    We love this place. They are always quick and will often either chat with you or let you relax in quiet, if you prefer. I've read some bad reviews and heard they got caught some slack- but all I can say is my son and I have never had a bad cut and have never waited more than 5 minutes.

    Great place to get a hair cut. Walk ins welcome, you can also make an appointment. I took my fiancé in the Friday of Memorial Day weekend. The place was packed but with 9 barbers working the walk in list was completed quickly. Many people walked in for appointments while we waited our turn. The appointments got to jump the line bc they had an appointment, even still my fiancé was in and out about 40minutes. The hairs cut is good. Will be back. 15$ for a walk in adult hair cut

    Finally Nick has his own proper home for his ninja like barber skills. Been having Nick cutting my hair for over 6yrs now. Always get a great cut. I can't recommend Nick's enough. The new shop is awesome. A great place to hang and BS while you wait for a cut. Best in town hands down. Old School fade skills in a hip & modern shop. Outstanding to see how much they have done. Hardest working Barber there is. Get here early or make an appointment as it gets busy fast.

    My boyfriend went there for the first time and came home looking worse than before! Total chop job! Nothing what he asked for ugh

    They are always friendly and give a good hair cut. There is usually no wait time or it's under 15 minutes.

    Very impressed will be going back all the people are very friendly got clean up and a inch off the back and the price was decent

    Services not provided. Ms. Hassan canceled before every scheduled appointment for 2 months…read more Requested a refund and has refused to send funds. Signed contract yet there No disclosures indicating there is a forfeiture of funds. Ms. Hassan also acknowledged via text she doesn't have a disclosure for this nor is it on her website. On 4/29/21 I scheduled with the owner of this business and signed all required forms. I paid her the full amount of $350 on this date. After multiple times of her cancelling and rescheduling on 6/26/21 I requested a refund after she yet again requested to cancel days before our appointment on 6/28/21 and wanted to reschedule. She is now stating she offers no refunds (not in any of her documents) she also acknowledged this via text. She is willing to give me a partial refund but has to keep $100 as a non-refundable deposit. Again, this is not in any of her disclosures or anything that I signed. After her initial paperwork is all Esign now she wants me to come in to sign another form. She took my money via Zelle with zero issues. This is ridiculous. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB also. Horrible business practices for someone who had to cancel several times claiming they had covid and now penalizing others. She gives every excuse and tried to blame me instead of looking at herself and why she stole my money and lost a customer. Extremely unprofessional. 6/29/21-Response to the business: It is not on any paperwork I signed. You have no disclosures indicating that. You only indicated this when I asked for a refund after you cancelled on me multiple times. Now you are once again changing your story because you are upset and indicating you will give me a gift certificate. You stole my money and days before every appointment canceled. Not acceptable. You even text me last night upset I posted this and threatening me, indicating I could have a partial refund if I removed it. I will see you in small claims court for the full amount of $350 and any court fees. I will also be printing out all your texting asking me to remove this post etc. I have already reported you to the State of Michigan and BBB. It doesn't matter if we communicated for 20 years. There are no disclosures of this so I would have never been aware. You repeatedly cancelled days before every appointment and have the audacity to think you are entitled to MY hard earned money. A gift certificate for what? So I can never use it and you keep on cancelling making excuses. You are wrong and your business practices and customer service are disgusting. I have no problem posting your texts. Don't play around with people and their money and think your entitled to spew lies. Own up to your actions and take accountability to losing a customer because of you. So someone cancels on you so many times and keeps your money. In what universe does that even make sense. In reference to my uncle's death I notified you a week in advance. You then 3 days before the reschedule appointment went and canceled again! You cancelled on me 3 times at a minimum in 2 months. Per, your website: CANCELLATIONS If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please let us know a minimum of 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the original cost of the treatment. You are extremely unprofessional. The only thing your comment proved is what a fraud you are and that I will see you in small claims court. What is right is right and what is wrong is wrong and you are 100% wrong. Go work for your money and stop ripping people off.Photos attached of your contract and disclosures (blacked out my personal information) as well as your text threatening me to take this down or you wouldn't even give me a partial refund. As anyone can see that is not a policy listed on your paperwork. This policy you are now claiming where you cancel and keep their $$. You can be as mad as you want and think your going to keep my money. Bring that same energy to small claims court "doll". My full review with business owner's response can be found on Google
