I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars! Hands down some of the best Mexican food I have ever had, even comparable to food I grew up on. I had the tacos with beans and rice. ordered a beef burrito with rice. The rice was good but the burrito was horrible. Some kinda processed meat and they topped it off with some cheap tasting pizza sauce. Absolutely the best Mexican food restaurant in Lawrenceburg hands down. The food is incredible salsa is clearly homemade and very good, service has always been wonderful especially the gentleman at the front who seats people and takes payment at the register hes curtious funny and very kind. The ambiance is great as well they just upgraded the front for outdoor seating! I can't wait to eat out there this spring and summer! Food is average Mexican. If you speak Spanish your service will be good, if not then don't expect to be treated the same. Sad to say it's a noticeable difference. The bartender made a joke when I ordered carnitas. He asked if I wanted the chicken or the steak, assuming I'm unable to order properly. Update....went in on a Tuesday night as I have the last 4 Tuesdays. Four of us at a table our orders were taken twenty minutes later three orders came to the table, all but mine and that was the last we saw of our waitress she walked by quickly a few times and we all tried getting her attention so finally the host or whoever he was came over and we told him I never received my order. Something that has never happened to me.. he said your kidding, I showed him there was nothing in front of me, he asked what did I order, street tacos, he left and came back and said it will be ready in 15 minutes. Came to eat here tonight. First off they were all chatting and not wanting to seat us. Second, the waiter for our table call one of our people we were there with the wrong gender. Had lunch there today. Service was excellent. We hit the door about noon and was immediately seated, drinks and chips about 2 minutes after that. My wife had a shrimp dish that had plenty of shrimp that was lightly spiced. I had enchiladas that were great also. The only thing I would rate less then a 5 was the salsa. Fajitas are burnt served food on broken plate thought it was okay. Taco salad watery and oily. Had Dr Pepper and she asked if I had Dr Pepper she poured tea we asked to be sat at a table and we got sat at a half booth half table. Wouldn't not recommend Guacamole had way to much like made taco salad sour. read more
