I am not happy. Rose just kept referring to the data sheet that what I received was accurate. Absolutely no attempt to work with me or remedy the situation. Now I'm stuck with a pile of concrete dirt, 20 tons! I'm absolutely disgusted. Rose has given me no choice but to take Flagstaff Landscape Products to small claims court. We are on a fixed income and this is not right or fair.

ZANI always has had a great variety of cards, but they are so much more! I love their jewelry, especially! I am going back this week for a switch plate that I fell in love with! They went and found what they thought was the replacement I needed....$8 each. I went home and replaced the bulb to find out it was less than half the brightness of the other bulbs in the lamp.....there are nine bulbs in the lamp. I had purchased nine of these bulbs because I didn't want to go through this again. I returned to the store to learn that they could not replace the bulb I needed and they WOULD NOT GIVE ME CASH BACK.....store credit only. To summarize, they gave me the wrong item, couldn't get the right item, and wouldn't give me my money back. NO RETURNS IN THIS STORE FOR ANYTHING BUT STORE CREDIT.....EVEN IF THEY GAVE YOU THE WRONG ITEM!
