We saw this place on Yelp and decide to try it. Food was great! It's right off I-65 and very small, easy to miss, in front of a motel. The Tacos Al Pastor were excellent! As good as any I've had in Mexico. Three big tacos with lots of meat and great flavor. We also tried the Chicken Gyro which was also excellent, as authentic as chicken gyro can be. The potatoes we ordered were nothing special. The place is very clean and has a few tables to sit at. They have a sauce bar that has several sauces the owner made himself. Nick's is not fancy, but it is truly extraordinary. The Philly Triple Cheese was more flavorful than I could ever describe. Just try it! Chicken Bacon Ranch blew all others out of the water. All the fries are great and their sauce station offers plenty of spicy dipping options. My favorite being the bourbon sauce. Small business attached to a motel right off 65 in Pulaski, not a place I would have thought to try but my husband's coworker swore by their Nashville hot chicken sandwich which we have yet to order bc the last few visits they have been out of the chicken. Had the TV on the Hockey game which was big enough to watch the game but not so big as to distract me from my family. Al in all, a perfect stop.
