I showed up when it appeared there was no room in any of the car bays. When I went in to ask how long it would be for an emissions test, Nick himself said, "5 minutes". He met his own deadline; I was in and out within 5 minutes. He was able to pull my car in far enough to one of the bays to complete the test. All other businesses would make you wait, typically taking 20 or 30 minutes: Nick shows you how fast the test can be completed. This is my second time using NIck's for my emissions. The first time I arrived late on a Sunday afternoon and they were busy. Today, again on a Sunday, I went around 11:30 AM. There was only one person in front of me. Both times they have been quick, friendly and helpful. I like that they put the sticker on the license plate, so I don't have to do it myself. As stated in their name in and out very quick, good customer service and if you really don't want to wait in line at the DMV to get your sticker for a little bit extra, they will give it to you even put it on your plate at the time of your emission test. Amazing! I had a horrible experience at Emissions Plus last time, so I decided to find a nice local small business. I did a little googling, and Nick's had stellar reviews. And boy are they right! I walked right in with no appointment of any kind. He told me to pull in. It literally took 2 minutes to run the emissions test and pay my dmv fee.
