool out of you to make himself look good and set a scene for your departure to look like your fault when in all reality it's your game.. I called and my experience with Exclusive started out great. Friendly customer service over the phone and I was able to get an appointment same day. The problem came after arriving to the shop. There were 7 barbers on duty and only 2 were wearing masks while servicing clients. Chairs were full and the only clients wearing masks were my sons and one other person. There is a sign on the door that clearly states masks must be worn but that is not being enforced. It is disturbing that the person in charge is not requiring employees or clients to protect themselves and others by wearing a face covering, it should not be optional. 2 stars for the haircuts my boys recieved. No stars for zero concern for public health and safety in a pandemic.
